We had a scratch on the hood of our G wagon repaired at this location. Randal Vigil and the team took great care of our G. We were cautious at first, but only because of an experience with one of our other M-B cars at a different local body shop in San Juan Capistrano. His team was able to match the metallic Blue on our G with precision. Randal exceeded our expectations. He kept me updated on the status of our repair without my ever having to check in. He is friendly and courteous and great to work with. We will definitely come back here if we should need anything else done!! We have USAA coverage, and this shop is recommended by them. read more

All I can say is wow. Never thought I'd be writing a review for a collision repair shop! Especially a positive review. I have never received this "caliber" of customer service from a car repair shop! - they were super responsive and kept me up to speed on all the repairs! - the car got done earlier than expected! - the reps. I dealt with: Sasha and Zdenko were extremely helpful throughout the whole process! I was out of the country with a 9 hour time difference and they still made themselves available to answer my questions! - the work they did on my car was completely flawless! All in all, I will absolutely be recommending this shop to anyone who ever needs collision repair!!! Seriously, this place is amazing. Anybody can do decent repair work, but to find a place that does incredible work with the level of customer service that Zdenko and Sasha provided, makes all the difference in the world! read more

I've been here multiple times to fix my Benz that had damages and accidents. The service advisor I was assigned was names Cory! He's a super nice guy and knows Vietnamese! My mom who has a language barrier was thrilled to have him help us out because she wasn't struggling to explain things to him and he was very patient and understanding. I got my broken window fixed and he was very communicative throughout the process and gave my car a speedy recovery. I highly recommend this place and make sure you ask for Cory! Thanks a bunch :D read more

I am writing this to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent work from your Service Advisor, Eric. I dropped my vehicle off at the beginning of July, and Eric greeted me as my assigned advisor. His calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high. The reassurance he provided that my vehicle would be to my satisfaction put me at ease. The prompt and courteous service he gave me the last 30 days was exceptional. Eric was always friendly every time I called with questions regarding my vehicle repairs and followed up weekly. Such professionalism is rare, and Eric is an asset to your organization and is part of why I look forward to doing business with Caliber Collison again. Thank you for all your patience and help! read more

This is my second visit to Caliber after someone damaged my car while parking. To make it easy, Cory set up everything so all I needed to do was drop it off and Enterprise was called to pick me up. The car was delivered early after a bumper replacement and some additional work. I thought I would need to drop off the car at Enterprise and Uber over. Nope Cory took care of that also. All I needed to do is drive over and sign the paperwork and get on with my life. Great service and having a Fletcher Jones Mercedes they make sure your work is perfect! Thank you Cory! read more

Randal was my service advisor and Kevin Gough was my service angel. Kevin was super friendly and made my entire experience feel like a breeze. I got to drop my car off at Fletcher Jones where Kevin was able to get my car looked at on the spot and have it taken to and from caliber at my leisure. This guy is the man. You have to go with Kevin. He's the greatest Kevin I've ever met. Give this man the respect he deserves and change the business name to Kaliber Kollision! I have had my Mercedes Benz (from Fletcher Jones) fixed by this location of Caliber Collision...and a I cannot day enough good things about them! The first time I had to have it repaired, I got into an accident and my car was only three months old. I was so sad and it had quite a bit of damage. Caliber fixed it and it looked as though it was good as new! They were able to find and fix every little detail of damage and fix it with the detail that I would expect from anyone associated with Fletcher Jones. I used them again just recently, and my service advisor, Corey, took care of all of my needs as a customer and finished my car ahead of schedule. And it again, looked absolutely beautiful! This location of Caliber Collision is absolutely my go to body shop for any repairs that myself or my family have needs for. Five stars for them! read more

My Mercedes Benz Bumper on the driver side became loose. I spoke to Kevin Gough at Mercedes Fletcher Jones Newport Beach, he told me to take the car to Costa Mesa location and ask for Daniel. I went there and Daniel took the car to the back and fixed the bumper in less than 15 minutes. I was so pleased and impressed with the great and speedy customer service/repair. Thanks to Kevin and Daniel at Caliber Collision Newport Beach/Costa Mesa. read more

I brought my car in for an estimate on the bumper. I was quoted $1,300 for the work. My Audi car repair company told me they use and refer Ricky's in Costa Mesa so I promptly left and took my car literally next door to Rick'y auto repair thinking Caliber seemed high. Ricky quoted $550 to do the exact same work and guaranteed the work for the rest of my ownership of the car. The work was done quickly and professionally by Ricky. If your repair is covered by insurance why not turn in an estimate from Caliber to your insurance company. The insurance company will give you a check for the Caliber estimate and you can have Ricky do the work and pocket the big savings! Note: Ricky asked me for a cash payment which I had no problem with. read more

This is a MB certified body shop and their customer service is definitely as high-level as you expect from Mercedes Benz. They handle everything so professionally. I had 2 back to back car accidents and brought my car to this location for repair. The first incident was taken care of by Eric Arias and the second one by Cory Nguyen. They were both awesome and super responsive. The second one was right before holiday breaks. Cory put a lot of effort to back-and-forth with insurance company adjuster, and made sure my car would be ready to pick up by New Year.... Thanks so much Cory for great communication and support. The girls in front desk are also super nice and helpful. read more

Also Jim my representative was a pleasure to deal with and even stayed an hour late after work so that I would have my car over the weekend. I don't make it in to a collision repair shop often and maybe that's a good thing... but I will say that today's experience was second to none! I came in for some minor detail work after I was hit getting on the freeway. I was referred to this location even though I live in Corona... I now see why I was referred here and I can 100% thank Jerad and Kai for the hustle, hard work and overall outstanding experience. Don't even consider this facility. I had a tow company take my Mercedes here after an accident and I informed them we might be moving it and advised them not to start any work. 1 day later when my tow truck showed up to transport my vehicle to a reputable repair shop, they told me that they would not release my vehicle they needed $400 on my credit card to settle a "tear down and assessment fee" that I didn't authorize! Scandalous extortion! Not honest, not reputable, don't consider any business here! read more

The Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa on 18th street is Awesome! I want to shout it out for Adam, the Manager. We needed a repair for our Sprinter Van and not only was the service quick, but the service we received was incredible. The first surprise is that when my wife came to pick up the van they offered to take care of getting her rental back to Enterprise so that she didn't have to worry about it. The second surprise was that they replaced our tail light bulb that was in a non-damaged area of the vehicle. And the third and best surprise was that they cleaned our van inside and out (detail level). The Sprinter van is huge and it was pretty dirty, so this was just an Awesome surprise. Of course unbeknownst to the Caliber team, we are going on a road trip two days after and this reduced our stress significantly. Thank you so much to the Caliber team that not only fixed our vehicle but went the extra mile and delivered the unexpected. This was World Class Service! read more

We were updated on every milestone on the progress and had a accurate eta and when we would get our Mercedes back. I am only posting this for one reason - I received an email survey about my experience directly from Caliber - being unsatisfied, I gave them my feedback without receiving any written response or being contacted to correct. I am in the service industry - we all make mistakes, however no excuse for not implementing service-recovery. Particularly surprised since they were recommended by Fletcher Jones who I have purchased two cars from. Stay safe everyone. Thank you. read more

My experience at this location was astounding, from start to finish. The customer service was impeccable. Daniel, my service advisor, went above and beyond. He was attentive to detail and constantly kept me in the loop regarding updates on my vehicle. I was also impressed by how he did things with urgency and attention to detail and always kept me in the loop regarding my car. He also mentioned that it was estimated to take about six weeks to complete and only took four weeks. This team of people is incredible. I would 100% recommend you to go here.
