After an accident, I took my 2016 Lexus ES 350 to Caliber because my insurance company referred me and they also told me that I would likely get my car back sooner by going there because their adjusters work from some of the Caliber locations. Needless to say I was skeptical and I really didn't care how long it took for the job to get finished as long as it was done right. I had every intention on taking my vehicle to the Lexus dealership, but something told me to give Caliber a try and I'm very glad I did! Raul and the rest of the staff there were great! I dropped my car off on Monday morning and they called me later that day to inform me that it would take about eight days to complete the job. I received another call from a staff member a few days later to confirm the completion date and that everything was on schedule. I received a final call the day before the scheduled due date to say I can come pick up my car and when I got there I was very pleased with the work! The car looked brand new and Raul even had some additional work done for me as a courtesy. They even cleaned and detailed my car! I was most pleased with how they kept me informed throughout the process and everyone there was very friendly...even during the pandemic. Highly recommend this specific Caliber Collision. I had some quality repair work done here a few years ago. Today I took my truck in because I had an issue with the window not rolling down. I explained my situation to Samantha at the front desk, who then let her manager know about my issue. Within minutes, he came out, brought my truck to the back and had his technicians look at the issue. 5 minutes later, my window was working again and I was on my way home, free of charge. The manager explained that something was loose in the door and they took care of it. This particular dealership was recommended to me by Honda. Making an appointment was easy, and Sarah answered all my questions. She helped me arrange for my rental car and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. I dropped my car off and Raul took care of the repairs. While my car was in the shop, Raul would regularly leave me voicemails to keep me updated. He was personable and professional. My car was ready in a timely manner. I appreciate the work that Sarah and Raul did and will definitely be back for any future repairs. They even made sure to sterilize my key before returning it to me. I had a good experience getting my car fixed at this location. My car was repaired in a few days. I had run over a dead deer on a highway ( I will never drive on highway 154 again) and my bumper was cracked, my fog light was wiped out, and mud flap broken. My car looks great now. Vince was very communicative and kept me updated on the repairs. The receptionist was friendly also. Caliber worked with my insurance and helped arrange for the rental car pickup as well. After someone hit my parked car and drove off without leaving their information, I needed a quick and reliable auto body shop to replace my front bumper, among other things. My insurance company wasn't going to cover the hit-and-run, but they had sent me to Caliber Collision in the past; since there was one in the area, I thought I would give this location a go. Big mistake. I had called ahead to let them know my car was on its way in, but when I called back later I was told they had no idea who my car belonged to. (Uhm--what? Excuse me?) I gave my e-mail address, which was repeated back to me perfectly, and asked to be e-mailed any documents that needed to be signed so they could disassemble my vehicle and give me an estimate for the repairs. I had to call back two more times over the next 3 hours prior to closing because these documents still had not been sent. When I called back the next day, I was told they'd sent these documents to the wrong e-mail address after all, despite the verification step. (Some random stranger now has all my car and contact information? Sure. No problem. That's exactly what I wanted.) Then, 6 hours after signing these papers--and more than 24 hours since they'd had my vehicle--I still didn't have an estimate, so I went down there in person. They still hadn't touched my car, so I asked them to release it to me. That was the only thing that happened relatively quickly there. All I can say is the only reason I'm still giving this place 3 stars is because the mechanics there were so darn nice. One in particular even added more tape to the front bumper for me to ensure it wouldn't fall off while I (very slowly and carefully) drove it to an auto body shop right down the street. Maybe they were just extremely busy, I don't know, but I've definitely found somewhere better--Moises Auto (https://www.yelp.com/biz/moises-auto-body-and-paint-canoga-park-2). They disassembled my vehicle and got me a finalized quote in maybe 5 minutes, and set me up with a free Hertz car rental. They were fast, friendly, did a great job, and didn't try to overcharge me. read more

Had my car broken into through rear window. Was recommended caliber Collision through my insurance. Was assigned Adjuster Robert who apparently was fired or quit. I found this out due to my car taking an unusual amount of time to get parts and be finished. After the 8th visit I finally received my car back to realize every time I turn my music up the door now rattles. I took the liberty of taking apart the door panel to see unsatisfactory work. Parts of my door card scuffed from removal so many times. Missing doorcard clips. Just overall piss poor work . I do not and would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. read more

My experience at caliber collision was excellent. I had to get a truck fix fast, and when I brought the vehicle in for a quote Raul checked my vehicle and gave me a fair price. I explained Raul that I had to return the vehicle as soon as possible because it was a rental. Raul said he couldn't promise how soon he could finish the work on the truck, but he would put a rush tO it. I left my truck there on Thursday mid day, and I got a call from Raul today 1/3/2020 at 4:30 pm that my truck was ready to be picked up. That is the best news I have got so far this year and let me tell you I couldn't be more pleased with the work done on my truck as well as the treatment, I received at Caliber Collision at 7837 deering ave, Canoga Park, CA. Everything was very professional and timely. David is who I believe fixed her up and kept me updated on the process and deadline expectancy. My bumper looks as good as new, literally! I believe I even got newer modeled fog lights, which is pretty cool. The receptionists were always friendly and upbeat, and everyone here made my experience a better one. Had repair done on my car that was in an accident. Went here because my insurance recommended them. Car was in the shop several days and all seemed well because they gave me updates although the receptionist had no ounce of friendliness. This was about a year ago. I'm a little late on the review. I got my car back and all was well until it rained. My car got soak in wet on the inside and smelled like mildew. Turns out they didn't seal the truck properly so I returned it and they admitted their fault and repaired it. Very disturbing that they didn't complete the job the first time and still concerned about potential mold in my car. read more
