Angel was very courteous and kept me informed of the repair throughout the entire process. The repairs were done five days before the estimated completion date. All of the repairs looked very good. read more

I really can't say enough good things about this business. Unfortunately, I've had to use their services twice, and both experiences were trouble-free. The work done on the damaged cars was flawless. Also, I was so impressed with the 'freebie', i.e. the INTERIORS of the cars were beautifully cleaned. I have and will highly recommend them. read more

I was heartbroken. My 2026 Toyota Tacoma was not a week old, did not yet have 100 miles on it, when I lost control of a heavy item I was lifting over the hood, and accidentally struck the hood up near the windshield. The gouge was less than an inch, but was very deep i.e., down to the metal (see the attached "before" photo). The first shop I took it to estimated well over a thousand bucks to fix it. Their estimate included removing the hood, removing the underlying hood insulation, removing the protective film at the front of the hood, sanding the hood, repainting the hood (both sides), reinstalling new protective hood film and reinstalling the hood. I was devastated. Simply could not afford it. I contacted M&M Body. I spoke to Paul, and explained what I had done, and what the 1st estimate entailed. I feared that I could not afford a cosmetic repair and must simply settle for sealing it to protect it from further damage. Paul suggested that I allow them to provide estimate. I am very glad I did. Paul's estimate was 1/4 the price of the original estimate, but to my surprise, it was not to simply seal the damage to protect it, it was a complete cosmetic repair (see the attached "after" photo). Further, Paul could see that I was devastated, and managed to get me in right away, and managed to complete my small job in just a few days. I am so deeply appreciative of the time, attention and support that Paul and the team provided. The repair looks great and was a small fraction of the cost of the first estimate. I am now an M&M Body customer for life. read more

Second time I took my Lexus to M&M. First time was simple repair (replaced driver's side mirror) and they did a good job although it took longer then they originally said it would. 2nd time, recent experience, I was hit in front quarter panel by electric bike. Over 6K damage. Took 20 days, had tons of reasons why it wouldn't be ready..unusual paint color, was told it was a total (it wasn't) and when I got it back they had obviously driven the car! They hadn't done the extra work (buffing out headlight to match one replaced, we paid for that. I wanted to like these guys, but really! blood smears in back seat, dings in interior, geeze. read more

I took my fj cruiser to them after being rear-ended. Took them 4 1!2 months to fix it. Everyday a different excuse why it was taking so long. These people were hateful rude and the quality off work was average at best. There were interior parts missing when they said they were done. I had to go back 3 times before I finally got fed up and decided to just never go back. I know that's what they wanted. One last thing. The owner is a rude hateful ass for someone who vlaims to be a so called Christian. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself s lot of grief. read more

When I finally got my truck back, the issues just kept piling up. There are drips in the clear coat, one side of the hood sticks up, and my backup camera no longer works. When I brought it up, Marcos had the nerve to claim the camera wasn't working before, which is completely false. read more

M & M did a wonderful job of replacing the driver's side front door of my sturdy, much beloved 2015 Prius, and the cost was reasonable. They had been recommended to me by a friend who had, also, had a good experience with them. In addition, they were considerate and responsive to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Would give less if possible. They have had my truck for 2 weeks now and still not done for 2 windows to be replaced. Told by advisor that dealership sent wrong kind of glass for one window and had to reorder. Then told by advisor that it was coming from Dallas. The was told they couldn't overnight due to glass and not wanting it to break. Then told by advisor to call Nissan myself.the get Fed Ex tracking numbers. Talked to salesman at Nissan to find out they Ordered the wrong side of glass. It was coming from Sacramento, CA not Dallas and they could have overnighter it if they wanted to and were told it would take 5-7 days to get here. So M&M body employs liars. They don't care.about taking care of you just getting the most money out of your insurance company or your pocket they can. Do not take your vehicle here. The advisor is Marcos. So unprofessional. read more

Hands down the worst car repair shop in New Mexico, anything from being lied to, longer than expected turn around times, shady business practices, hardly picking up their phones when you call, and no one can hold themselves accountable is what you should expect if you go to M and M. At first they said it'll take a little over a week... two months later I finally get my truck back with new scratches, discolored and rusted parts, a chipped door, scratchy radio (which I had to fix myself), and no work done to my rim. When I went to pick it up I was very disappointed. I had to talk with the owner and he said that he will fix all of the parts that they messed up free of cost to me. Come to find out, they went through my insurance without telling me to fix the problems they created. Had they owned up to their mistakes and actually paid for the replacement parts instead of using my insurance to make even more money, this might have been a different review. They have absolutely no sense of honor or pride in the work they do. Please don't give M and M your business, give it to another shop that will actually care about providing a quality repair. If I had to describe this business with one word, it would be "worthless". read more

Recommended by Allstate. Made an appointment at 8:00 for estimate when we arrived we were told only Dave can take Allstate and he would be here shortly. Two more Allstate customers came in while we waited. At 8:30 we asked when we might see Dave and Paul jumped in and rudely told us Dave is the only person who can handle Allstate then rudely told us it essentially didn't matter when the appointment was we'd be taken in the Oder we came in. No one knew where Dave was or when he was coming. While we were waiting one customer said he'd been dealing with M&M since August (this was March) and they'd made a mess of his car. We left. read more

Marcos was very thorough during the whole repair process (fender-bender before Christmas) and kept me informed along the whole process. They are a preferred company for repair through my insurance, and it was well worth the extra miles to get to them. Repair was done beautifully and I would not hesitate to go here again! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 do not recommend. This is the first negative review I have ever left. I am a very patient person. I opted to have M&M do an estimate for me, even though they are outside of the insurance company's network. M&M came family recommended and I (being a local business owner) tend to support local businesses when I can. Paul was very rude on the telephone when I called initially to find out how late I could drop the vehicle off. He would not even let me finish asking the question before interrupting me to ask "when will a Progressive rep be here". I advised him that I did not know (assuming he would know because he just got off of the telephone with the Progressive claims adjuster). After telling him I did not know when a rep would be there he advised me that my vehicle would probably "get lost" if I left it without knowing when a rep would be there. He went around and around and seemed like he was telling me (without telling me) to take my vehicle somewhere else. When I could finally get a couple of words in I once again reminded him that he just got off of the telephone with my claims adjuster and he should know when the rep would be there to go over the vehicle... His response was, oh yeah, I did just talk to them, go ahead and bring it in today! Again I asked the question that I initially called for "how late will you guys be there for me to drop the vehicle off?" "5:00pm" "Great, see you in a bit". I was hesitant to proceed with taking the car to M&M after the conversation, but reminded myself that they came family recommended and maybe the interaction would be better from here. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off I was directed to Paul because it was a Progressive Insurance claim. I introduced myself and expected him to remember me since we had just spoke on the telephone. Immediately: Paul: "When will the rep be here?" Me: "We just had this conversation on the telephone Paul, and you talked to the claims adjuster also" Paul: "Yeah well if you don't know when the rep will be here your car could be just sitting here for days and days" Me: "Yes, you informed me of that when we just spoke on the telephone." At this point I was done. I told Paul if he wanted me to take the vehicle somewhere else to just tell me! None of the other employees cared. I assume that one of the owners Dave was sitting at the desk in front of me also, and he also didn't care. Thank you for saving me the grief and pushing me to patronize a different auto body shop Paul! As a business owner myself, this interaction made me sad for M&M. read more

I got rear ended in December, Eminem had done good work on another vehicle that I had needed repaired so I took my new vehicle to them. I did not receive my vehicle back until February, every time I would call nobody would respond, The insurance company was calling with no response to call. When I got my vehicle back it had a dent on the left door which it never had prior to my accident, however Eminem said that it was prior damage and refused to fix it, so I left with my car with a dent that I did not have going into the accident, to the stay or ship to this day my car is not completely repaired. The owner of M& M his name is David. David Gonzales is a board member at New Beginning church . I thought I could put my trust in a Christian board member. But I found out different . I had an accident took my car to M& M for repair. They returned it dirty, grease on the door panels on the steering wheel. They left my hood open it was full of dirt. They painted the door the plastic that was taped to door window fell down on the wet paint. Marcos Gonzales the owners son David Gonzales told me it just needed to be washed and his man that have to wash cars was not available. Marcos idea of refusing to repaint there error. This is part of what happened the repairs on the car are another story. I had to take my car to another place to repair there damage to my broken sensor that M& M mechanics did. Beware take your cars or trucks to the dealers if you have your insurance. This company is all about getting your money and there Christians what does that tell you. Wolves In sheep's clothing. Poor customer service. Unwilling to remedy a mistake that estimator claimed responsibility for.

Went to the store and came out to find someone had modified my pickup bed and not left any note. Not happy with some people. No morals at all. Called my insurance, Allstate, Bruce Braswell. What a pleasure dealing with this agency. Sent me to M&M Body on 5925 Edith Blvd. These people, David and staff, know how to treat customers. This is the second time I have been here. First time, someone tried to steal my pickup. Tore the dash apart and damaged front cab. Both times the job was repaired over and above my expectations. They also give a lifetime guarantee. Both times, I walked in unhappy with what some miserable people had done and I left pleased with the jobs!!!!! Thanks David and staff for a job well done. Thanks Bruce Braswell agency for all your assistance. read more

Dealing with this place was a nightmare. After my car accident my whole front side was smashed in which caused damage to my vehicle. This is how I received my car back... it was very poorly done , parts missing, scratches on my grill, my under carriage had pieces hanging. My cars sensor for the temperature outside was not working, my ac/heater was not working when I received my vehicle back. Do not take your car here ever. I was in a fender bender and my insurance offered me a discount if I took my car to M & M Auto Body rather than Nissan for the repairs. While my car was in their possession there was a hail storm which damaged my car. When I returned for my car it was apparent my bumper was still not fixed. I was agitated to receive my car in this condition. Naturally I called and complained, Marcos the body technician, said it would be taken care of. I took my car back in for a second time and they fixed some of the hail damage but no all of it. I had also noticed that one of my windows was no longer tinted, which I never received an explanation for. When I requested for them to fix it Marcos told me that was the best it was going to get and that he got into trouble for fixing it the first time. Again, talking to Marcos he assured me that they would order my parts and call me as soon as they were in. In the better half of a month I still have not received a phone call about my repairs. At this point I am extremely disappointed with the service and decide to call and ask for the a supervisor who assures me that they will take care of my car! I returned with my car for a third time and the owner, David, accused me of wreaking my car in the parking lot which is his way of not taking responsibility for lack of service in repairing my car! M & M Auto Body on Edith should not even be in business. No one working there has any shred of integrity! read more

After much research, I chose to have my car fixed at M and M after an accident that occurred out of state. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault, and so, his insurance was covering damages to my car. The estimator at M and M was aware of this situation, and was given all the information to contact the other driver's insurance to ensure that all damages were covered. Of note, every time I had called M and M to get an update, the first question they ask you is "What insurance is it through?" My vehicle was ready to be picked up; after calling to confirm this fact, I was told that it would be ready within an hour- no other information was given. I was dropped off to pick up my car, only to find out that they would not release my vehicle to me. It turns out that the estimator had not followed up with the other driver's insurance and therefore M and M had not received any confirmation of payment from that insurance company. The estimator admitted to this fact and stated that he was at fault for not following through with the insurance. M and M would not release my vehicle to me without payment. The owner had overheard the conversation and was of no help. He was dismissive, rude, and was unwilling to resolve the payment issue that his employee had admitted fault for. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told that "one bad review wouldn't matter." That day I paid for everything in order to have my vehicle released to me as I needed it for transportation. I was disappointed with the poor customer service here and the lack of accountability that the owner had on behalf of his employees. I will not be using this company again in the future nor recommending them to anyone. read more

Rude and disrespectful employee left my van sitting on their property for 2 and half months! I called to check the status and the man said he didn't have it, then put me on hold and then said "oh, you're the one who didn't make an appointment. I have no information on you're van. I will have to contact the insurance and get back to you." He didn't even attempt to check my van for 2 and half months! M &M Body Shop was recommended by our Insurance company, Allstate. We had considerable damage to our 1987 Pontiac Fiero. David Gonzales was very pleasant, profession and easy to work with! Worst customer service!!!!! Hot headed and talk over u. Was given a time from 10:30 to 11 to pick up my car. No call ahead to let me know they were running late. Called at 11, was told 10 more mins. My car was backed into on the passenger side front bumper. The other driver was at fault and the normal place I take my car to does not accept their insurance. Dropped my car off on Tuesday at M&M 5/31/22 and then was called on Friday that my car was ready. Went to pick my car up and nothing was repaired to the front bumper, Paul stated that the rear bumper is what they fixed. There was nothing ever wrong with the rear bumper and after arguing Paul, he finally checked the paper work and it was supposed to be the front bumper. They then called me on Tuesday and said that the car would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday came and it was not ready, finally got a call on Friday that the car was ready. Went to pick up the car and there were scratches and bumps in the paint. Paul said that they would get it fixed and it would be ready on Monday. Monday came and nothing was ready. I had to keep calling every day for an update as they never communicated what was happening. Finally, on Friday 6/17/22 it was ready. A job that was supposed to be 5 days took 3 weeks because of their bad work. I will never come back to this place. read more

We were headed cross country when a part fell off a semi truck right in front of us. It tore up the underside of our van.
