It finally came in and I was called to make install appointment. We were told it would take 4 to 5 hours, but it would be ready by 4. They called us at 2pm and it was done! So far everything is working great! Didn't cost us anything with comprehensive coverage and we have a new windshield! Thank you Tony's Auto Glass!! They told me what it would cost to get a new one 855.00. Though they did not ask for me to put down a deposit I did. There would be no way I could come up with all 855.00 at once. I gave them 400.00. Things happened and I have not been able to get the other 455.00. I asked for my money back. Yes, my windshield is still cracked. They only want to give me 200 and something back. WTH? But whatever. I have to accept that. 3 maybe 4 months now I still have not received my money or a call as I have requested from the manager or owner. Their a rip off. And I should not have given them money down.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the paint work we received from AAG…read more My boyfriend paid $1,200 to have his car repaired and painted here. After getting the vehicle back, we started noticing the paint bubbling, lifting, and peeling. We brought the car back and explained what was happening, but we were questioned quite a bit about the issue and initially felt like they were hesitant to take responsibility for fixing it. Eventually, they agreed to redo the paint. We gave them the opportunity to correct the problem and trusted that it would be done properly the second time. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again. As you can see in the photos, the paint is now peeling off the front bumper in large pieces, with other areas cracking and lifting as well. This is after the vehicle was already brought back once specifically to have the paint issue corrected. For $1,200, we expected professional work that would actually last. Having the paint fail once was disappointing, but having the same problem happen again after giving them the opportunity to fix it is unacceptable. We're posting the photos so others can see the condition of the paint for themselves and make their own decision. Based on our experience, we would not recommend AAG for paint/body work.

I am not anti Carfax, I just don't think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action. I am pretty annoyed for sure, but I would be enraged if I ever intended to sell this car. I thought others might like to know before making contact with Chapman. Cheers
