For 10 months Collision Center NM had my car in for repairs on the front end of my car. There was a parts shortage, which I understood but not once was there communication unless I initiated it. After about 7 months I sent him a text that I was contacting GM myself and I would order the parts myself and have them brought over. When I told him I was going to bring them he told me that he received them from his source, and I should send mine back. I had to pay a $150 restocking fee. He told me that it would be completed in late December... I heard nothing and called him and said we're working on it and it should be ready next week. Finally, I called again on January 17th, and he said to me, are you glad you have your car back? I told him I didn't have it, he acted surprised and told me maybe the Cadillac dealership has it. They found the car and they were kind enough to drop it off at my house. He did a great job, and the car looks perfect. A couple days later we noticed part of the door handle was gone. I called Mike and he said someone must have tried to break into your car here or at the dealership, I'll see what we can do. They ordered the part and paid for it; we made an appointment to have it fixed. When I arrived, he told me that there was a robbery and two cars along with my door handle were stolen and he reordered it. After a few weeks I called again and was told that the part was in, and they could repair it at my house. We scheduled it for Monday at 10 to 11, when 1 o'clock came I sent a text letting him know I was not happy spending all day at home. He told me he'd be there by 4 and didn't arrive until after 5. The repair took 5 minutes. If you love to deal with a company with no communication, use him and Garcia Cadillac. read more

Very slow. Took a month to get an appointment for an estimate. Then waited a month to actually drop it off for the repairs. Then I went without my truck for 2 months when basically all I needed was a new hood. I got texts every few days with a promised completion date but when that date came I would get another text with a date in the next week. They had all kinds of excuses but basically they weren't getting anything done. After all this time they called out of he blue at 4:30 one day saying I had to pick it up immediately. Had a very terrible experience with Stephanie at this location on 1st Street NW. I called in needing to schedule a appointment to have my hail damaged vehicle looked at. I explained my situation to her and she was very rude and unprofessional. She refused service and told me that her location is not accepting any hail claims, she said her shop is too small and that I needed to call one of the bigger shops in Albuquerque and proceeded to hang up on me. Calibers advertises top notch customer service and compassion to customers in their stressful situations and I received none of that from Stephanie. I gave it a 2nd shot and called the "bigger" shop on Alameda and spoke with Alyssa only to find out the terrible customer service continues, Alyssa was not as rude as Stephanie and did not hang up on me but she too was not concerned about my situation and showed no compassion and refused service, telling me that the person I needed to speak to about scheduling a appointment was busy in a important "meeting" . All in all I gave Calibers a chance and was disappointed not once but twice in their poor customer service and refusal to help a new customer who was interested in giving them business. I guess hail claims are too much of a inconvenience for them even though Calibers advertises hail damage repair. If you got hail damage DON'T call Calibers, they treat new customers terrible. read more

Took my car there one time and when I got it back there was some things still taped to my back windshield! When i showed them they look confused and took it back not to mention they scratched the crap out of my tint! But they fixed it . I recently went back there again to give them the benefit of the doubt and when I get my car back something was flopping on the bottom. They forgot to put the splash guard back on and when I took it back they said "It was like that when you brought it in" they insisted I didn't know what I was talking about then I showed them where it connected to they look dumb founded and they look at the invoice and say "Oh yea, we did take that off " then they start looking for these GIANT car part and Finally after 20 minutes they find them !!! stuffed in a corner.!!!! . its clear they DO NOT do inspections on the car before and after. They apologized but If I had not taken it upon myself to make them find out where those parts are, they would not have cared! that is unacceptable. do not take your car here! Mind u they had my car for 2 months. read more
