They are a 10 as top on all factors whether Customer Service, Quality of Service, Communication, Timeliness of Repair and Delivery. Kevin Brown is an extraordinary individual. He kept me informed each step of the way. I knew the probable completion date from the first assessment of the damage. And THEY DELIVERED!!!. As it happened Kevin could not be there for my pick-up and I was greeted by Kelly (I think that was her name). She was awesome!! Kevin later txt me apologizing for not being there. I have now been to 2 Calibers, one in Cary & one in Apex. I had great experiences at both but the location in Apex absolutely blew me away. Right from the start I knew I picked the best location in Apex when I was greeted by Kelly. She is the perfect person to have on the frontline, very warm & pleasant with a wonderful smile. We had some great conversations in the interim. Kevin was great to work with in regards to having the estimate worked up for the damages to my vehicle, he was pleasant & very prompt. I also had the pleasure of working with Jerri & Chris whom were both very warm & welcoming during the whole process. One of things my father always taught me was when working on something/anything, always leave the area you've worked in better shape than when you found it. This is one of the very few times I've had it done for me, when the car was returned it looked even better than when I dropped it off. I just had a remarkable experience at caliber collision super in Apex. A new black Toyota Camry mind, when I scraped and female tiny garage I unintentionally drove by collision Center and decided to stop and see what they said about my car injury. I had no appointment, knew no one, and ironically, had forrgotten my wallet. I met Mike, explained that I wanted an idea about what was going to be required. He asked me for "handshake, a good attitude" and my keys. About 15 later, Mike returned and had rubbed out the damaged area. He showed me where there was some mild residual damage and advised what could be done, and warned against heavy buffing that portion of the door, as the paint is relatively thin there. It looks great, I was grateful, and I was on my way. When does this EVER happen?? Thanks, Mike. Thanks Caliber Collision. I will be back with my Toyota pick-up, which needs some body work. I have a 2020 Mercedes C300, and got into a hit and run recently. The car had damages on the front to a point that it had to be towed and needed extensive repair. Caliber at Apex, arranged smooth transition from the towing center to the facility. They talked to my insurance, sorted things out. Jerri and her team ( I only trust them with my car) fought on my behalf for the original parts to a point where I just had to go pick the car which looks as the day I bought it after Jerri and her team was done with it. I never rush her, she is genius in what she does, I just let her do her thing. I had some rear quarter damage as a result of scraping against brick. I was matched up with Travis Bach. We went over the damage, with him taking the time to explain what would have to be done. He answered my questions and then asked for a couple of minutes to take my car for a tech to evaluate. Coming back, he explained one component did NOT need to be replaced, cutting the estimate in half. I appreciated the "second opinion" and noted he approached the repair in much like I would. The day of the repair went without a hitch and the tech (Jeff Jacobs) had the work done in about 45 minutes. The work looks great! Our first call was met by a pleasant customer service person who quickly scheduled an estimate appointment. At the appointment Kevin the service advisor came out to see me in just a few moments completing pictures and had a few questions. I had a very positive experience working with Jerri Beck, my service advisor, and the rest of the Caliber crew in Apex. First, Jerri is a high-level communicator so I was always in the know about what was going on and the timing of the various steps. Second, the work they did on my car was to a very high standard. This Apex location did a great job on my truck! Had a pretty bad front end wreck with the whole front left side smashed. Had major suspension and body work done. Caliber really cared about the repairs on my vehicle. The insurance company would only allow refurb/after market parts, but caliber inspected and made sure all the parts were quality and kept me notified when some sub-par refub parts were received. It was good to know they were standing behind their work. In all you would never be able to tell my truck was wrecked, which is what I expect from a collision repair shop. read more

I've had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Apex. Making an appointment for an estimate was easy to do, I was able to get an appointment inna reasonable amount of time. I arrived a bit early for my estimate and they were able to look at my car early and the whole process was quick and easy. The waiting room is very clean and has a great kids area.
