I called and spoke to Fred, who gave me some really valuable information on how to proceed with the insurance company. I'm glad I followed his advice, because he was spot on! They submitted the estimate, got the approval from the insurance to complete the work. I dropped it off the next day and they gave me an estimated completion date, and they finished 3 days early! I looked the car over very closely, and I could not tell the repaired part of the car from the rest of the car. This car is a 2024 and has 25K miles on it, so they had to match the "new build" specs. Not to mention there's a lifetime warranty on the work! Fred is a no nonsense kind of guy that tells it like it is. In this day and age, it's a refreshing approach! I can only give 5 stars on this app, but they warrant a couple additional stars for doing a great job, communicating well and being a honest and trustworthy business. I would highly recommend Central Auto Rebuilders to anyone that needs anything from a fender bender repair, to a major repair! Well done, from a thankful, repeat customer!

Everything was put together poorly and had overspray all over the under side of the bed as well. Then I took my car there for another insurance job and they gave me a hard time due to it not being a larger repair. They eventually did it but they were very frustrating to deal with through the entire ordeal. Finally I thought I'd give them one more chance since they're so close to my house. I had another insurance job but I also had a few things I wanted to do out of pocket. They agreed to do the work and even told me to go ahead and have the parts shipped to their business. Once the part was on a truck about to arrive they suddenly refused to do the work. I had a written quote and agreement from one of the owners and they refused to keep their word. At the last minute I had to pay extra money to have the parts shipped to my house and find another body shop that would do the work. Go anywhere else but this place. They have poor customer service and they have poor workmanship.

(Watch out... those fire hydrants come out of nowhere ) 11k worth of damage. These guys took the time to explain everything to me, they worked with insurance, they started ordering parts before insurance approved it and once SF gave the ok, these guys were ready to work on it. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and they were so very nice. They were way ahead of schedule, washed and waxed my car and on the day it was ready for pick up, I had a hard time getting out to them so they dropped the car off AT MY HOUSE a half hour away, on a SATURDAY. (Who does that?!) They are family owned and it's very apparent that they actually CARE. They did amazing work. Thank you guys, Kevin, so very much. Since the guy who hit my car was driving an "uninsured" rental, I decided to go through my insurance and get it fixed immediately. I wanted to get a few local estimates. Paint Solutions was my first choice. Jeff gave me a prompt, reasonably priced estimate, without an appointment . He also gave me a hard copy of the estimate.....Jeff assured me that I would only need to be painted and buffed.......No parts replacement needed.....Great......The other shops I was considering either wanted an appointment to get an estimate or they were overcharging and therefore didn't want to give you a hard copy of the estimate to shop........I won't name the shops.......So it was an easy choice......Paint Solutions it is and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.... I dropped my car off with the printed estimate from my insurance company and I asked how long it would take.......Thursday, so approximately 4 days.... The drop off process was seemless and although Jeff wasn't there, his counterpart was expecting me. Thursday has arrived and Jeff gives me a call stating the car is ready and he add that I would love the work......I pick the car up on Friday and before I could say anything, my wife said....Oh wow, it looks brand new.
