I dealt with Caliber Collision through my insurance company after I hit a deer. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I was kept in the loop the entire time as the repairs progressed. They did an EXCELLENT job! My car looks amazing! Highly recommend this place if you need any kind of body work. These guys are top notch! read more

First they put dents in the car that wasn't there before. Had the car for a week and didn't finish the job. Had to bring the car back. Missed work wasn't ready when the said it would be. They did everything they could to piss me off. And had I left the car with them the week I was gone they would have changed me for not picking it up and the job wasn't finished. Not for what I paid them, once they had their money you were on their time. read more

This customer service was absolutely horrible. The front counter girl was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. There was no sign of understanding, sympathy, or even an attempt to help resolve this issue. The look on her face was appalling. When working with insurance companies, some times there is a delay in the communication and what was supposed to be a simple drop off turned into hours of back and forth when I'm 6 months pregnant and just needed some guidance. read more

They had my vehicle for repairs and when I went to pick the vehicle up, half of the parts that they repaired fell off the vehicle. The general manager Dennis m. Mckeen said he would reinburst me for having to get a rental. He lie about that the parts continue to fall off the car and his installer left a weed pipe in my car read more

Caliber Collision is an outstanding business. I received outstanding service from Trevor and his staff. They were very professional and they handled me and my car with the utmost care. I can't say enough about the quality of work, support and care that I received from Caliber Collision. Trevor kept me abreast as to what was taking place and how long it would take. Before I knew it I was on my way to my next venture. I am still in awe about all they've done for me in a short period of time. The customer service is untouchable. Would I continue business with Caliber Collision -Most definite. Would I refer Caliber Collison to a friend-Yes indeed. read more

The customer service I received from Travis was top tier without a doubt. I just love his energy. He's very professional but also funny. He knows how to brighten your day in spite of the circumstances. Travis, Clay and the young lady at the front desk Sam I think that's her name.. I thank you guys for getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. My van looks amazing!! Yes I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this caliber on Old Covington Once again thanks! read more

Amazing team at this location. Greg was able to help me out by checking on a car for me and provided his expert opinion on the car. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs some work done. It's companies like this that you want to help succeed. Thanks again Greg and Caliber! read more

I want to give this location 5 stars! I was in a fender bender and I am so glad I came to this location. When I arrived, Katie at the front desk was instantly attentive and helpful . Kevin was the representative that helped with the repairs on my car. They were on time with returning my car back (within 1.5 weeks). One part of my car had to be ordered, and they were very communicative on the timeline of my car. Had a small hiccup with ants in my car when i picked it up, but they QUICKLY solved the problem. Greg, the GM is also amazing and very understandable! Not only was the customer service was top tier but the quality of work is even better. You can't even tell I was in a accident. I can go on and on, lol - in all this place is great! Thanks guys! read more

I got rear ended & brought my old turd of a car here for repair. CandiceL.treated me no different than if I had brought in a new Cadillac. She was professional, polite, and made me feel as though I was there only customer. She is a Rockstar of customer service and a business asset that any company would be lucky to have. My car looks like brand new and I would highly recommend this location. read more

I'm not sure about the best, but my car caught on fire during the process of the Caliber Collision off of Dogwood in Conyers was repairing it. And the company does not want to pay the vehicle off although the incident occurred in their care. read more

Horrible experience overall. Took them 1 month to fix small paint details. Had to call every week for updates. Make sure they get you a rental because they will take their sweet time. Also, they will not pay for a rental if you don't get it through them. read more

I took my SUV to Caliber Collision Conyers on Wednesday, 8/7/2017, to have the tailgate serviced and rear bumper replaced. The mileage was 16,414 when I dropped it off. What was supposed to be approximately a 3 day job took a week and a half. I picked my SUV up on Friday, 8/18/2017 with 16,609 miles on the odometer. Someone took a one hundred and ninety-two (192) mile joy ride. I got Brian, service rep, and said to him that someone had put almost 200 miles on my SUV and he said that couldn't be. So I pulled out my invoice which validated 16,414 mileage on 8/7/2017 and it clearly showed 16,609 on the odometer ~ he then said oh let me go get my manager and went into the building while I waited for a few minutes and no one came back out; mind you, the place was closing and I was so DONE and got tired of the wait and drove off. On Monday, 8/14/2017, I was told that I'll have my SUV for sure on Wednesday, 8/16/2017, when I call on Tuesday, 8/15/2017 to confirm that all was well for Wednesday, Brian said yes. On Wednesday, I was told Thursday, 8/17/2017 for sure. So on Thursday, 8/17/2017 when I called for Brian, I was directed to Lee and he told me it was going through the quality inspection and I would get a call by 4:15. Brian calls me around 4:15 or shortly thereafter only to say it would be ready Friday. Barrett at Nissan Conyers recommended this company. While the work appears to be okay....if it's not, I wouldn't take it back to them. read more

A deer committed suicide by running into my car recently, and my insurance company recommended taking the car to Caliber Collision for repairs. My Service Advisor was 'Brian'. The repair process was seamless, finished a day ahead of the projected schedule and Brian was TERRIFIC throughout. I highly recommend Caliber, and don't forget to ask for Brian! read more

This is a great place to take your car. I have been hit twice and have gone to this place both times. Everyone there is very nice and they do a great job, in a timely manner. I've received calls and text messages throughout bother processes. Very well run. Highly recommended. read more

Everything went good until I noticed more usual looseness in my front grill. After the job was completed the employee brought my vehicle to the front. Everything looked good except when he goes to wipe my front grill. My front grill was not in tack, it would push in like it was loose. His answer was yeah it's just like that. Really? I guess the guy thinks I'm a dumb ass but I was on a schedule so I didn't argue with him. I just said okay. I took my vehicle down the street to the Walmart parking lot and started moving the grill front front to back with my left and right hand. After several times i noticed it snapped in place. Problem solved by me , the customer. Due to this I will not be referring or using them again. read more

I was a repeat customer. The bodyshop staff do superb work. My repairs were restored like new. The paint matched perfectly. They delivered the return of my car in the timeframe they promised. The type of insurance I have provides a lifetime guarantee. I have never been dissatisfied with their work quality. They have a good team in the bodyshop. I hope the shop manager recognize and appreciate the folk that actually do the work. I would choose Caliber Collision again because of their industry relationships. Caliber Collision partners with insurance and car rentals companies for improved customer experience. The customer arrives for inspection, agrees to repairs and rental car is ready for your departure. This service process could use some tweaking however if your bottomline is car restoration ...then they will not disappoint. Three stars only because of the "overall" experience with two different service appointments. read more

Went in to get an estimate on a small door ding about the size of a nickel and I was told that I would need to make an appointment. I was furious and I asked for an email where I can send pictures to get an estimate. Yolanda Matthews gave me the email address and I submitted the photos that same day only to be emailed that I would have to bring my vehicle in and that they don't provide estimates based on photos. Yolanda Matthews should have told me this instead of allowing me to waste my time going thru the motion! read more

I arrived at my appointment 10 mins early. Checked in with the receptionist. 10 mins later Kiry Henderson introduced himself as my service advisor. We discussed the damage to my car. He informed me that my rental car was on the way. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins. I asked the receptionist did she know the ETA for my vehicle. Her response was "No" very rude and nonchalant. I explained to her that I was told by Geico and her prior to making my appointment that my car would be waiting on me when I arrived. Again, her response was "No". After waiting another 15 mins. I took it upon myself to call Enterprise. They informed me that they were short staffed and my car was being washed and would arrive in 15 mins. After taking to the agent at Enterprise. Kiry walked into the lobby saw that I was still waiting and inquired about my car. The receptionist response was I called. I intervened explaining that I had to call and get an ETA on my vehicle. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional she deals with Enterprise on a daily basis. Why? Would you tell a customer that has been waiting for over an hour that you don't know the ETA on their vehicle. But yu lie to the service advisor in front of the customer and say you called. My next issue is as I sat by the water dispenser waiting on my car for over an hour. A technician came in the lobby to get water. He rudely reached over me to get water never bothered to say excuse me. My encounter with the receptionist and technician set the tone for a bad experience. Those two reasons is why I wouldn't recommend this location. My suggestion is get a new receptionist that cares about his/her job and providing outstanding customer service. Next, talk to the technician's about common courtesy. Address these two because I would love to recommend this location and give a 5 star rating. Words of gratitude to express how I was treated by Kiry Henderson. He was attentive to my needs from start to finish. I appreciate the outstanding, friendly customer service the Kiry provided. He provided me with a first-rate experience. Kiry is a tremendous asset to your company. I was definitely pleased with the repairs made it my car. The technician did an outstanding job. read more

My car got hit and Brent and his team helped me get my 2016 Honda Civic back into tip top shape. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. I was also able to get a rental dropped off to the shop so that was super convenient. My car looks as good as new. Thanks to Caliber, I'm back on the road! read more

While visiting in Fredrick Md. over the Christmas holidays I was rear ended. Now I have a beautiful relationship with my car 'Lola' and we both knew we could not ride around with any imperfections. farmers recommended me to Caliber. They repaired my rear bumper in a timely fashion. While I worried about Lola's well being Brent kept me informed of each step along the way. They not only fixed Lola's bumper but also cleaned her nice. We are once again reunited and happily traveling 285 every morning. Thank you Caliber!!! read more

I ran over some sort of obstacle while driving on I-20 one night, this destroyed me front bumper. I took my car to Caliber Collision for the repairs. The repairs were completed on time, and without complication, I would take my car to these guys anytime. read more

I took my Canyon Truck to this location based on the 3 reviews I saw on Yelp. A person had backed into my passenger side and messed up the running board and molding on the bottom. Caliber is the company their insurance used. My truck was fixed to perfection. The work is under warranty and original parts were used as the vehicle was under 2 years old. I received it back earlier than I expected. There were a couple of knick-knack issues that arose which did not involve the repair work. These were addressed with honesty and to my total satisfaction. On top of all that, the vehicle was detailed inside and out. I had not cleaned the inside in 2 years! Caliber is not on State Farm's list for repairs, but if I need anything else, Caliber is the place I am taking my vehicle. read more

Tahoe was not ready on time, took exactly 3 wks to finish. Tahoe was dirty upon my arrival, and broken glass was still inside the vehicle. Caliber didn't match my window tint with the original dark tint, and even left the front window clear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO VISIT THE CONYERS LOCATION!!!!! read more
