I unfortunately have been in a bad luck streak with car repairs needed over the last couple of years. While I am a USAA Member each time I have requested the Campbell (McGlincy location) Caliber Collision because Sabrina and Paula make the experience that much more effortless and positive. It is already stressful as a customer knowing you have to deal with something annoying like a car fix and they both go above and beyond! I highly recommend this location because of the stellar staff and impeccable attention to detail on car repairs. read more

Edit: The company apologized and stated they hoped they could serve me better going forward. I appreciate the sentiment and hope I won't need any services going forward! I know it is not this collision center's fault that the vehicle was totaled; however, the lack of communication from this place is astounding. I had to ask multiple times about the status of my vehicle after weeks of waiting because no one got back to me. Then when they did, I was given vague information since they didn't want to give me the bad news. I was notified by the company who was going to tow my totaled vehicle about the status of my vehicle being totaled and I only received notice from this collision center after I had been notified by the towing company hired to remove my vehicle from the collision center. They get one extra star for the worker who helped me remove my personal belongings from my vehicle by providing me with a rolling cart. read more

Took our Subaru BRZ to Caliber to have the hood fixed, as it would not close properly and was wobbling from side to side. Made an appointment, met Luis, the manager I believe, who was very kind, thoroughly explained some possibilities for the issue and had it fixed in no time. He was professional and extremely courteous. I will be taking all my auto body business back to Luis. Excellent customer service!! Thank you Luis read more

I was never told my front end was being wrapped!! A car brushed against my car and totally tore the wrap on the bumper. I would have never agreed to a wrap on my front end. I would never go back because I feel like they tried to deceive me to make a dollar!! read more

I had a "project" I needed help with. Paula invited me to swing by and chat with the general manager. I arrived to a clean welcoming lobby and was greeted by Paula. She was so lovely and made me feel comfortable. Luis, the GM was no different; welcoming, friendly and understood my dilemma. He quickly said they could help me out, and since it was a quick project, they could do it then. I was ecstatic. 40 minutes later I drove out of the shop no longer feeling embarrassed to drive my car. Top notch service and wonderful people. Do not hesitate in choosing this shop if you need any repairs. read more

5 star experience! Caliber fixed the front end body damage to my kids car. After the fact we realized the windshield water reservoir bottle had got cracked in the accident. We were leaving the next day to drive to Seattle so we're unable to book the car back in to fix. The car had been in Seattle for a few months (where my daughter is at school) and had got some scuffs on the bodywork (Seattle street parking is notoriously hard on cars). We brought the car in to replace the water bottle and when we picked the car up not only had the car been washed and vacuumed but the body work scuffs had been buffed out and touched up. Now that is exceeding all expectations. From friendly check in to qualify of work this place is the best! read more

I strongly recommend this Caliber shop (Campbell). From the start they communicated well (phone, email) and on time. Their shop is clean and well organized. They offered great price for minor body work and did not overdo it like others (e.g. did ot require too may expensive fixes). They kept me in the loop and competed work on time and budget, with written estimates. Their advisor Nicolas and manager Louis were great to work with. Highly recommend! Drago read more

I don't have anything good to say about this shop. It's a SHIT-SHOP IMO! Had my vehicle for quite a while, did not call me or communicate the status of my vehicle. I had to call them and when I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up I was happy. But when I saw my Hyundai Tucson at the shop it looked liked they had just finished wash/waxing it and looked not very well done. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone take their damaged vehicle to this shop! read more

Work hard to satisfy all customers. Quality of repairs are as good as new. I recommend Caliber a first stop to any person, once vehicle is dropped off everything else is smooth from there and all taken care of. read more

Caliber (on McGlincy) repaired my damaged bumper. They worked directly with my insurance company, kept me posted with progress updates, delivered on time, and did top notch quality work. They're nice people, too. I'm completely satisfied with the results. read more

I would like to give a shout out the lady who answered the phone. I wish I had remembered her name. Thank you so much! read more

I called to schedule a car repair after talking to the insurance company who was responsible for handling my claim the day before and not even the next day, I come to find out that they don't even have the right name or information on file, they can't change any of that information, and that it's gonna take about 3 weeks or so before i can even drop off my car, just for an estimate, when I scheduled with the insurance company to get my car repaired. I had my car towed to the shop & they helped fix my radiator. Now my car is running great again. Thank you!!

Great Service. Very friendly. Very fast! I even got picked up when my vehicle was ready. Thank you Manny!

Caliber and their staff were amazing! They kept us in the loop the whole process; made the getting and returning of the rental car extremely easy; AND finished ahead of schedule even though additional repairs were needed once the bumper was taken off! In addition to the wonderful service we received, they fully cleaned and detailed the car inside and out. The car looked brand new! We were really happy with everything from end to end. And while I hope we do not need any future repairs to our car, if we do, we will be going back here without question! read more

I brought my car to Caliber Collision with a smashed rear bumper from a collision. Savannah took care of me quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate to repair the damage to my Avalon. My parts were ordered quickly and I was scheduled for the repairs within days. Caliber kept me posted on the status of my repairs on a regular basis. The car was completed on schedule and the best part was the quality of the repairs. My car is looking like new and I definitely recommend Caliber Collision. When it comes to body work, they are the best! read more

This is one of the best places to have your car fixed. The Caliber Collision team in Campell goes above and beyond to get your car looking brand new. Their office has an awesome Star Wars atmosphere that made me feel even more comfortable with this shop because it felt like this facility is a family and not just an old beat up bodyshop. They did a touch up on my bumper which they did not have to (ie insurance) and that is the only reason why I am writing this review read more

Got into a minor accident & took my car to Caliber. They were very honest with me from the get go in regards to delays (thanks covid) & time it would take to complete the job. They reached out once the parts had arrived & I dropped off my car later that day. I received progress updates via text throughout the week & my car was finished a day earlier than the initial estimated date. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Manny was my point of contact throughout the whole process & he was great! I know I made the right decision in choosing Caliber. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely be a repeat customer myself, but fingers crossed I won't need to! 10/10 experience! read more

Great people, great customer service. Had a terrible car crash but was taken care of and informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you victor for all your help through this process. read more

I came to this collision company because it was recommended by the progressive insurance agency. I was hit and I needed to get my car done immediately fixed. The staff was nice, professional and prepared for what I needed from my car repair. The project took 3 days and I got a call from Richard saying my car was all done. I finally got my car back and noticed some caps missing and decal from my bumper. I called back the next day and Richard coordinated with me a service that would help me right away. To help With the inconvenience, victor called me and helped compensate for my time. I was very surprised and thankful for the level of professionalism and helpfulness he exemplified. Another occasion, I needed help with a hinge on my trunk. Without hesitation victor was on it and told me to stop by. Within minutes, his staff helped fix it without any issues even though it wasn't their fault. In a heartbeat, I'm coming back here because of the work ethic that was presented to me. Best service I've ever gone through here in the Bay Area. read more

Terrible. Avoid. Took my vehicle in for an estimate. Couple of calls back to them to follow up and no response relative to getting the vehicle scheduled for repair. Sabrina was the rep I was handed to initially. My insurance company is paying the bill. Manager told me I would get a call back from Sabrina, no dice. My kid has been rolling in a wrecked car for a month now. This place has great reviews which is why I selected them, the insurance is covering the bill so this isn't about cost, my experience has been horrible. Also turns out there was never an estimate sent back to my insurance carrier by Caliber after weeks. Don't waste your time with these folks! I called Prestige Auto Body in Campbell and they are part of the State Farm program too, and they simply said "bring it down, leave it and we'll fix it", so just a tip on a local shop you might consider. read more

Amazing staff! they helped me when my car was recovered after being stolen and trashed. Very Professional and understanding! 10/10 work from them! read more

So I selected this shop for my vehicle repairs in October 2021 and experience was HORRIBLE!! As we all know due to supply issues as well as Covid it takes longer for shop to receive parts for repairs. Parts were initially supposed to be received mid Nov but did not arrive..understood. At least 2-3 other times parts were supposed to be received by Caliber but did not arrive..understood. SO in early Feb I get a call from Caliber saying parts would be in within next few days. Weeks passed and I assumed it was just another false alarm. So first week of March I called to follow up and was advised parts actually DID arrive in early Feb. After ALL the delays NOBODY contacted me to say parts arrived!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! read more

I took my Honda Accord to the McGlincy location after someone hit my passenger side. They seemed very interested to take care of me. They said they'd have an estimate over within a day. I waited and waited for that estimate and it never arrived. Tried calling Savannah (name of person who was assigned the case) and her co-worker said "she'll call me right back. " That also never happened... I decided to take my business elsewhere. Had to sit on the phone with insurance for another hour to get the repair assignment sent to another shop. read more

GREAT Experience! I took this body shop since it was recommended by Farmers insurance, I came with neutral expectations but came out of here with a WOW! Aside the fact that they fixed the car properly, I think the key differentiator is the AMAZING service! From start to end, Chanel and Many held my hand and made sure to address any question or concern I had quickly and effectively! from giving me a head up about part availability to answering some questions I had after the fix and after everything was paid. Like they say, its all about the people! Great job Chanel & Many! :) read more

Highly satisfied customer! The service team was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process; superb customer service! The Manager, Victor, and Service Coordinator, Lizette, were very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the constant text updates about the status of my vehicle repair and high caliber of quality check standards. Covid safety protocols are thoughtful and considerate of all guest preferences (i.e., curbside options, social distancing). Repair quality was excellent. Repair staff were very attentive from beginning to end and thoughtful in quality check standards. I have already recommended this establishment to friends and family and will continue to do so. Highly satisfied with the repair work and overall experience. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Came in to get an estimate for my car and was greeted by Victor. He called to check out what places had the grill for my car. Unfortunately the exact piece was on back order but he gave me a couple of options. Once picking up my car I was greeted by Savannah super sweet and knows what she is talking about. Everyone here made me feel comfortable with dropping off my car. They definitely take care of customers at this location. No one wants to stress about repairs specially after being in an accident. The best part is, they are down the st from my house. Glad I chose this location to get my car repaired read more

Great customer service by Savannah S. Repair Flawless. recommend to family and friends.

Excellent customer service! Always had updates on my car. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

Given my amazing experience with Savannah and the Team at Caliber, I felt very compelled to get the word out. Let me first say that Savannah and her team were absolutely fantastic! It started with Savannah reviewing the process and helping me understand the work and the timing of the repairs. -Savannah was incredibly easy to work with -She communicated with me every step of the way and never missed a beat -No matter the issue, she took it seriously and she and her team handle it completely -In the end, I had to bring my car back for a couple adjustments, she and her team eagerly responded -They didn't try to talk me out of the issues or convince me that I was wrong, they listened and they fixed it to my satisfaction -In the end, they delivered a pristine repair on my BMW (and my mom's Lexus too). I am absolutely thrilled with the level professionalism and the quality of their work I highly recommend Caliber and will use them again! read more
