Under no circumstances is what I ever recommend this shop. They completely and repeatedly lied to my girlfriend about the timeline and the progress for her vehicle . Just bold face lied and repeatedly pushed the estimated completion timeline to the right, leaving her without a vehicle for over three weeks for a minor door dent repair. They lied about when the door came in, they lied about when they were painting it, and they lied about the safety check timeline that they were working with. This is the worst shop you could possibly work with . Do not come here . Do not give them your business. read more

Following an uninsured motorist collision in September my insurance company recommended the repairs be performed on my Chrysler 300 at Caliber Collision in Canton Ga. My car sat for long periods of time during September 2024 through January 2025 for cosmetic and mechanical issues to front passenger side of my car - during which two separate diagnostic tests were also billed to my insurance provider. I brought vehicle back to Calibur multiple times to no avail, they insisted that the problems were unrelated but licensed certified mechanics now state that is not true and Caliber Collision has put my family and I in grave danger for months now by not calibrating vehicle properly (evident with several minor glitches in windshield wiper and back up cameras)! They also did a terrible job on the cosmetic repairs! Since receiving my vehicle, I have experienced several ongoing issues including: *Failure of the automatic windshield wipers *Malfunctioning rear backup camera (non-operational since the collision) *Unbalanced front end *ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) indicating no post-collision calibration *Braking System front end alignment *Front Bumber, Grill Quarter Panel leaking through door - overlapping and does not fit adequately *Safety sensors around the vehicle were never calibrated and none of the features have been working properly since accident and said repairs by Calibur. *Inside front passenger door leaks due to improperly fitting quarter panel and door *Front bumper is ill fitting and loose *Front Right wheel and tire not replaced Proper ADAS calibration is essential for the safety and functionality of modern vehicles. The lack of calibration, if not completed, has placed me and my family at risk for months. PLEASE BEWARE! Do not allow unlicensed and uncaring people to work on your vehicle! read more

Don't take your car here if you want honest information or if you need you car in the next six weeks. Lie after lie about wrong parts, defective parts, late delivery of parts, missing paperwork and on and on. I thought my car had been lost in the seventh circle of hell. Jeff the manager helped me with a warranty. He was friendly at first I guess until he decided that I had caused the damage to my car. He repeatedly accused me of hitting something that caused my front bumper to become loose. I explained to him over and over that I didn't, and that after the repair it was loose but became worse over time. I know that if my skin tone was different he would have had a different outlook on the situation. I have insurance if I had hit something I know can file a claim why bother with the warranty. If you're looking to hold them accountable for the lifetime warranty they offer it's a bunch of bull. Make sure there's not one scratch on your car before you do or you will be accused of damaging the car yourself. read more

I had an appointment to get an estimate done at 7:30, after showing up on time and waiting for 15 minutes listening to the employee's personal conversations (they were extremely loud) I called them while in the lobby to tell them...I was in the lobby. The receptionist needs to listen and care about the customer having to give her the same answer multiple times and almost argue with her about my information. This place is an absolute joke, I am sure they survive by getting insurance claims assigned to them because I would never go back or suggest them to a friend. I would not recommend them due to a set in stone company policy that you must leave your car with them while waiting for parts to come in. I have a drivable car with damage to the passenger side of the car. I sat in the waiting area listening to the receptionist explain that getting parts is sometimes delayed due to supply issues. Their policy is that you leave your car with them while waiting for parts. I requested that I be allowed to take my car home and return when parts were in. I agreed to signing a contract and paying my deductible up front. I explained that I didn't have rental care included in my insurance plan and didn't have the money to pay for a rental car for an indefinite period of time while they waited for parts to come in. The sales rep was very understanding and said he would see if he could make an exception. He came back and said "I'm very sorry, it's a corporate policy." No problem. I was able to contact my insurance and had the claim sent down the road to another collision shop. Gerber collision said that it was no problem for me to drive my car while we waited for parts. Repairs aren't done yet so stay tuned for my next review. read more

Caliber Collision had my vehicle for a month, each week at the end of the business day on Thursday I would get a text saying that there was a delay and the work would be completed the following week. The first delay was because they realized that there was structural damage to the driver's side door so they couldn't simply repair the dent as originally planned so they had to order a new door. December 12th they contacted me and said there was an issue locating the replacement grill as the one they ordered was incorrect, mind you they had already had the vehicle for 28 days at this point. They said that they would order the correct part and have it overnighted. Around noon the next day I was contacted by my claims representative who informed me that she had spoken with Caliber and was advised that they hadn't received the part and it would probably be the following week before the part was received but other than that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. She advised me that insurance only covers 30 days of rental car so I would need to pick the vehicle up and then take it back once the part arrived. At 4:45 I had still not heard from them and my wife had to work that evening so we proceeded to drive to the shop, on the way in I called and requested to speak with Boomer the manager or Mel the Representative that was in charge of the repair, I was placed on hold for the entirety of my drive almost 20 minutes. Upon inspection in addition to the proper grille not being installed, it was found that they chipped the passenger side fender and scuffed the brand new bumper on the driver side when installing it, also they broke a trim piece on the driver side door when installing the replacement door. I advised that Mel that they needed to repair their errors and I was not going to pay them until the repairs were done properly. He went in and Boomer come out to speak with me, while we were speaking a Canton Police SUV pulled in and parked a couple of spaces away. Boomer said he couldn't believe and I quote that one of his knuckleheads would do this and do also blamed the scuff on the bumper from the manufacturer stating that sometimes they come in with blemishes. He finally agreed that he would have the bumper and fender repainted once they receive the grille as the will already be removing the bumper and he agreed to pay for a rental car. My wife took the vehicle and headed towards he work, within a matter of minutes she called me as I was driving our other vehicle home and she said she could hear and feel wind coming through the top of the door. When my wife returned from work the next morning I decided to take an even closer look to see what else maybe wrong with vehicle, upon further inspection it was found that driver side door was misaligned and there was a gap all the way across the top, the fog lights no longer worked and the bumper was not properly attached to the frame. On December 23rd I finally received a call stating the parts were in and I could drop the vehicle off December 24th and they would arrange for a rental car to be delivered to the shop. On Tuesday December 30th I called and spoke with Mel and asked when the repairs would be completed he said that they were expecting the trim piece to be delivered from the dealership after lunch and he would call once completed, the same trim piece that he had previously told me had already been delivered. Tuesday afternoon Boomer called me to tell me the was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon inspecting the door it was clear that no attempt was made to resolve the gap issue and also the bumper was still not properly attached to the frame. Mel said go have a seat and I'll get it taken care of. While my kids and I sat in the lobby Boomer came out and said has Mel seen you yet we have it fixed and I said no you don't he just pulled it back in to fix the door and the bumper. Later Boomer came out and said we got the bumper fixed and will fix the door alignment in a moment, few minutes later I hear Boomer on a walkie talkie that was left at the front desk, "Hey Mel, where's the Yukon?" Mel said, "Taking it out front." And Boomer replied, " We still need to fix the door." After over an hour of my kids and I sitting in the lobby Boomer brings the vehicle out and said it is complete. This morning my wife was on the way to work and called me as she could still hear and feel wind. We contacted Caliber again and left a message for Boomer he called back an hour later and spoke with my wife and said that the repair was completed on Tuesday and they haven't lied about anything when she mentioned the issue with the door he said that he had been trying to contact Travelers about using a used bracket for the door read more
