I will begin by saying the car repair looks really good. We've only had it back for 2 weeks - but…read morethe appearance of the car is like new. That being said - this particular location has a total lack of communication. For example, Car estimate was completed and car was dropped off. Vehicle was totaled, but we wanted it repaired. Told manager would have to call us back - 10 days and 2 more calls into the business - no response. Few updates other than a text while car was in the shop. Went in to pay for vehicle (upon completion) - bill was $1000 more than the stated cost when I spoke to an individual. I pointed it out, and was told it was due to a specific part. Angerly I took the receipt and went home for the weekend. Studying it over the weekend, it was more evident that we were overcharged $1000. Went in to the business on Tuesday - and when questioning the receptionist, I was told, "Oh yeah, you were overcharged - but we credited that back to you already." OK - little suggestion for improving customer service - try calling and acting a bit apologetic about your mistake - even after I brought it to your attention 2x. Being on the N end of Walton Blvd. - not super convenient to drive by the shop for updates and follow up. Not sure who's responsible for this aspect of your business - but they should be replaced immediately. Final big shock - our price of repair went up 85% from the original estimate! We made a decision to fix our vehicle vs. taking scrap value from the insurance company based on the original estimate that would have meant $600 out of pocket over our deductible. After we got the settlement check - our estimate went up nearly $4000. End of the day - repair cost us over $5K out of pocket. We might have made other decisions had the original estimate been more accurate. I had used Morey's previously in Bella Vista, and was super happy. When I found out that Joe Hudson's had purchased that business, I was hoping for a similar experience.......unfortunately, it was night and day.

They did an awesome job and kept us informed, because the parts were hard to come by with CV19. Thank you one and all at Bob's. Awesome job!!

I went to pick it up only to discover that they installed the brush guard obviously crooked and the hood was still lopsided, among other things. I asked them if they even checked it and they said "oops, we must have missed that." So they have it for another 3 weeks after that to do the repair they should have done right in the first place. Finally I come to pick it up but realize they have knocked off the kayak rack, ripped the window tint, left tape and marks on top of the truck, and now the bumper and brush guard are falling off. They refused to refund and they even lied to the BBB when I submitted a complaint. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired for real - with more damages than before!

Ok, so. It happens. Why did they have to loe and be shady about it. Also Mitch Brown told Allstate that they shaved the tire down to match the others since they were in good co ditiin and that it would not have caused the wear i spoke.of. well i trust the dealerahip who jas serviced my car for 5 years over some place that cant even admit they had to replace a tire. I wouod not have been upset. Just tell me what happenedm i really am reasonable person and knows that thing happen. Used Brown's because it was on the preferred list from Allstate when a sign hit my car. There was just body damage mostly to the hood of my car. Estimated time to completion was 2 weeks. They had My car for a month. During this time an incident happened that they will not tell me about. They ended up having to replace a tire on my car unrelated to the body work. I did not find out about it until a month after picking up my car. Took my car In for service and dealer ship said I needed 3 new tires on my car. My tires are not old and in good shape. I asked why only 3 and they said well 1 tire is brand new. I had not replaced a tire in the month from picking my car up from Brown's. So ended up spending $600 on tires because they replaced 1 and never told me. My car is AWD . If I had known I could have went and gotten an alignment or whatever was needed. But because they never told me my tires wore unevenly and wire was showing on 2 tires. Which could of caused a blow out. When I called Brown's about it noone ever called me back. So I ended up going up there to find out. I was escorted out of the building by my advisor and he said he could neither confirm or deny that my car was the one there was an incident with and an employee had to buy a new tire for a car. I told him it is my vehicle so I should know what happened. He just kept saying I am sorry not sure what you want me to do. When I originally picked my car up after it was fixed noone walked me through what was done or take me to look and make sure I was happy with the work. I was just asked to pay my deductible and that is all. I have sent In a complaint to Allstatebut this place is shady and cost me $600 in tires that I would have not needed for another 2 years.

I went to pick it up the day before yesterday and the paint job was completely destroyed, splotches fully covering the right side of the vehicle. Then there were multiple scratches and large swirl marks where they attempted to remove whatever this substance was and further ruined the finish. They tried to claim it was like this when I brought it in. I produced a picture of my vehicle two weeks before they received it, nothing wrong with the paint job. Their employee Levi told me that my vehicle was dirty and the dirt remaining on my vehicle for six months caused erosion to the finish. So I asked him if they had knowledge that dirt remaining on a vehicle for six months would destroy the finish, why not give it a quick rinse upon receiving it? He told me that wasn't their job. Yesterday I took it to a paint expert and his diagnosis was not that the paint was eroded by dirt remaining on the vehicle for six months. He said it was chemical overspray that got onto my vehicle. I spoke to Kenneth the manager, sent the photo of my vehicle with no issues two weeks prior to them receiving it and they still refused to take responsibility and fix this mess they created. The first picture is my vehicle two weeks prior to them receiving it. A little bit dirty, but no damage to the paint. The next 3 pictures show the damage they caused to my finish. Whatever they got on it cause the clearcoat to erode and ruined my paint job. It's going to cost me thousands to repair this damage. I am heartbroken over this and would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to them for repairs!
