I had my Ram repaired at this shop. The finish was perfect and the staff was excellent.

I was rear ended in October and since my brother-in-law is supposedly the painter, I made the call to bring it there. Stopped by for an estimate and sent it to the Insurance company. I wasn't sure if I wanted to fix the truck since it was 20 years old. But I made the call to have it fixed. Insurance paid for the bed to get fixed, so I dropped off a new tailgate and new paint to match door handles to be painted at the same time and told them let me know when the bed is off because I wanted to replace the fuel pump and of course that was zero effort with the bed off. I also asked them to fix the back panel of the bed, it was almost touching the bed because something slid into it. All they had to do was grab a block of wood and a hammer to straighten it out, that was it. Shortly after dropping it off to get fixed I decided to have the rest of the truck fixed, and I would pay out of pocket for the rest. The insurance company already sent them the check for their portion even though I told them not to. I called Logan and asked him to write an estimate for the rest of the truck for just paint and body work and told him I would supply the parts. It was getting close to thanksgiving so I told him to send the estimate with my brother-in-law because I knew I would be feeding him for thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and gone and never got the estimate. Talked to my brother-in-law and he said the total was like 2,300 for the rest so I told him to tell his boss to fix it. I told logan when I dropped it off to take your time since I have multiple vehicles. I dropped off two used doors for the driver's side of my truck. The doors were from and 08 and mine was an 05. I was told they would fit gave them to my B-I-L and said let me know if these won't work. Never heard a single thing from logan, in FACT he never even called me once, never got an update. My B-I-L proceeds to text me complaining about the parts I brought in, oh there's a little bit of rust on this one and oh the new tailgate you brought me is all dented up. Yes, it was a $100 tailgate from Ebay, IDGAF. My brother is an ACTUAL body guy in a different state, and he said that's how all parts are any more. My brother laughed and said what a bunch of morons. My truck is a 05 super duty, not a flipping Lincoln or anything, it's a 20-year-old truck. I just wanted it to look decent for a few more years. So, I dropped the truck off in Oct. I called logan around Christmas and asked him how much longer bro, he said oh it will be around first couple weeks of the new year. Mind you I've been calm and patient up till this point. January came and gone. Feb 2 My B-I-L texted me "hEy MaN yOu WaNa CoMe PuT yOuR FuEl PuMp In" and I politely told him nah I really just want my truck back. He said I understand I'm about ready to quit. Why the F they still had the bed off the truck at this point was beyond me. Oh, and my B-I-L told me at one point they had to redo the body work because they kept pushing it to the back burner and the truck got left out in the rain while before it was painted. Feb 14th, the beater I was driving started giving me trouble and wouldn't start. So, I got pissed like I dropped the truck off in OCTOBER and its halfway to march. So I called Logan and I was like dude, my patience is running thin at this point, never once have you updated me or called about problems or for an approval on any additional repairs not included in the first two estimates. So, I assumed everything was fine and that they were just taking full advantage of me being a low-pressure customer. So, Logan proceeds to tell me "Oh you can probably come get it today. Which irritated me more because oh magically its ready. I told him I wouldn't be able to come get it that day because people need to make arrangements for crap like that and told him I would be by Monday the 17th. So, Monday came around, I told my boss I would be late, and I called Logan first thing. He said, "oh I'm washing it right now", I proceeded to ask him what my portion of the bill was with tax, and he told me it was around $3,400. Immediately I was pissed. I told him I would call him back. I told my wife to load up and we headed down there. When we got there my truck was parked out front and I immediately noticed my rear bumper was not on the truck. So I then proceeded to do a walk around and I couldn't believe the way they treated my property. They then proceeded to round up all the parts hitch, bed matt, rear bumper, battery cover and hardware they took off my truck and neglected to put back on. They cut my locking hitch pin off to remove my hitch (without my approval or a phone call). My rear bumper was back in the scrap pile upside down full of water. Noticed my bed was missing some 3 or 4 hold down b

Job felt rushed and the quality shows. If you care about your car, I wouldn't recommend this place…read more They did a single-stage paint job on my first car and it turned out great, which is why I brought in my dad's truck next. Unfortunately, the second job was the complete opposite. The paint initially looked good for the first week, but shortly after it started chipping and flaking badly. Where the paint has failed, you can clearly see the old color underneath, which tells me the surface wasn't properly sanded or prepped. There are also visible streaks and uneven areas in the finish. Inside the car, basic care wasn't taken either--no seat covers, and when picking it up the interior was covered in dust. What's frustrating is that this could've been a good job if it wasn't rushed. Painting a vehicle takes time and prep, and skipping those steps shows very quickly. The staff seemed convinced the work was acceptable, but the results say otherwise. I wouldn't have written this if the first car hadn't turned out so well. That's what makes this disappointing. Quality is inconsistent, and unfortunately my dad's truck paid the price. Should I mention items in my vehicle that went missing by the time I went to pick it up? Why would you all steal cologne from my dead dads truck...? C'mon!
