The work was fine and the people were nice, but man do they stink at time estimates. Based on their original claim of 3 days we refused our insurance company's offer of a rental car. Then 3 days became 3 weeks. Every time we would call for an update we were told it would "hopefully" be ready on ______. Hopefully? As if they had no idea how long the process took. We were told on two different days a week apart the car was going to paint, so obviously on one of those occasions they were lying to us. Would not use them again personally. If I'm going to be without my car for nearly a month, for God's sake tell me so that I can plan accordingly. read more

The best body shop I've ever had to deal with. I went to Global Collision because my insurance company recommended them, and I'm glad I did. The initial estimate (bumper/rear quarter panel damage) was done in 15 minutes or so. I turned my car over to them and received it back, good as new, in 4 business days. Their office is very tidy and their representatives professional and courteous, but what blew me away was how clean my car was when I got it back. They had removed all residue of dead bugs and grime from every inch of my car. They even vacuumed the upholstery and cleaned the dashboard and console. It's a small gesture, but it really showed they went the extra mile. I will definitely go back, but hopefully will not ever need to. read more

My insurance company recommended this repair shop, but after a month of trying to get anything done with them, I had to change to another shop to even get an estimate done. This was after multiple appointments. They claimed it was due to staff turnover, but eventually I ended up working with the Service manager and he made me wait 45 minutes at my appointment time, didn't get back to me at the end of the day as he had committed, didn't even get back to me even after a reminder call from me, and I never got my estimate in any form to this day. I could be sympathetic to staff turnover, but could not excuse this extremely poor service in the end. I did get my car estimated and completely repaired elsewhere in less time than I spent wasting appointment time here. read more

Caliber Collision just finished repairing my Kia Soul. They did a great job and I am so happy to have my car back! I had a very nice rental car, and that was a blessing because there was hidden damage ( I was rear-ended) So it took a while longer than the original time estimate. Paying (on your insurance) for rental car coverage is soooo worth it! Justice was my service provider and she was in regular contact with me with updates on the progress. I read the other reviews for Caliber and they helped me decide on who to use. The damage done to my car ( curse you, Mayhem!) has been erased- like it never even happened! I dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon. Geico had arranged my appointment with an adjuster, the service & my rental car. I only had to go to one location for all 3 things. This was amazing! I'm giving Caliber 2 stars due to the fact that I am repeat customer & the experience I recently had was rather shocking to me. Caliber has repaired my car in the past when my roommate backed into me, & they really took care of me well. So I wanted to use them again for my current car situation. So, upon scheduling an appt. for my car to be repaired due to some lady backing into me at a car wash, I had 3 different conversations in my scheduling process. My 1st call stated that I needed a repair appt. The estimate was being done by this lady's insurance. The 2nd call stated that I would like to actually have them do an estimate on my car instead of her insurance. The 3rd call I stated that I no longer needed the estimate, that they came to my house to do it so therefore I needed to switch the appt. back to a repairs appt. I get there, the guy's looking over my car. I was confused on why he's doing the estimate due to already having one. So I reminded that I already had an estimate & he stopped in his tracks & said he can't do one because the insurance already had one. I said "Ok." He then tells me that I have to reschedule for a repairs drop off. Mind you, the wreck happened 1/30/18, the original appt. was scheduled for 3/13/18. (I've been in a rental this whole time & currently still am.) He said the soonest he had was May 15th for a repair drop off, even though my car was already there & shouldn't be on the road due to the hood & check engine light. I clarified the 3 different phone calls that happened & all he could say was that it was an error on their end but there's nothing he could do. I was going to have to wait an addt'l 2 months. This rescheduled appt. has now caused an entire situation with this lady's insurance trying to total my car out when the damage is a bent hood & cracked grill (& maybe something mechanical, hopefully minor.) My insurance is now involved causing me to pay for wreck that was never my fault. All of this could have been avoided if they could have just fixed their mistake & worked me in. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is a very late coming review, but wanted to wait until I had all issues resolved with car before writing. My car was t-boned in the front end when parked. The other person's insurance company sent me to ABRA Autobody for repairs (they are owned by Caliber Collision). ABRA did such a horrible job, that the insurance company sent me to 3 different locations to fix my vehicle. Condensed version of issues - First location didn't fix axle, and paint job didn't match. Second location fixed one axle issue, not other, fixed bad paint job, but got paint on headlights. Third location fixed headlights, but not axle. The insurance company then sent me to this location (Caliber Collision) in January of 2019 for final repairs, which the insurance company new about the issues prior to me going to Caliber. I worked with the center manager named Ryan Broadwater. I gave him a specific list of remaining issues, which included a few minor car body fixes, axle damage and clanking sound coming from axle when turning, uneven tire wear from damaged axle. By this point I had 3 new sets of tires after accident from continuous uneven wear (all put on by ABRA), as no one could fix the axle to get it running smooth again. Ryan took the list, I showed him all the visual issues on the car, he agreed they needed to be repaired, and we set an appointment for the repairs. I dropped my Volvo off, and Caliper sent it next door to the Volkswagen dealership to be fixed. When I came back to pick up my car, the Volkswagen tech said they did the alignment as requested. I asked about everything else on the list, and he said there was nothing else as that was all he was told to do. I was furious with Ryan, so I confronted him about it. He apologized, and said he forgot to give the Volkswagen tech the list of things to do. I then gave Ryan a ride in my car, so he could hear the clanking coming from the axle. He heard the sound, again apologized, and said he would take care of everything. I never heard back from him. Instead he told the insurance company all issues were fixed. By doing so, he made it incredibly hard for me to get the remaining problems repaired through the insurance company. As it turned out, the insurance company never documented how the actual accident happened, so his false report made it very hard to get repairs taken care of. Eventually the insurance company allowed me to take my car to a facility of my choice. I took it to a Volvo dealership, and they found the issues and repaired. Ryan Broadwater is either a very incompetent individual and should be fired (if he hasn't been already), or was following the directive of the insurance company as not to fix. Either way, it makes him a very unethical person and should be fired. To make matters worse, the alignment spec sheet given to me by them had no information that the alignment was specific to my car. Usually the alignment sheet has a vin number, license number, or contact info. Mine only had the car model, and stated no issues before or after the alignment was done. That completely contradicted the alignment done months later by the Volvo dealership where they found the alignment issues and repaired the axle. Reason I took so long to write this review is that because of Ryan's false claim to the insurance company, I still had to battle the insurance company to fix the last final issue that the Volvo dealership didn't fix completely the first time. Ryan Broadwater is an unethical person, and should be fired. read more

Stay Away from global collision. I had my SUV repaired here after an accident as it was referd by geico. The day we picked up the car (they had the car for over a month) we notice the the fender alignment and hood alignment were off. The front grill was also coming out. The rep took the SUV back and return a short time later saying all was well. Upon re inspecting the SUV all seemed fine. That night we noticed that the headlight would flicker and bounce around. The next day when driving on the highway the front grill blow out . I called global collision to let them know and they ordered a new grill. A few days later the grill was installed but they said they can't find the issue with headlights. That same day I noticed the grill was once again coming out and that the headlight washers were not work and just spraying the washer fluid on the ground. I took the car back to have them look at it once again for the grill, headlights,headlight washers and the bumper once again looked like it was not mounted correctly. While there I spoke with the shop manager about my issues and he assured me that they would get it all corrected this time. My girlfriend took the car back a few day later for the repairs. They said that a rock must have knocked the clamp off the headlight washers, said the adjusted the bumper, fix the grill issue and remount the headlights. When leaving the shop manager told my girlfriend that if the grill starts to come out again that they will just glue it in and that they still could see anything wrong with the headlights. When asked if the looked at the headlights in the dark the responded with why? . That day the grill began to come out one again and now instead of just the one headlight flickering the other one will shut off completely. I have taken my SUV to a new body shop to get looked at and they have stated that the bump is not mounted right and may not be the right bumper for my car the headlight are not in correctly the fender was not painted correctly, the paint is starting come off in spots and that some parts they say they replaced were not but glued back together. Along with various other problems. Lucky geico has authorized the repairs to be completed at this second body shop. I hope that geico will stop using this shop as a recommend repair shop in the future. read more

BEWARE! This place does not run its business professionally, especially in the scheduling and priority departments. I showed up for an appointment scheduled nearly 2 months in advance - that was confirmed by their staff the week before and then by me personally the day before - only to find out that "there's a backlog with lots of undrive-able cars that came in the night before and early this morning" So I was told that they were being given priority repair time so that they "didn't have to incur additional rental car fees." I was so impressed by the level of service I received here. The Geico rep, the Enterprise rep, the service rep, and the manager were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. My repair was done quickly and efficiently and days earlier than I was promised. The manager of the shop was so helpful in getting my car's body work expedited. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needs their car worked on. I can't stress enough how fantastic this company treated me and my Jeep, especially Justice!!! I was sent here because Geico deals with this company, so I really didn't have a choice since this was the company of the person that hit me. I was worried... You never know what will happen or how they will treat you, so I honestly was waiting for a fight just to get my bumper fixed. From the moment that I talked to the adjuster, made an appointment to drop my car off, Enterprise was right there with a rental, and they were looking at my Jeep and accessing it before I left the parking lot. I have never had such a smooth transaction in my life. Plus, they sent texts or called to update me on every detail, within hours. They were kind and polite and the customer service was A-One!!
