She said they'd get to it as soon as they could. Before I even returned home (40 miles away) I was already getting texts on when the car would be complete and projected the car would be ready no later the 04/10/2026. Later in the week I was called out of town for an emergency funeral. That Friday, 03/27/2026, I received a text saying the car was ready. I called to see if I could pick up the car when I returned from Mississippi and they told me no problem. That was the 2nd assurance that I was at the right repair house. Today, 03/31/2026 I received a call from Caliber asking what time I was picking up the car today and they wanted to wash the car again before we would arrive. When we went to pick up the car it was beautiful! The area to be repaired excellent! I went into the office and when I came back out the car wouldn't start, it wouldn't even show any kind of life or lights or anything. A gentleman form Caliber came out with a Hot Shot battery and the car started right up. The gentleman told me if I would take it to Auto Zone, they would not only sell me a battery, but they would install it for me which I didn't know they would. Wow!!! They were quick, I believe under estimates as far as time goes, made dropping off the rental very easy, and while not as important as the work itself, but second most importance in my opinion, they were flawless with communication.
