So, needless to say, this outfit has their act together! What makes it perfect is that they are so human! They do listen to what you need done and if it's felt that they're not sure whether they're doing a task the way you expect, They will make sure the understand before they decide to go to the next area to work on. There are not too many companies that come prepared with all the equipment needed for the job. They are always prepared and get to your place spic and span. The personalities of everyone we have met from Cleaning the Professional Way is OUTSTANDING! The winning point for us was that everyone understands and speaks English!

A quick floor cleaning can be added too although they are not dirty. It is a 3 bedroom condo in Santa Clarita. Please let me know what your price and availability is." The owner Reachelle replied and said "it would be $150.00" and I agreed. On the cleaning day, instead of 9 am, they (Reachelle and a young man) arrived 9:30 am, which is fine. And started working at 10 am. It took 2.5 hours Reachelle to clean the stove and microwave. She was constantly on her cell phone. She then started cleaning the copper kitchen sink but I told her it was already cleaned by my handyman with a special chemical for coppers. She said it is clean because she cleaned it. The young man was upstairs cleaning the windows and the bathtub. When he finished, the glass shower door was still not clean, it had white residue. They said because the stains are too old and cannot be cleaned anymore. Reachelle started cleaning the windows on the first floor. Oh my God. She was so slow... When I pointed out her some of the spots, she said they are from the outside and they can only clean the inside. Even the windows on the ground level?? So at 3 pm, they finally finished. She said they did a full cleaning and asked for $100 more. Adding 2 bathroom is for $100?? Well, if this was a full house cleaning, I asked her to clean the powder room and him to clean the spider webs in the garage as well. Oh my God! This guy was so sloppy and slow. I could not help myself taking the long brush and showed him how to do. He watched me but continued missing so many spots. I then asked him if he can clean the patio because so there were many leaves on the ground. He said yes. After he left, I saw that he just swept them from concrete to soil! After I paid them total of $250, look at these pictures. I cannot recommend them to anybody. Also, I sent 3 messages to Reachelle and asked an invoice for tax purpose, she never acknowledge my messages. Let's see if she will reply to this one.

Highly unprofessional. This company is not shy about charging, $40 per worker per hour. The first…read moretime they came in, Minty the owner charged me $350, which is high but I paid without hesitation since it was the first time. When I asked her about cost for maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks, she definitively quoted me $250 each time. However, when the two workers showed up, she asked me how many hours I wanted, saying that the $250 only covered for 3 hours, which she never once mentioned. I asked if the work would be able to finish the work, she said usually it only takes 2 to 3 hours for maintenance cleaning. However, after the 2 workers left, I saw that the floor was not cleaned, the dish rack was extremely dirty, there were still stains on the floor, and an obvious surface there's still stains from cat vomit. See photos. When I sent the photos to the owner about the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly, she blamed me for only giving the workers 3 hours, saying that 1 more hour would have been needed. She also blamed me for having the workers clean cat poops. which I NEVER asked them to do. (by the way, all my previous cleaning ladies never had a problem with cleaning cat litter, so I'm not sure when this became an issue, and she never once mentioned that they do not touch cat litter???) I live by myself with 3 cats, and there's really not that much to clean except for the mess cats make sometimes. So cleaning the cat area is one of the major reasons why I'm hiring a professional cleaning team. If I had known that she would have an attitude about cleaning things related to cats, I would have NEVER hired them. She started to skirt responsibility beside accusing me of making her working "pick up cat feces" which is a complete lie. She also said that the workers told her that I I had said m everything looked good before they left, which was a fabrication. They NEVER asked me to look at the house and how they did before they left, simply saying "we are done." So the workers lied, and the owner did not want to take any responsibility. I ended up having to do a lot of cleaning after the team left. I would never recommend this company to anybody I know and care about . Jo

I've had professional cleaning done before and even used to do it myself, so I can confidently say their prices are very reasonable. I needed a Saturday so I could be home at least for the first visit, and although I don't think they normally do Saturdays they accommodated. They arrived about 20 minutes late but I'm not deducting any stars due to the cleaning quality. They were professional, brought the necessary tools (except a vacuum attachment and an extended duster for ceiling fans, but they used mine) and really did an amazing job. I can't tell you how embarrassingly dirty and grimey my shower and stove were! I told them to just "do the best they could" because after scrubbing myself I thought there were permanent stains, but they turned them into new! It was like a Cinderella story for my home. They were very thorough and hard workers. They pulled out furniture to clean corners and details, didn't cut corners like some cleaners do. I told them what was most important to me so their time wasn't spent cleaning things I can easily do myself. They even cleaned my trash can lid. Now onto the task of trying not to make a mess so it stays clean as long as possible! Boyfriend was also impressed and we will be regularly returning customers. Definitely recommend!
