I chose this location for repair. When repairs were done and I picked up my car, it is full of dust. My hands literally feel dirty after driving it. I called and reported how unhappy this made me and was told the manager would be notified. I still have not heard anything from them. They should be covering vehicles during repairs to prevent this. I did not take my brand new vehicle to them dusty and I should not have received it back in such conditions. I will never use them again and do not recommend! read more

Lee, my initial contact, was very courteous and took careful notes of my requirements. Subsequently, they introduced me to Mr. Colby Jones, one of their long-time technicians, who would handle my vehicle. Colby was one of the most affable and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am a WWII survivor and my car is my lifeline. Colby kept in touch with me during the entire process. The weather was terrible during this time with freezing temperatures, making it difficult to forecast a delivery date for completion. Finally, Colby sent me a message: the car was ready. On arrival, the beautiful job done on my car absolutely stunned me. I had spent 21 years properly maintaining my car and seeing the quality of work The Body Shop had completed-it was like seeing a brand-new car. When I entered the building Angelica was amazing she talked me through the process even set up a car rental for me and a drop off date and time that was convenient she delivered excellent customer service . I then met with Lee who walked me around the car and explain step-by-step what they were going to do and the time frame . When I return to pick up my car I was amazed not only did do the repairs on time They went above and beyond and even did some special touchup and detailed my car ! The body shop is an excellent place to get body damage repaired. I own a 2021 Supra and I'm very passionate about the upkeep of my vehicle. They did an excellent job of restoring my vehicle back to original condition. Randy was the person I worked with and he did an excellent job of communicating with me and also making sure my Supra was repaired up to my expectations. I had my 2012 Acura TSX front end damage repaired here. The shop is a Farmer's Insurance approved direct bill shop. The shop handled all the claim paperwork and Will did an excellent job communicating the status of my repair. The paint match is excellent. The seam lines are perfect. Rim repair was amazing (I can't tell which one was fixed). Excellent attention to detail (replaced OEM stickers under the hood). If you have to pay out of pocket, this is not the cheapest shop. Since I had insurance, my main concern was quality. I experienced a slight delay due to the repair taking place during the Thanksgiving holiday, but the repair time was in line with what I expected. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for a quality repair. Although I hope never to have to do business here anytime in the near future. :) If you are looking for a cheap/fast repair, you would probably be happier looking elsewhere. read more

We had severe hail in the Prosper area in 2018, all the house roofs in the neighborhood were totaled, I took my car to another body shop (Herbs) on 380 and they told me right away the top on my convertible had to be replaced or it would never be the same & may leak, the hail was baseball sized and broke the windshield, broke one of the headlights, destroyed the hood front and rear etc etc... however i could not take it to the shop on 380 as my wife cannot drive on that busy road, so thinking The Body Shop is nearer, I'll take it there, only the tech there told me the roof did not need replacing but if it did, we would take care of it. Anyway, they did the repairs, everything was good, but a few weeks later I sold the car and we had heavy rains and the roof started leaking as the new buyer called me if I had known about it? I said no I did not, I regret not having the Body Shop replace it as I felt sorry for the new buyer anyway, I called the shop today and explained what had happened and asked to speak to someone about it and the guy found my records and said it was another tech and they would call me back and promptly hung up, I was very incensed as I was not done talking but he just hung up, I have not received a call since then. My advice, these guys are not as knowledgeable and I wish I had taken it to the first shop where the service manager told me right away this roof will never be the same and needs replacing. The Body Shop techs inability to take care of it caused some poor guy to now own a car with a leaking roof, and I am very upset as that gentleman was a very sweet man and really had saved up for the car, and I feel its my fault for not taking it to the right shop.... such amateurs. read more

The front desk sure doesn't like me and it should be noted she still laughed when I entered. I dont why this body shop doesn't like me. I just drop my car off to get fixed. I hope they fix it right. Front desk lady greeted other customers nicely. I guess when you complain the other day they don't care for being on hold for over 4 mins and openly laughing when you call to get update on my car . I won't be using this body shop again if I ever need my car fixed. I just wish I got good customer it I didn't. read more

I can't even begin to say enough about the customer service at this body shop. Superb! This whole team was amazing. I worked with Greg and he was great. From getting a quote to picking up my car upon completion of the fix, they were awesome every step of the way. They were honest, I felt I could really trust them, and they explained to me the process and what was needed (and why) to get the job done right. When I originally took it to the Infiniti dealership the people handed me a piece of paper with a huge price tag and sent me on my way without even explaining what it was I needed. So I took my car to The Body Shop (who came highly recommend by neighbors and friends) for a 2nd opinion and it was a no brainer who to go to. Thanks Greg and the entire team for fixing my car up!
