Customer Service! Over 10 days and still waiting on my car. Was supposed to leave on a trip and they knew that. Now at the last hour have to cancel trip cause no one has called to updated on car in 48 hours when said would be ready. Initial was told only 5 days for car. read more

Quality, value, customer service everything here has been top notch. I would definitely recommend!

I have been in body shop for close to 65 years and have never had a problem getting an update. The receptionist should at least have a daily printout of vehicles progress to answer Questions and when vehicle is ready for delivery. This is constructive feedback. The shop I ran we did $350,000 a month and I knew where every car was and what stage they were in may be I am expecting too much. Thanks Frank Koerbacher read more

So after all this time, needed to change brake pads. Went to take off tire and found the lug bolts on the brand new wheel that caliber replaced are stripped. Two out of five were impacted so tight it stripped the heads. Now cannot access brakes ti repair and may have to cut off new wheel go repair the problem these people created. Its neverending, take my advice. Steer clear of this shop. If not, your at fault for not listening. read more

Caliber Collision - Front bumper bulging outward. - Body Shops Near Me - Corinth, Texas

My family has used this location several times for accident repairs. Each and every time they've done an outstanding job on vehicle repairs and their customer service was top notch. If they miss anything on a repair, they will and have scheduled a follow up to take care of the issue. That's all I can honestly ask for when repairing something as complicated as cars are these days. If we ever have to use them again due to an unfortunate accident, I'd use them again, no questions asked. I've referred friends to their location and would gladly do so again. read more

Truck looks like new again. I would definitely recommend Caliber if you need your vehicle repaired. They are top notch!

(-10) PLEASE - The worst car experience I've ever had. I keep my vehicle super clean and had taken my car for hail repair damage to CC and walked out with the below damage (oh yes I have many photos): 1) Grease on the the interior roof; 2) Dirty foot prints inside throughout; 3) Snags on my back seat from a shoe or belt buckle; 4) Visors broken; 5) Eyesight broken; 6) Spots of hail damage still visible; 7) Interior panels off that I had to reinstall; 8) POOR customer service. Every time I took it back to get something else fixed they broke another item! It was awful. At the end of the day I have to say that once I had gotten in contact with the Regional Manager (Luke Jolley) he was very helpful and put me in contact with the General Manager below him, Jeremiah. They were very attentive in trying to get this resolved, but I stated above there was always - always something else when my car was given back. I couldn't believe it! They ended up refunding me my insurance deductible, had to replace my back seat, replace my visors, and replace my eye sight all of which were damaged in my Subaru Crosstrek. Though they did so all of this to make it right and paid for a detail of my car, this should have never happen and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. So, yes - I would definitely give Caliber Collision a -10 for the most awful experience ever!!! Thank you for your time and I hope this helps you so that you do not end up where I was. Ugh..: Cheers! read more

Great Service! Excellent repairs!! The staff was friendly, helpful and kept me informed. The repairs looked amazing. Would definitely recommend this shop. read more

AMAZING - I had a stupid accident at home and ripped a fin off my car - Not enough to claim insurance. Gavin helped me find the right part at a good price and the install was SUPER low. I just can't say enough good about going here and will ALWAYS return - Thank you so much! read more

they explain everything well and show you all your options in a time of distress they really were my heroes thank you so much!

Worst customer service. Called to schedule an appt as they didn't call me once got my claim. Front office lady was super rude on the phone and in person. Appraisal guy was nice and helpful. read more

I recently bought a classic truck that needs a bit of work, including replacing the pins in the driver's side door. I already had the parts but it's definitely a two-man job and I don't have anyone who can lend a hand during a pandemic. I had already had another garage turn me down because it wasn't worth their time but John at Caliber told me no problem and to come right in. Not only did they get the job done ahead of schedule but the bill was even below what I had been quoted! read more

It took me 50-years to finally find the best, caring, strong team and hard workers with a leader at the top who knows how to satisfy the customer. Don't you love the games when auto dealers over-estimate the billing? Verses, how they can complete an upfront estimated cost of repair after a contact with the insurance provider. OK _ Worst of all: when the consumer asks: "how long will it take until my auto is repaired"? This is when I began to cringe. Why?... Because of numerous delays that get in the way of an accurate time of delivery. 1. Yes, I felt I was lied to, treated as though other demands were much more important than having a decent time to return my auto. BOTTOM LINE: When an auto business takes in more customers than their business can handle...who loses the most? NOT Caliber that is for certain! GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER: Caliber Collision Team. I was there at 11:14am for my 11:15am appointment. Receptionist said fill out these papers...I said you already have all this info and she said "Yes we do...no need for paperwork". So I waited until 11:29 when Brian walked out with a clipboard. He said "How are you"? I said "Impatient; I've been waiting since 11:15". He said "I was working". I said "I was watching you standing there talking to someone sitting at a desk for 10 minutes and I had an appointment for 11:15". We then went outside and it took 2 minutes for him to look at the truck. Went back in and he said "Wait here and I'll prepare your estimate". I told Receptionist to email me the estimate and left. Received the email with my estimate after about 5 minutes. Called and asked for an explanation of Other ($3.00) and Miscellaneous ($204.99) charges. Total estimate was $958.40. Receptionist said Brian was busy and will call back. So I may never get an explanation for the charges... Not getting my vehicle fixed at that location...over my dead body. I hate being treated badly as a customer and just can't seem to keep my mouth shut about that!! read more

These guys are the best!! They literally ran out onto the side of I-35 and pushed my car into their shop and then had it fixed for me the same day. Everyone was so kind and you could tell people truly care about what they're doing here. Would suggest this place to anyone and everyone who asks me. read more

Our car was badly damaged during a recent hail storm, and Caliber Collision was recommended to us from our insurance agency. Because of the weather, lots of vehicles had been damaged and their lobby was packed. They did everything they could to greet and help each customer, including serving free coffee and donuts! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We really had a great experience. read more

I went into caliber collision based on the recommendation from my dealer because this particular shop was certified for Honda. I showed them what looked like a mess that had eaten through the clearcoat on my car door. Rather than quote me a price for a repair, Gwen went in the back and grabbed a polish gun and some different solvents to use. She tried a couple of different things, found something that actually removed it and restored the paint/coat, And asked if she could take it around and have them just take care of it right now. 30 minutes of sitting in there comfortable and clean waiting room, she came back and informed me that everything was finished and they were double checking it. Nicest of all, they did not charge me for their time on that. I'm thinking four and a half stars, but I'll go with the five. I had my Kia worked on here. My experience was fairly standard, in terms of collision repair. (My car is a magnet for people that don't pay attention when driving.) They set up the initial evaluation quickly and it lasted only 15 minutes. They didn't go under the car to check the damage to the bumper, which meant that their estimate was going to be off. (I knew that, they knew that, my insurance knew that. Just be sure you know that.) When we got the work done, the receptionist was nice, but the system could have been organized better. I came in right at my appointment time, and things weren't ready. (Hence the desire to drop a half stars.) I had to wait a while, and it really wasn't necessary. Turned out a new bumper was needed. No surprise there. They still finished the car in two days, though. Work was good, and they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. They called the second day to let us know what was happening. What impressed me was the extra thing they did: The techs also buffed and polished out a big scrape from the front bumper at no cost to us. In fact, they didn't even mention it. They didn't redo the bumper, but the polishing was enough that you don't really see the scrape...you just feel it. I noticed it by accident. You know how you sometimes walk by a car because you think it isn't yours? I did that, because I didn't see the scrape my husband put on the car a month after we bought it. I had to double back and see my license plate. That's worth an extra star...though now I don't have the visible reminder to rib my hubby on his driving. read more

We had our damaged vehicle transported to this location just as they were closing up for the day. We arrived just as the employees were leaving and they went back in, opened up for us, took the vehicle off the flatbed and processed the paperwork. How's that for customer service?! Even though the vehicle ended up being totaled and the vehicle was there for almost 20 days and we were never hassled. The insurance company was pretty slow at handling everything, but Caliber was polite and understanding. While I can't speak to the quality of work they do, their customer service is top notch. read more

My wife was driving my favorite toy and was rear-ended. I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon and picked it up on Wednesday at 5. What is this place, a dry cleaner? The work was excellent and my car looks like the day I bought it. Having your vehicle damaged in an accident where you are not at-fault is one of life's more unpleasant realities. After having my car repaired by the Corinth location, I truly felt taken advantage of. The paint flaked, peeled, and was not sprayed evenly. My head lights had overspray inside of them. And not everything agreed to be repaired was was fixed. I addressed this with my advisor. He promised to make it right. However, he stopped taking my calls and never returned them. After 3 months of trying yo contact him, I gave up. When I traded the vehicle in, the appraiser showed me multiple issued which should have been repaired. read more

I waited a month for an appointment at Caliber Collision after my car was broken into. When I arrived, they couldn't find my paperwork and said I didn't have an appointment. The woman at the front desk was very kind, but the person who came to take pictures of my car refused to help me, saying I needed to schedule an appointment (waiting another month). I explained that I had an appointment, but he seemed uninterested in helping in any way. My insurance adjuster had the info about my appointment, so why didn't Caliber? I will not return to this shop and will not recommend this particular location. read more

I am changing my review I posted prior which was very negative toward Caliber Collision in Corinth. After speaking with the Manager, Josh Roberts, he corrected all the problems we had with Caliber in Corinth. Josh went above and beyond to make sure our cars were fixed to our satisfaction. Josh and I had a lengthy meeting and he has been at this Caliber less than a year and is working very hard to correct the internal problems the store has and improving customer satisfaction. I now feel comfortable recommending Caliber Collision in Corinth to my friends and family. read more

What an excellent experience I had with all of the people over at Caliber Collision, especially Tony Sanchez, Service Advisor. I was rear ended by an inattentive jerkoff and my bumper was damaged. My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision in Corinth. I am very glad that they did. The process of checking my car into the shop was fast and painless. They dealt with my insurance company and told me that the estimate will be done and repairs would begin on my car. Brock Wilson was the estimator. He was professional from start to finish. He ordered parts anticipating what would be needed. What would have taken about a week at other places took 2 days with Caliber Collision! And to make it better, there is an Enterprise in the facility so that you are not without a vehicle. Everyone wins. If you are hit by a jerkoff in the Denton area, do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here. read more

Now that they have new management I feel like this place has came together. My car repair was perfect! I'm happy with the customer service!

I was given a recommendation to use this location, which was not the closest to my residence, but it was worth driving the extra miles. Every interaction I had with the staff was friendly and professional. I was consistently provided about the progress and the work was completed within the time frame I had originally been given. I went in there yesterday to get an estimate for my car because someone hit me. The reception told me the earliest they could get me in was 5 days from now. When I asked if I could just get an estimate, she slowly with an ugly smirk on her face repeated that the earliest would be 5 days from now. Cannot get over her rudeness. What a terrible first impression for this business. No thanks. read more
