Took me out to car to show what they were unable to fix. Could hardly see the scratch until he pointed it out. They were great

Everything was repaired immaculately. The staff was easy to work with. Quick turnaround on the repair.

Excellent service and outstanding results... 2026 Camry AWD with 100 mi. received pine cone damage (big ponderosa pines next to driveway). Highly recommend for dents/dings! read more

This place is amazing- I was responsible for a door-ding on my Wife's 2-week new car (that she hadn't noticed yet), and the Dealership sent me to a place that quoted more than 2200 bucks and several days to repair (standard- bang out, sand and repaint job). And after reading numerous positive reviews for Duke City, I decided to stop by- they quoted me a fraction of the "others" cost, and same-day repair- plus, they took me in two days later. The job took less than 2 hours, looking brand new!! Again...amazing place. Thanks! read more

I was recently caught in a hailstorm and my poor Jeep Grand Cherokee looked like a golf ball. I went to Duke City Dent and Ross did the estimate, submitted info to my insurance. We set a day to drop Jeep off and he advised 5 days to repair. Ross and his team finished a day early, It looks better than it ever did. All the gentlemen working there treat customers well. They all have genuine smiles, when they greet you. I get the feeling they enjoy their work and take pride in the quality of work. I highly recommend them. I will do business with them again. Forget the rest and go to the best! Five stars+ read more

Had a dent and HUGE scratch that several shops told me needed the quarter panel and bumper to be replaced and painted. Got several quotes between $1,200 and $1,500. Someone suggested I take it to Duke City Dent. They told me they could make it look moderately better for about $150 but weren't too optimistic. I opted to try it anyway and see how good they could get it. They did the work right then as I waited and an hour later I had my car back practically new! I couldn't believe what a great job they had done! They even took care of a BB gun dent some kid had put in the door. I just had to run to Pep Boys and buy some touch up paint for the minor paint damage they couldn't fix. read more

Great place to get your dents fixed that don't require painting. Very friendly and reasonable fees for the services performed. Can't even see where the dent was after they fixed it! read more

I was early for appt, they took me right in. I waited for it to be repaired and they made sure I was comfortable. I had my car for only 8 months and was bummed when it got a dent and dented scratch. They got it all out and it looks like new again, the price was right and I was so happy I can't say enough about how great of job they did. read more

Dealt with Steve...stopped by so he could look at the dent, quote me a price and schedule me in. I showed up on time, cash in hand. They finished sooner than we expected. There's no longer any visible damage to my car. They saved me $600 based on a body shop bid. They have decent parking, easy access off San Mateo, a comfy couch in the waiting area, a clean restroom and a bunch of friendly guys working there. If that's not enough, they're located next door to the city's best Italian Deli/grocery and a fine bakery. This is a great alternative to a conventional body shop repair. read more

So, my car's nearly 20 yrs old & some rude person backed into a door & didn't leave me a note! (BOO HISS!) Pretty much pushed 1\2 the door in. What to do?? Obviously, I don't want to spend a ton of money on a car of this age. HOWEVER, I don't want to drive around town in a car that looks like a wreck! Went on YELP, found Duke City Dent & went in. Got my front fender reattached (that was my fault!) & got estimate for door fix in less than a half hour. They fixed 90% of the door problem today -in a half hour, for $45! They couldn't make the part over some rod inside the door to look perfect again. Bottom line: if you need body fixes, go here for an estimate. They are friendly, fast, inexpensive, HONEST & extremely talented!! read more

Just 3 letters.. WOW! Called ahead and was professionally greeted and set an appointment up. Was able to show up an hour later and Ross walked out to me as I was getting out of my car. Once again, professional and understand. From the start warned me that the door ding may not come out perfect, it would be $100 due to its location but he would deduct money if it did not come out right. Best of all - told me to have a seat and they would get it right in. Expecting a hour wait I settled in. In approx 10 mins I saw the car backing out of the bay and Ross was calling me out. He stated it did come out better than he thought but was still not happy with it so it would only be $80 and on top of that they fixed another smaller one I did not even know about. Now I am very particular about my vehicles and I am very impressed with the outcome so I am not sure what classified it as "not happy" with it but as I said WOW! This WILL BE my go to place here in the Querque (we all know what great and courteous drivers are in this town) should anything happen and to my cars and trucks!! Well done Ross - great business, customer service, and finished product. read more

Two years ago I purchased a new Subaru and over the past two years the guys at Duke City Dent have repaired at least four door dings on my car. The price has been around fifty bucks each time and only took about 30 minuets to repair. Each time the repairs were undetectable. Then a few weeks ago my car was pummeled by a hail storm. Literally every panel on the car had some damage on it. My insurance approved my taking it to Duke City and after three short days my car looks like it never left the dealers showroom. Their work was not good, it was perfection. I also greatly appreciated that my appointment time was honored especially when every hail damaged car in the area was lined up to get repaired as well. Also, I was told three days and it was done in three days. I can't recommend this shop more highly. read more

I was very skeptical before going there and have my car fixed. There were 2 dings on my doors from two parking accidents. There is no need to report to the insurance since most people just told me, let it go. then i took my car to Ross's. he repaired the two dings/dents within 30 minutes. However, the handcraft was soooo good that i can't even tell there was such a thing there. Price was very affordable considering the result. read more

Amazing technology. I didn't believe it till I saw it work on my car. The team was friendly and professional. They knew me by name when I walked in for my appointment. I made the mistake of being short 2 dollars and the tech says, "I won't starve over that." My car is as good as new. I loved my service and will be going back. Highly recommend. Your dents will be gonzo! read more

We drove across town this morning so we could be there right at 7:30 when they opened. We have a small dent that needed to be repaired on our rear quarter panel. We asked for an estimate and a man with curly hair said "we don't do that, we don't do any paint and body repair." (Granted, we already have a paint person to fix it, who doesn't do dents). I guess we back to square one now.... super upsetting and rude customer service. I guess our time wasn't valuable to them! This is the second time we've given them a chance to fix our car (other experience was a few months ago and they were "unable" to fix that dent as well. read more

Fast, friendly, and they do fantastic work. Eloy fixed a door dent (wind blew my door into a pole and dented it along the edge) in three hammer blows. It was amazing. This is by far the easiest repair shop I've ever worked with, and I will come back with any other dent repairs read more

I'd be too embarrassed to describe how I received a slight dent on the right side just below the gas tank opening of my 2019 Subaru that I just bought in February 2022, but I'm so conscience of keeping my car in good like new condition, I was desperate to find a body repair. I read the reviews for Duke City, a stone's throw from my house, so I drove over, without an appointment. James looked at the impression and indicated that the best way to repair was to drill at the side opening of the door, to gain access. I was reluctant, wondering how the drill hole might be noticeable. Without any hesitation, James even used a suction tool to try to pull out the ding. After he showed me the plug that would not really be noticeable, I decided to go with his suggestion. He took my car in right away and after paying cash, it didn't break the bank, and the repair is like new - and I swear I am very stubborn about any imperfections. I would highly recommend Duke City Dent. They were the first people I turned to, and I will use them again - but hopefully, I won't have to. read more

I made an appointment a week ahead of time with someone who did not give his name on the phone or take my name. I should've known. When I arrived today, "Eloy" told me they couldn't fix my small dent, and even if they could, the first appointment is "an estimate only". He was rude, the shop stunk, and the customer service = nonexistent. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

Don't bother going anywhere else. THESE guys are the best in town. Fast, reliable, efficient and affordable. I might add very friendly too. I went to their shop with a difficult dent in my motorcycle's front fender, they quoted me a fair price to fix it on the spot. 15 minutes later I was on my way after some friendly conversation and the fender looks good as new. You cannot tell there was ever a dent. I used to be skeptical of this technology but it works. And it's MUCH cheaper than paint. Ross is the man. Thanks for fixing my bike! read more

One of the best experiences I've ever had with dent repair. They fixed it quickly and the final price was a little below their quote.

Stopped in to get an estimate on a dent I'd found on a new-to-me truck. Looked like a golf ball or baseball had landed on the hood. Eloy quoted me a good price and an hour later I was out of there with a hood that looks as good as new. He took his time and meticulously worked out the dent to perfection that even my OCD personality is pleased with. Please note that they accept only cash or checks, so be prepared with the appropriate form of currency. read more

These guys are the best! Someone kicked our car door in on Central while we were dining. It was much more than a ding- this was right on a body contour line. The dealer would have wanted $1000 + to repair it. Duke City Dent fixed it as good as new for a fraction of the price! Do yourself a favor. Before heading to the body shop or a dealer, take it to these guys. They'll give you an honest assessment and treat you fairly!! I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!! read more

Duke City Dent was professional, fast, and affordable. I am so pleased with the whole process and the way my car came out after hail damage. I am so pleased with my service and would recommend to everyone! read more

Some jerk left a nice door ding on my 2014 Mustang GT. After reading Yelp's reviews, I decided to give Duke City Dent a try. Eloy was my tech. He was very professional, yet down to earth in dealing with my needs. He told me that the location of the dent was very difficult to reach, but he said he will give a try. I could not believe my eyes. After one hour, the dent was gone. You can barely see any residual damage which Eloy pointed out(honest)!!! I blame the location, not the tech. Eloy said that is the reason it took an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. They don't take credit cards, so take cash. I would suggest going to their location to get your dings fixed. I am sure other car dealers and auto body shop will use Duke City Dent and add their markup on top of Duke's fair price. I am 100% satisfied with his work. I hope I don't have any more door dings, but if I do, I will be using their skills to take care of the problem. Thanks read more

I went to them to see if they could repair a dent in the edge of a door. They told me that they could not repair that location due to the location of the metal seam.
