Paul the advisor was wonderful. He kept me informed, offered me a customer pay for the other damages on my car. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They also have funny stickers you can take at the front desk. Great place. read more

I'd like to give a shout out to Nick service advisor on Hull street location. He assisted me with a recurring problem with my car. His remedy was very creative and now my car will pass inspection! Truly grateful for his time today with a resolution. Highly recommend consulting with him on car repairs. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Took 21/2 weeks to get an estimate and after 3 - 4 calls with no call back I had to personally show up to get it to then find out 2 weeks later from my insurance company that it was totaled. In that timeframe, I never received another communication from them. I was never told they were understaffed, which is the excuse I got or I would have selected a different location. Now, after $1,500 out of pocket for a rental car, Caliber agreed to pay 1 week of the rental without letting me know anything. After it was all said and done, the only communication I had with the guy was the one time I drove up there after never getting a call back for weeks. read more

Great service! Very easy process, my car was fixed quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager, Paul, went above & beyond to make it a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Friendly & very helpful from the front desk to the repair men. I definitely recommend this location and their services.

Horrible no stars. No communication. Only bumber wrong and the removed engine!!!! They keep your car add more damage to scam insurance. They are disgusting read more

The recent ice apocalypse decided is was time to piss me off by dropping an unfriendly tree branch on my PERFECT truck! After drinking a couple of scotch and felling the very tree that disagreed with my parking near it, I took my truck to see Angela at Caliber Collision. From start to finish, this was a seamless process and I had my truck parked next to the stump of that not so tough tree within 2 weeks. If it's necessary to use a body shop for repairs or a revenge tree branch drop, I won't hesitate to give Angela a call. read more

Had a good experience with these guys after I got in a small accident when someone cut me off on the highway (hello Richmond drivers). They were very up front about things may be delayed as far as parts when I dropped off the car. The minor repairs were fixed within a matter of days. Unfortunately I needed one part that took almost a month to get. The only issue with this is I let my rental car limit for my insurance about a week before my car was finished which isn't their fault but still not fun. Anyway it's back and looks great! read more

Went in on September 23 for an estimate and made repair appointment for November 15. Received a call on October 13 that they were canceling my appt due to not being able to take anymore Allstate claims for the month. How are you over your quota when I was booked a month and a half in advance? They should have known if they were full. I wasted my time and scheduled a day off from work for each appt. When I called back to question I asked to speak to a manager and he was extremely rude. I believe they got a bigger repair job (more money) and cancelled me. I have had repairs done at this shop twice before but I will never do business with them again read more

I have dealt with a good number of body shops (unfortunately). Brought my sons car in today after some hit and run damage from a parking lot. I have to say at least from my initial experience this is one of the most professional operations I have ever been to. Especially with Geico with their autoexpress service. Adjuster on site and explained everything in detail. Very quick and easy. Highly recommend. read more

Unfortunately, I was rear-ended and had to get some repairs done. The good part is Caliber Collison was there to help. I am very pleased with the work they have done. The customer service is flawless. Everyone was really nice, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease when leaving my vehicle in their care. They took the time to walk me through the process which was very simple and stress free. The rental car was available when I arrived so I didnt have to wait. I was on my way within 30 minutes after dropping my car off. I signed up to receive text alerts on my phone for status updates. They sent an update daily (business hours). Everything went very smoothly and my vehicle looks great. I am very pleased with the work that was done. If you ever need any repairs done to your vehicle, make Caliber your first choice. You won't be disappointed. read more

we hit a deer in April 2024. They managed to get to my car in June 2024. We got my car back, but there was a piece of trim that they did not fix. They apologized and told me they would order the part, and that they should have it there within a week or two. a week or two later, they apologized and said they had forgotten to order the part and they would get it to us in another week or two and actually made an appointment for us to come in. We brought the car there on the appointment only to find out they had the part, but they hadn't painted it and could not install it at that time either. We have an hour each way to get to this particular location and actually had to take the morning off in order to make that appointment in which they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake they apologize profusely and told us they would call us back the following week. It is now September 2024 and we cannot get them to return a call despite repeatedly telling us that they will call us back by the end of the day. This is a lousy company with lousy customer service and I will not recommend them. I should not still be fighting to get a stupid piece of trim replaced on my car for months. This is clearly an example of the quality of work and the quality of customer service that you can expect from this company at least at this location. read more

Very professional staff. They took care of my rental before I walked through the door. A quote was provided through a first inspection. Once I dropped off the car, they did a thorough inspection and found more items to fix that was not visible. They fixed the car in the amount of days promised and kept me updated on the progress through phone calls and email. My car looks great! Immaculate paint job, new body parts, it looks like it was never in an accident. Thank you Caliber Collision. read more

This location and the manager go beyond to take care of their customers! So helpful and the place was so clean and immaculate! I highly recommend going here for any repairs. read more

I do not recommend this business. After getting into an accident, it is already a headache and they do not make the process better. I took my car here to get an estimate and was waiting for a date to drop off for repairs. I waited two weeks and called back and they told me they cannot repair my vehicle. If I didn't call, I would have not been aware of their intent of not repairing my vehicle. The general manager got on the phone and used a rude tone of basically telling me oh well. To avoid the headache and nasty customer service, take your vehicle some where else. This location specifically do not care about customers nor providing great service. read more

Best experience with a car place ever! William the service advisor kept me informed of the process and made the entire process a smooth transaction. Scott in the body-shop and Wolf and Murry in paint did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I had just purchased a brand new 2019 vehicle. It looked better when I picked it up from Caliber then it did when I picked it up from dealership. The attention to detail was on point. It was shiny and clean which made me very happy. These gentlemen went above and beyond. I will be singing their praises to anyone who mentions needing work done. read more

I had light body damage due to a deer. These guys were great! They had a rental there waiting for me and gave me regular updates. The repair looks great. Chevy went on strike during the time of my repairs, which caused a small delay in getting my car fixed based on their preliminary estimate. (They had a harder time getting parts.). However, no complaints from me. They were upfront with me and worked hard around the strike to get my car fixed. I'm a happy customer. I recommend them to everyone. read more

Adrian, the GM at Caliber Collision, was able to help take care of my side mirror at a reasonable price and was incredibly helpful and upfront. The service team and the work they do is top-notch. I will be coming back for any future needs. read more

I was scheduled today for an estimate, they said they didn't have me in the system until August 2nd. They wanted to see how there was a mix up... They were nice enough to fit me in the schedule for when I showed up and have someone take a look at the car. The gentleman was very informative and told me everything he was doing and gave me a run down of how much everything would cost. A customer wanted popcorn and they also popped some fresh popcorn for her! read more

I went there to get a free quote on repairs without a scheduled appointment. The staff was so friendly and fit me in. The general manager Adrian Watkins actually came out personally to help me. He was wonderful, honest and thorough. He knew I was paying for the repairs myself out of pocket and not going through insurance. And he gave me several options to make it the most affordable. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Thanks again for your patience and honesty! You and your team made my day. read more

From our initial contact with Gail and Daniel, we knew our vehicle was in good hands. They explained every little detail to us about the damages to our vehicle. Daniel kept us up to date, on the progress of our vehicle during the week. When I picked up my vehicle about 7 days, looked brand new and you would never know a deer hit the drive side. Thank you outstanding job!!!! read more

The best part of my visit were the people that helped me Greg Amanda and Wayne were very helpful, nice and open to answering all of my questions. They also provided AMAZING customer service. I felt calm and I felt that I could trust leaving my Hyundai with them for the week. My car looks amazing and I am really happy with the results. I will be sure to recommend Calliber Collision read more

I had my vehicle towed there and they had it for 2 months , when I went to pick up my vehicle it looked awful, the front bumper was set more to one side, plastic cover over bumper wasn't secure and floppy, the lower control arm was replaced with a used control arm that had grooves cut in it that appeared to be from a grinder, i was very unhappy and couldn't believe they would do such awful work. They said they would fix it but have to wait for parts to come in and take it back. I asked if they could do return my deductible or anything for all this inconvenience and was just told "NO" shoddy work and horrible customer service. read more

i'm embarrassed to say that I have had to come to this location multiple times after an accident but I am proud to say that I have somewhere that I can rely on and that I don't have to worry about leaving my car at, I feel a sense of relief when I drop my car off at caliber collision they always get the job done and they are always efficient and keep me updated about my car daily, being in an accident is a stressful experience but it's nice to know that my car is left with a reliable company read more

This is a first class body shop. Especially if you have Geico insurance. The shop's personnel along with a Geico adjuster that is there onsite looks at the vehicle with you upon arrival. You get an estimate that day and updates via texts daily throughout the process until the vehicle is ready for pickup. The repair was perfect. Vehicle was detailed inside and out! read more

I just picked up my car from Caliber. This is my third experience with them and as always I left with a smile on my face and total confidence that my car issues are resolved. The entire staff are always friendly and willing to answer my questions regarding my car service. On this particular visit, Adrian handled my car service from start to finish. Adrian called personally with updates on the the status of the car repairs. My car only needed a software update which is opposite of what we thought was going on. Caliber covered the entire bill. Great customer service paired with a knowledgeable staff is what you get with Caliber. read more

Someone hit my car while I was at lunch one day and did not know who it was as they left no info for me. I was very satisfied with the repairs except the SRS light was on the car when I picked it up and they were not able to fix it as they did not have the right equipment to do so. The car needed inspection as it had expired while they had it so my mechanic fixed it and charged me around $80.00. I called Caliber for them to reimburse me, took a survive and voiced my complaint with no results. Someone from the national Office called to discuss this then someone from the location called but I was never reimbursed, so I am not going to use them ever again. I feel that they should have retuned my car they way they received it. read more

Took my car there after it was rear ended. Took a month to fix it....they lied and used bondo when they said it was all brand new parts. Even billed the insurance company for "new" parts. But they used salvage parts and plaster. Paint didnt match...and after THREE times having it back in their shop, the trunj leaked. They lied said it was finw..I got sick of them and took it to Whitten brothers collision center. They DID you BRAND NEW Lexus parts and it never leaked. BEWARE OF CALLIBER...THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL BROWN NOSERS AND THAT IS ALL THEY ARE GOOD AT. They even made fun of my wife behind her back and we heard them. I confronted them and they denied it. Never ever would I ever take a dented coke can for them to fix....screw this company and the manager brian is an ass. read more

I was involved in a hit and run and my insurance sent me to this body shop. My insurance worker was incredibly nice and kept me informed on the status of my car. The shop is immaculate and my car was fixed in a timely manner. read more

The people here are really nice in person, however over the phone they're very short. Nevertheless, I took my car to this shop because it was the recommended mechanic through Geico. Initially I felt good leaving my car in the hands of the preferred shop, but the experience was truly a living hell. So, after dropping my car off, I put the key in the drop box, and I received my first scare in the form of a phone call telling me no key was found, and my car was not where I parked it. In fact the car was in the shop and someone moved the key but I should have received a call like that. I was very worried thinking my car was stolen. Then all in the same day I received another call from a mechanic explaining to me that my car was a total loss. This was on a Friday just before the shop closed. I called back to only get the voice mail. I had a rental car and decided to go to the shop because my car was expected to be fix in two weeks. I also figured something was not being accurately reported to me about the cost of repairing my car. A two week repair turned into multiple total loss mistakes which ultimately turned into me not paying as much to get my car back but the time wasted left me with a 1900.00 rental car charge. I actually went to the shop and saw my car at the shop when it was supposed to be towed else where to be fixed. That didn't happen. And I just want to tell everyone to be careful, because this shop is not a good one. The worst feeling was getting my car back filthy. After being this to the attention of the claims adjuster--he explained to me that the shop and his relationship isn't the same because of their inability to claim responsibility in this situation. Part of me believe they're all responsible for my stress and monetary disposition. I FELT EXPENDABLE AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. I REPEAT THERES BETTER SHOPS AND HINEST PEOPLE IN RICHMOND. read more

I was brought to Caliber because my bumper was nearly turn off by a reckless driver. When I went to Caliber, my experience was wonderful. Everyone greeted me and took care of me without hesitation. I quickly conducted a walk thru of the work, they let me know how long it would take and before I knew it I was signing the rental car documents and I was off. They kept me updated daily and finished on time, as promised. I returned the rental car the next day. They answered all the questions I had and overall it was a great experience. I don't like the terms of how we meet, but if I had to go back to Caliber, I wouldn't be mad!!! read more

I was told many conflicting things about my car. I think the biggest issue I had was dealing with the rudest manager I have ever met. My car was fixed but only after speaking to the regional manager. The different stories that was told to me made me not trust these guys at all!!! They gave me one quotebut then found out when my insurance company gave me a couple hundred dollars more they wanted to increase the price. The manager followed me and my husband out to the parking lot to start a fight with us. He was very argumentative! He recorded our phone call on his cell phone which makes me believe he's had a lot of issues in the past. He accused me of insurance fraud. I promise you I am not one to post negative reviews but after the treatment we received by the manager at the store I feel like everyone needs to know what kind of service they provided. They may have done some good things in the past for some other customers but we received the worst service imaginable. I found out that he is the manager only because his father-in-law got him the job. That doesn't make you qualified to take care of customers. I apologize for this long with you but I feel like everyone should know this is not a reputable place to take your car! read more

Wonderful experience at Caliber. Great customer service and my car looks great.

I am with Geico Insurance, which they are intertwined with Caliber. I go to get my car repaired after an accident. I leave my belonging in the car. They went thru my trunk and I've come to the conclusion that there were missing items from my trunk, mostly fireworks. When I bring it up to the manager, James, he claims "he knows the person who worked on my car, he could 'assure' me he wouldn't do that." Sorry to say, I observed my car before dropping it off. Not just that, but I had to go back THE DAY BEFORE to grab paperwork and other left items where I still saw my items still in the vehicle. I personally would recommend, if you must go here to CLEAR your car of valuables, before leaving in their possession. read more
