Connor and Kaitlin were great. I needed a window seal repaired from someone trying to break in. Connor was clear about what parts were needed and why. He scheduled my repair quickly and then was honest and clear about which parts they did not need and refunded me. I appreciated the integrity and clear communication. Quality needs rigorous improvement! Had an accident and brought my BMW X5 here per my insurances recommended locations. When I finally got my car back I had to return at least 3 times to get minor things fixed after that were not put back together. Whoever does the paint work in my opinion did not do well or maybe didn't use a quality paint. 5-6 months later paint job has me stressed out... several other small issues still to this day that I keep having to put back together. Although the customer rep is great!!! I likely will not recommend. 2 stars bc the outcome of my vehicle weighs more than customer service. read more

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! I called close to closing because that's when my incident happened but i work a crazy schedule. i was told by Doug that it was no problem to bring my car by and he will look at it and give me a quote first thing the next morning. I arranged drop off/pickup rides and called the next day to get my quote... come to find out he had fixed it for me (put some clips in holding my undercarriage back together) and even after asking what i owed he insisted that it wasn't a big deal and my car is just fine to drive but if i wanted to do blah blah it wouldn't be a big deal and not a big expense at all. I used their app and received an initial quote after uploading my photos. The app quote was for about $1500 dollars to paint my passenger side door and my front hood. I also immediately received an appointment for June 12th 3pm with Audrey Walker. I got on tie and after waiting for about 5 minutes we walked out to my Honda Odyssey. When I showed him my passenger side rear door and hood were peeling, I asked if he could provide me with a quote. He was very short with me and said they wouldn't paint on that same metal and would have to sell me a new door and hood. He mentioned they wouldn't warranty the job if I didn't use the new parts. He was short and borderline rude. I calmly told him I understood but would still like a quote (he seemed to be quick to write me off). He wrote a few things down on the clipboard and even apologized for being so short with me. Since this wasn't an insurance job and I was a regular consumer, I got the impression that he preferred not to deal with me. The experience was very odd. Needless to say, it's July 11th (a month later) and I NEVER received the quote. It was the most terrible experience so far in North Texas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

My Ram 1500 faced some damage on the roof possibly due to a car wash I went through. A rep at Caliber Collision named August looked it over a few months back and gave me a quote based on if the dents could be repaired and another quote on if my roof needed to be replaced. I had to wait until I had a second vehicle available so I could drop my truck off. Two months later I finally took it in and I'm so glad I went there. The estimated time to complete the job I was told would be 1.5-2 weeks. After about 24 hours I got a text from August saying they were looking the truck over and felt confident they could repair the dents. They ended up having the truck done 3 days later. What I appreciate the most was the consistent communication I received via text giving me updates along the way. That's a huge deal for me! I take great care of my vehicle and I'm glad they did too. Best service, incredible staff and 'lifetime vehicle ownership" warranty! I am writing this review following the unfortunate theft of my catalytic converter while I was on vacation. Obviously I was not very happy and completely stressed after arriving back to my vehicle from the airport at 1230am to find my catalytic converter and O2 sensor stolen from my Tacoma. After having a brief conversation with Audrey Walker, he assured me they could take care of my vehicle without a problem. I then spoke to Sal Reyes and then the the most incredible service experience I could have asked for happened, hands down. Sal assured me that they could take care of everything from start to finish without any worries and Caliber Collision Celina delivered. I contacted my insurance company and within 72 hours everything was complete. Sal took care of everything from Towing my vehicle to the location, installing the new components and working with my insurance company. I literally did absolutely nothing. The communication was open, simple and timely from every Department, every step of the way. I never knew Calibur Collision did repair work of this nature but I highly recommend the Celina location. I want to send a HUGE shout out to Andrew Walker, I went to a body shop down the street from Caliber and they quoted my $400 to fix the grill on my Infinity...I went to Caliber in Celina ( New Business) asked for service and Andrew came out, went back inside got two pair of pliers ( took 10 minutes) and snapped the grill back in place for NO CHARGE, Kwik Car down the street tried to screw me out of $400 in which they gave me an estimate that it would take 2hrs to complete. Caliber and Andrew now have my business and anyone else that I know I will send them his way if they need their vehicle repaired. Thank GOD for people in this world like Andrew. My SUV had its windshield replaced, roof and hood painted. It looked brand new when I picked it up. My service advisor August was regularly updating me regarding the repairs. Stopped by to see if they might be able to re-attach the trim on my front grill. I was greeted promptly and only waited a few minutes before August took a look at my car and spent a few minutes attaching the trim piece at no charge. Great service! Good luck getting someone to return a call or email! Left this location 3 voicemails about needing work done from an insurance claim. No response. Finally I had enough and went into the location on Tuesday (today is Friday) and spoke with someone they said send over the insurance quote and they would get back with me. Sent this over before 10:00 AM that same day, Tuesday, and here we are Friday and STILL have not heard from them. They were nice when I went in but come on this is absolutely ridiculous. I live right behind this location so going anywhere else just seems silly. At this point however Caliber will be the last place I take any of my cars to if I have a choice. I'm understanding of it taking 2 weeks to repair, I'm understanding that maybe the calls were backed up, but when I walk into the place and speak directly with someone get handed their card and told to email the quote and have still not heard back from them in over 72 hours, that's absolutely ridiculous... read more

I was told I could leave my vehicle there to have repairs done.. when I showed up to drop my vehicle off I was told that they could not do the work on my truck that they were 60 to 90 days booked.. read more

Very friendly staff. Good quality body work. My issue was with the finishing touches. I had to go back 4 times after getting my car back. One time my rep was at lunch and apparently no one else could help me. The next time they couldn't find my decals for the rear hatch/door. It basically took 2 months or so to get my make and model decals put back on my vehicle. It took 2 minutes once I got them. It was just way to difficult to get them to call me or to communicate when they could finish the work. There are a lot of collision places in the area. I can't imagine this being one of the best. read more
