I highly recommend you let your neighbor back into your car so you can take it to Caliber Collision in Apex. What did I expect at Caliber? Professional service and a job done well. What did I get? That and more. First of all, I worked with Alex and Jeff and they were both great. Alex made the process of getting in and out super smooth while being friendly and pointing out the COVID-19 addition of a set of clean pens and a container for used pens...right next to the sanitzer gel. I also had the opportunity to watch her comfort someone who had just come in straight from an accident...well, for a minute before I snuck outside to give them privacy. Jeff stayed in communication via text for quick upates and email for more formal messages. I knew what was happening and when, and how much. And, when he noticed my electric lock in the driver's door was intermittent and he put together an estimate to fix it while the car was in the shop. And I know it is a little thing, but they didn't just wash the car, they detailed it. Outside and in. One of the service advisors who helped me today he told my insurance that my car is 100 % SAFE TO DRIVE?? Because of that I can not get a rental car until May 7th, the literal day that I have to drop my car off to get fixed. This would be fine, if it wasn't for the fact that my car doors are significantly damaged and when I drive air from outside gets into the car causing the doors to rattle and shake like crazy. The person who told my insurance that this was all safe, also told me that "the seals of the doors are damaged that's why the air is comes in and causes shaking but it's super safe to drive because the doors have latches and they won't fly off if I'm driving 75 mph" apparently. I would like to know where he got all of the necessary permits and degrees to determine all of this is factual because MY CAR DOES NOT FEEL SAFE, AT ALL. I should know, I drive it everywhere. The doors feel like they're hanging on by a prayer. And now because of him, I have to pay COMPLETELY out of pocket for the car rental. I highly DO NOT recommend this place, if you want to actually be listened to. 0/10 experience, I felt like they didn't want to take my car issues seriously and just wanted me out the door immediately. read more

Ultimately the management does not care about the total buyer experience, but about the bottom line. The management shows no empathy, or understanding, and made no attempts to better the situation in any way, even though the issue happened through them. I had planned to take my wife's car to them and have it completely repainted, but after how I was treated regarding my car I will be going somewhere else. Their staff is wonderful and they are good at repairing cars, but if an issue arises, please understand they will not take ownership of the situation and put everything on the buyer. They only care about their bottom line, and not the custom experience , and they ultimately do not mean their slogan of putting you back into the rhythm of your life. read more

I would steer very clear of this place. Used this location for my Mercedes back a couple years back when I was involved in an accident. Caliber Collision took my vehicle across the street to Quicklane Tire & Auto to correct my alignment and misfix my vehicle. Jerri Beck who was the treasurer at the time gave misleading and false statements updating the status of my vehicle. Almost had to contact Apex Police Department to get my vehicle back. Thankfully they got a wind of it and my vehicle was subsequently returned to me. However, we had a nearby Mercedes dealership inspect it and they located irregularities and my vehicle was misdiagnosed. Blake Farley who was the Regional Vice President at this time got involved and was very unhelpful. I'm glad he no longer works for the company. Made a complaint to the NC Attorney General's Office. Caliber Collision gave false statements. Threatened a lawsuit and was able to obtain a settlement of several thousand dollars even after Farley was able to obtain a corporate attorney. A company that does not respect nor care for what I had to endure from my vehicle accident. Never recommend taking your vehicle here and take it to a real bodyshop that has integrity and would fix your vehicle properly. read more

These guys do excellent work. The car looked as if it was rand new again. The reason for my 4 stars is this: they had not fully secured the rear spoiler of my vehicle which flew off on the highway. Thankfully nobody was behind me or it would've been dangerous. Brought it to them and they ordered a new one and did that right. They were excellent in providing frequent status updates without me calling which was most welcome. If it was for the spoiler flying off I would've given them 5 stars for sure. read more

Stay away. They do not care about their customers safety! Caliber Collision let my wife and two small children leave their business without front breaks, headlights or an airbag without saying a word. All three issue were things that we told them about before we brought in the car for some frontend damage, yet not once did they say anything like, "we looked at those issues and they are not covered by your insurance" . They didn't say anything and just let her drive off think the car was repaired and safe. They claimed they checked the breaks, they claimed they checked the headlights and they blamed a default in the car for the airbag yet they didn't think it was necessary to let us know that they couldn't or wouldn't fix them before my wife and kids drove off into traffic. She turned around immediately and brought it back, they claimed the breaks were normal wear and tear... fine why didn't you say "hey your breaks aren't covered, you need to get them replaced right away." Nothing. They blamed a bad spring for the airbag, but again, not a word about it to us before she left and as for the headlights, well we had to go back three days later for that one because we didn't know they were not fixed until the sun was going down. Also, there was scant communication, they tried to blame oil on my fingers for the headlights although again, they say they checked them and everything was fine. (they didn't say that before she left, they said nothing that was days later) To make matters worse the car is not fixed. Now for some reason the headlights no longer automatically shut off when the car is turned off. I am done with them and will live with this nuisance but I can tell you I do not trust the quality of work and I am suspect that the car was repaired properly at all. I am filing a complaint with my insurance company. No insurance company should do business with people who would allow someone to drive off in an unsafe vehicle. One final issue. The first time, when they called me to tell me the car was ready to pick up and was being washed, I asked if my wife can come by anytime to pick it up or should she call and set up a time. They said anytime. An hour later she showed up to pick up the car and it hadn't even been washed yet. Can not trust these people. read more

I had a minor fender bender and was referred to this company by USAA. I called the company with a seemingly simple question. How long will my car be in the shop? The female who answered the phone refused to explain if it would be a couple hours, a day, a couple days, a week, don't know, etc. She continually talked over me and then accused me of yelling at her (I didn't have a tone with her let alone increased volume). She put someone else on the line (a male). He indicated he's not worried about the rudeness of his employees and that he and I should dismiss that issue and worry about the car repair. I didn't require much this morning: (1) a clear answer to a reasonable question; and (2) minimal respect and politeness. read more

They didn't bother to tell me this when I called to schedule an appointment (after booking online earlier in the week and never getting a call). Nope. I didn't even get a chance with this company, and I would never ever use them after the limited experience I had with them. My insurance is top notch (USAA) and when a dumptruck backed into me, my insurance sent the claim info to Caliber, as they are on the "recommended" provider list with my insurance. I waited over six hours for someone to call me. Finally, I decided to reach out to them. Reubin (Rubin?) picked up the phone "wait what's your name? Let me see if USAA even sent your info to us." I gave him my name "oh yeah- it's here, but we are even accepting new claims until next week." No apology, no anything. I replied "well I guess I'll just find another body shop since you guys seem so busy." He replied, "yep- okay. Bye." And that was that. I called my claims adjusted and she is definitely going to be giving them some "feedback" on that whole situation. I don't think they are worthy of USAA's business. I'm not even spending my own money, and I wouldn't use this company- so you know it's bad! No thank you! p.s. Rubin- there are many other (and better) ways you could have communicated the exact same message. You could have called me at least to schedule an estimate and potential drop off time- the following week. That is what the next company did- they called me within five minutes- I have an estimate scheduled for tomorrow morning, and a drop off appt. first thing next week. Sometimes letting the customer know what your timeline is- is all we really ask. read more

My car needed some body work recently, and I wound up selecting Caliber to do the work. Customer service throughout the entire process was outstanding. They assign a supervisor to each job. My supervisor, Justin, explained the entire work process to me, and gave me an estimated completion date. He also told me that he would be calling me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me progress reports. He honored that commitment. As a result, I never felt out of the loop. The icing on the cake is that the job was completed on time and their work, which carries a warranty for as long as I own the car, was beautiful. Fit and finish were awesome. read more

I was amazed at the entire process of getting my minor damage repaired. I walked in, got an estimate within minutes, was shocked at the low price of the estimate. Was able to get an appointment for the repair within a few days. Repairs were completed within an hour. Very excited to pick up not only my repaired car, but also very clean car that had been repaired and washed. read more
