The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. It was pretty quick and they were able to hold the car u til it was ready. It's an older car so they had to order some parts. The estimate was about two weeks but everything worked out and it was done already in a week. They did a great job, even though it was difficult to match the color you can't even tell there was any parts of the car that had to be replaced. They also sent text updates twice a week so you k ow what was going on. The estimate was pretty close they did inform me that it got a little more expensive than the quote and explained exactly why. It was less than 10% from the quote so I thought that was reasonable.

My wife was sideswiped n October. They replaced the bumper for us late last year. In April, the bumper started popping off. I notified them and they decided to warranty their work. They even gave me a rental. They called about 2 weeks later and said it was ready. I drove an hour and it turns out it was a different silver 4Runner that was ready. Mistakes happen. I go home and they call a week later and said it's really ready. I'll pick it up and the bumper still doesn't look quite right. It is popping off again along with the piece that goes over the tire. Denton, Texas location. I'm not trying to be THAT guy but come on, a 3rd attempt should NOT be needed.

And you better check their job, especially for parts that are around the repair site, 'cause I had to wait another week for them to add a clip part back to a part that they took off in order to access their repair site, which they tried to initially claim that it wasn't their job site and thus it wasn't their fault. They also make it sound like my 10 year old car isn't worth their time and effort as if I didn't already pay them to do their job right. They don't offer rental but they do have complimentary Uber to and from this place.

They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said. Easy guys to work with and I would take it there again and highly recommend them. Also Matt is a Vet and this is only one small way to support our troops!
