I was recently caught in a hailstorm and my poor Jeep Grand Cherokee looked like a golf ball. I went to Duke City Dent and Ross did the estimate, submitted info to my insurance. We set a day to drop Jeep off and he advised 5 days to repair. Ross and his team finished a day early, It looks better than it ever did. All the gentlemen working there treat customers well. They all have genuine smiles, when they greet you. I get the feeling they enjoy their work and take pride in the quality of work. I highly recommend them. I will do business with them again. Had a dent and HUGE scratch that several shops told me needed the quarter panel and bumper to be replaced and painted. Got several quotes between $1,200 and $1,500. Someone suggested I take it to Duke City Dent. They told me they could make it look moderately better for about $150 but weren't too optimistic. I opted to try it anyway and see how good they could get it. They did the work right then as I waited and an hour later I had my car back practically new! I couldn't believe what a great job they had done! They even took care of a BB gun dent some kid had put in the door. There's no longer any visible damage to my car. They saved me $600 based on a body shop bid. They have decent parking, easy access off San Mateo, a comfy couch in the waiting area, a clean restroom and a bunch of friendly guys working there. Just 3 letters.. WOW! Called ahead and was professionally greeted and set an appointment up. Was able to show up an hour later and Ross walked out to me as I was getting out of my car. Once again, professional and understand. From the start warned me that the door ding may not come out perfect, it would be $100 due to its location but he would deduct money if it did not come out right. Best of all - told me to have a seat and they would get it right in. Expecting a hour wait I settled in. In approx 10 mins I saw the car backing out of the bay and Ross was calling me out. He stated it did come out better than he thought but was still not happy with it so it would only be $80 and on top of that they fixed another smaller one I did not even know about. Now I am very particular about my vehicles and I am very impressed with the outcome so I am not sure what classified it as "not happy" with it but as I said WOW! This WILL BE my go to place here in the Querque (we all know what great and courteous drivers are in this town) should anything happen and to my cars and trucks!! Two years ago I purchased a new Subaru and over the past two years the guys at Duke City Dent have repaired at least four door dings on my car. The price has been around fifty bucks each time and only took about 30 minuets to repair. Each time the repairs were undetectable. Then a few weeks ago my car was pummeled by a hail storm. Literally every panel on the car had some damage on it. My insurance approved my taking it to Duke City and after three short days my car looks like it never left the dealers showroom. Their work was not good, it was perfection. I also greatly appreciated that my appointment time was honored especially when every hail damaged car in the area was lined up to get repaired as well. Also, I was told three days and it was done in three days. I can't recommend this shop more highly. read more

I was very skeptical before going there and have my car fixed. There were 2 dings on my doors from two parking accidents. There is no need to report to the insurance since most people just told me, let it go. then i took my car to Ross's. he repaired the two dings/dents within 30 minutes. We drove across town this morning so we could be there right at 7:30 when they opened. We have a small dent that needed to be repaired on our rear quarter panel. We asked for an estimate and a man with curly hair said "we don't do that, we don't do any paint and body repair." (Granted, we already have a paint person to fix it, who doesn't do dents). I guess we back to square one now.... super upsetting and rude customer service. I guess our time wasn't valuable to them! This is the second time we've given them a chance to fix our car (other experience was a few months ago and they were "unable" to fix that dent as well. read more

I'd be too embarrassed to describe how I received a slight dent on the right side just below the gas tank opening of my 2019 Subaru that I just bought in February 2022, but I'm so conscience of keeping my car in good like new condition, I was desperate to find a body repair. I read the reviews for Duke City, a stone's throw from my house, so I drove over, without an appointment. James looked at the impression and indicated that the best way to repair was to drill at the side opening of the door, to gain access. I was reluctant, wondering how the drill hole might be noticeable. Without any hesitation, James even used a suction tool to try to pull out the ding. After he showed me the plug that would not really be noticeable, I decided to go with his suggestion. He took my car in right away and after paying cash, it didn't break the bank, and the repair is like new - and I swear I am very stubborn about any imperfections. Don't bother going anywhere else. THESE guys are the best in town. Fast, reliable, efficient and affordable. I might add very friendly too. I went to their shop with a difficult dent in my motorcycle's front fender, they quoted me a fair price to fix it on the spot. 15 minutes later I was on my way after some friendly conversation and the fender looks good as new. Some jerk left a nice door ding on my 2014 Mustang GT. After reading Yelp's reviews, I decided to give Duke City Dent a try. Eloy was my tech. He was very professional, yet down to earth in dealing with my needs. He told me that the location of the dent was very difficult to reach, but he said he will give a try. I could not believe my eyes. After one hour, the dent was gone. You can barely see any residual damage which Eloy pointed out(honest)!!! I blame the location, not the tech. Eloy said that is the reason it took an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. They don't take credit cards, so take cash. I would suggest going to their location to get your dings fixed. I am sure other car dealers and auto body shop will use Duke City Dent and add their markup on top of Duke's fair price. I am 100% satisfied with his work. I hope I don't have any more door dings, but if I do, I will be using their skills to take care of the problem. Thanks read more

I went to them to see if they could repair a dent in the edge of a door. They told me that they could not repair that location due to the location of the metal seam. However he went back to the shop, brought out a small hammer and beat the dent out. Not good as new, but much, much better than it was. He did it for no charge.
