I had an occasion to call on Caliber Collision to advise me on a rather small matter that could have turned into a $3000 repair if not for Hector and the Rigo. Rigo, the technician was able to make an adjustment that remedied the issue in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Rigo's work and his General Manager, Hector Gonzales, for coordinating the work. Thank you, Rigo!! read more

I usually wait until service is completed to review but they've been so phenomenal that I couldn't wait. Was rear-ended on thanksgiving day by a young driver. Thankful that it happened when our grandparents were not in the car with us. Usually take my car to Pasadena for service but this was the closest place that's audi certified and recommended by the insurance company, so I didn't have to take it to a separate adjuster. When i got there, it was a small lobby but clean with refreshments in the waiting area. Assigned to Michael Baker. He did a quick review of the damages and wrote down my concerns. Then the ladies at the front desk arranged for a lyft to the rental car center. They then sent an email detailing the parts and costs. In the past few weeks, i have gotten weekly updates either by phone or text. I'm really appreciative of their efforts in communicating and keeping me informed! Can't wait to give a final update when I pick up my baby. Here's hoping everything drives/goes well. read more

Thank you Caliber Collision for the awesome work on my Prius. I was recommended to Caliber Collision by my insurance adjuster and I am glad I came here. Big shout to Albert, Christine, Jasmine, and David for the exceptional customer service they provided me with. Albert was with me every step of the way. From the initial estimate to daily updates on the work being done on my car he always made sure I was up to date with the process. Although the estimate was more than the initial estimate he was in direct contact with my insurance company and handled everything. He was able to get my car finished sooner than the expected date. ABOVE-AND-BEYOND SERVICE Oswaldo is definitely the man you want to see! So, initially I had taken my car to another collision center on Workman ave, but did not like the experience nor the service. However, once I arrived to Caliber Collision Oswaldo immediately approached me in a professional manner and was eager to help. He broke down the process to me and explained every step that would be taken. The OTHER collision shop I went to had basically told me " oh yea, we'll fix it. And let u know when it done". Like they didn't give a shit. So the damage to my car wasn't terrible; a small dent on the front driver fender, and a deep, but tiny scratch on the front bumper. Simple, and quite frivolous, no? But nonetheless, Oswaldo handled the situation with urgency and explained to me that everything would be taken apart, fixed, painted and taken to Audi to check the censors to make sure everything was 100 percent. He also explained to me a bunch of other details that are way too many to mention here. And actually, there was some minor damage to my rim from the incident that I didn't even notice until Oswaldo pointed it out to me. So during the entire process, Oswaldo kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Step-by-step. And it was actually completed ahead of schedule. So I know I'm stressing the service part here. Which is important. But the actual work itself? FLAWLESS. I was expecting to see a bit of waving where maybe they had applied bondo, or some type of imperfection only due to the fact that I knew exactly what I was looking for. NOPE. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the work and the service of this place. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Caliber. Adolfo took care of me without me having to worry about anything. My claim adjuster was changed halfway through my claim, proving to be a huge headache for me. Adolfo said he'd handle the whole thing, and he did exactly that. He was very attentive to my needs, as my car is heavily modified. Front desk was also very helpful and had all the answers I need during the whole process. I'm usually VERY picky about who I'm leaving my car with, but I felt 100% confident that the work would get done the way I wanted it. My car was estimated to be out for 1.5-2 weeks. He got it done in 1! It came out looking perfect and then some! I would definitely recommend going to this shop for repairs, especially for BMW! Thanks again, everyone! read more

A tree fell on my beloved 2006 Chevy Colorado that has given me over 250,000 of carefree miles. It fell directly on the hood, windowshield and fender. Anthony took charge of fixing my precious Chevy. My name is Isabel Espinoza, and I just want to start off by saying that I had the best experience with Adolfo! Please, anyone who is a newcomer to Caliber Collision, make a request to be assisted by Adolfo. His customer service was definitely first rate, and is very approachable. Overall Adolfo was the greatest help! He was very informative, compassionate, and went completely out of his way to help my boyfriend and I feel comfortable. Which says a lot because in this modern time, not many of the younger generation is treated fairly or with respect. This was not the case with Adolfo, he made us feel very welcome and was very fair with us. You can tell that he is a family man because of the way that he speaks on his kids, a very proud father to say the least. This is the guy that you want to help you with this type of stuff (insurance, car accident related nature). For the stressful nature that insurance and car accidents bring, he made the process not stressful at all. Answered all of the tons of questions we were asking and did not seem annoyed one bit. In Conclusion, he made this process very stress free and not to mention his service was quick! All in all, I would definitely give this business 5 stars just for hiring people like him. I feel like this industry needs more people as such to add a tranquil and comfortable element in this type of environment. Definitely coming back to do business and referring as many people as possible! Thank you Adolfo! - Isabel Espinoza read more

I have a MB SL400. Unfortunately this is the second time my bumper got hit. This place fixed my car right compared to the other one I've experienced with and they only used half of the time the other one needed. Service person Anthony is really nice and polite as well. He kept me updated at least twice a day, inlike the previous one needed myself to call and follow up. I will highly recommend this place. read more

I brought my '19 Jetta in after sustaining a bad accident which resulted in structural damage and the need to replace many parts. I didn't think it was repairable after already being turned down by another collision center. However, I was wrong. Edwin and his team of hardworking individuals repaired my vehicle with ease, making it look brand new! Not only was their quality top notch, but their customer service was just as great. From their receptionists to Edwin, my point of contact who oversaw the repairs of my vehicle, getting quick updates on the repairs was no hassle. On top of that, they exceeded my expectations. With the current pandemic we are facing, there is expected delays in the shipping industry. Because of that, some of the needed parts for my vehicle was delayed. So, my vehicle had to stay in the shop for an additional 5 days. Edwin and his manager was awesome enough to cover the tab of my rental car because my insurance policy only covers a certain number of days. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed! From small dents to structural damage, best believe they can get the job done. read more

Good work good prices. Paul, Victor, Adolfo thank you and especially Rigo..thanks guys. read more

I had needed repair on my Mercedes-Benz and went to this business because my partner who needed her car fixed went there and they did an excellent job. I brought my car in Monday and they had my car done before the estimated time they gave me. Adolfo was the one who did my estimate and consulted with my insurance. He got everything squared away on my verbal consignment. He made sure n talked to my insurance adjuster and got estimate to them same day. Adolfo then kept me in the loop via text on what was being done to my car and let me know how the repair was going. On picking up my car Adolfo offered to return my rent a car and even introduced me to the team who fixed my car. My car was immaculate and washed inside and out too. Wow. They did a marvelous job and I'm so happy that I took my car there. I would recommend this place to everyone who is in need of a repair. They don't string u along they are about their business and pride themselves on getting the job done as if the repair was never needed. Thank you so much Caliber Collisions and thank you Adolfo for the great customer care. read more

This is probably the biggest scam collision center! Be aware if you get their service. My car (lease)was hit pretty bad and my insurance company recommended to Caliber. When I returned my leased, the tires weren't matched and they use cheap paint which cost me thousands to return my lease. Spoke to Caliber and one of the worker even said they needed to make a high profit from the insurance company and will put on the cheapest parts. They brushed me off when I explained their ethical behaviors. I trusted them without inspecting tires and I'm no expert when it comes to paint. Do I as a consumer need to be an expert? I would never recommend this place to anyone nor any insurance company to give out recommendations. read more

This shop was recommended by my insurance and I trusted their judgment and it paid off. Customer service was great and they left my 2020 Honda Civic sport looking brand new again. Oswaldo was looking over the repairs and was very informative on what was happening with the car. Horrible service and scam artists. Their lifetime guarantee on repairs is complete bullshit. They use DEFECTIVE car parts from junk yards to repair your cars. Are you fucking serious right now??? You're charging my insurance company full retail for defective used car parts. If you enjoy being robbed get your car fixed here. If you enjoy having a car that doesn't work after you paid them your hard earned cash get your car repaired here. After you get your car repaired here, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED AGAIN AT A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOUR CAR AND USES LEGITIMATE FACTORY NEW PARTS TO REPAIR YOUR CAR. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. I REPEAT, NEVER EVER COME HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. read more

I went to this place cuz my insurance gave me this body shop to go to. The guys that was helping me was nice and helpful it's this one girl inside the office that was giving me an attitude and was rude when I was just asking questions. She even told me "You can go somewhere else if you like" it was unprofessional and rude to say to clients especially when we come here for help to get our car fix after we just had an accident. I wish this girl was more nicer I would have stayed with them to fix my car. So I took her advice and went somewhere else.... I won't deal with it. read more

It's extremely rare for me to write a review unless the service is exceptional; hence why this review is fully warranted. I had an unfortunate accident over a month ago and was completely devastated. Since it was my first accident w/ this vehicle, I had no idea where to go or who to go to for repairs. Luckily, I was referred to Caliber Collision Center! They set me up with a advisor and I couldn't be happier with the way things played out. We kept in touch via email throughout the whole process. Starting from my estimate and all the way until my repairs were done. All in all, I hope I NEVER get into another accident. But if I ever do, who you gonna call?! GHOSTBUSTERS! Just kidding... I could never be more happy with the service. I had one vehicle that I brought in for service and it was super quick. Adolfo made sure I was receiving the most current updates through my phone and the service was completed within couple days. Told him I was unable to pickup my car due to I had no ride, Adolfo personally delivered my car to my house. It made it so convenient for me. Then I had another scratch on my other vehicle, I told him if he can help me do a fast repair on the SAME DAY and Adolfo MADE IT HAPPEN!! I dropped off my car in the morning and got it right in the afternoon! He made sure I was satisfied and the work done was phenomenal! I really appreciate Adolfo and his team to make clients happy. Also Caliber is Mercedes certified repair shop which I trust a lot. Would recommend and go to them every time for a fix. read more

Had a bad feeling about these guys, people follow your gut instinct. First they told us they would charge us storage fee if we didn't pick up our car in time, not true our insurance has a contract with them unfortunately so no fee. Second they didn't put the bumper on properly, when I got home I opened up the trunk and two large brackets were just thrown in,WTF? No parking at all. read more
