After someone decided to run a red light and destroy my car I found this collision shop through my insurance. The staff here is very courteous and the manager Joseph is great as well. Everyone was professional and gave me clear/concise explanations every step of the process, they always follow up if you call with any questions. We took our car for repair to caliber collision because of the good reviews they had , end up regretting taking our business to them ... they supposedly fix our car they call it was ready when I arrived to the place I check the work they have done and it was some stuff I didn't like so I comment the manager Joe about the issues I saw in the car . He said he was gonna fix it which he did but this is more like wasted of time for me since we have to make a new appointment, and I have to call off work for that day and look for other car to used while i took it back for repairs .. this was the second time we took it .well we though everything was fix til one day it rain all day and end up with leaking water inside this is the worst part that ever happens to us .. to be clear they fix the top roof and they replaced the trunk . read more

Can my two five star reviews add up to 10 starts for this Caliber Collision? (I have only said that ever about one other biz, Bernards Schwinn in Oak Park). I had scratched part of my vehicle in the bank drive thru. Jamal @Caliber was very helpful, said it can be buffed out, went out buffed out the few scratches, no charge. Brought my car in through my insurance, and they made the whole process easy and convenient. While all other body shops had a waitlist of 2 months, Caliber Collision was able to take us in right away without any problems. They fixed my car in less than 1 week and returned it looking better than it did before. There's an Enterprise right next door which makes it easy to get a rental if you need it. I brought my Chevy Camaro to Caliber to replace my cracked bumper and fix a dent on my fender and I was not disappointed. I was worried about any work being noticeable or if my car would look new again when I picked it up after a week, but It was perfect!! Almost looked better than when I first drove it off the lot! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was first introduced to Caliber Collision because someone hit my car and this was a place the insurance had a relationship with. I was very pleased with the customer service and follow up. Naturally when my car got another little ding instead of going where my insurance provider recommended I opted to come back to Caliber. Again amazing customer service, pleasant and welcoming smiles, nice conversation and of course prompt service. The text updates while my car was getting fixed was helpful and appreciated and even through this pandemic they delivered my car clean and had precautionary measures in place to protect themselves as well as me. For example some sort of plastic poncho type chair cover so my seat was fully protected and then they wiped down the steering wheel and door before they allowed me to enter. I don't want to go back to Caliber ever again (duh because that means my car needs service) BUT if I need to, without question Caliber is where my car will be! read more

Not only are the employees polite and down to earth, they are professional and leave your vehicle looking like new.
