*Pedi on 3.22.24: Came while visiting family. Got the $41 pedi service that gave you the option to pick from a sugar scrub, hot stone massage or a 3rd option but I can't remember what it was (I wanted the hot stone)...however, I wasn't asked which option I wanted & was given the sugar scrub. The tech was a little rough when removing my cuticles as I'm used having cuticle softener or cuticle remover put on which softens the cuticles & makes the process smoother. The tech just used the cuticle tool & drill after only soaking my feet in the water so it hurt a bit. I'd also prefer if they gave the option to use a smaller foot file vs the cheese grater style w/ larger holes as i am not a fan of those & how my heels feel after. They did have a variety of colors and the tech was nice (and quiet) which was okay as I enjoyed the chair massage w/o the pressure of having to make small talk. No major complaints but would try somewhere else next time so let on the cuticle experience. read more

This place is reliable! I am super new to doing my nails. I stumbled upon this place while trying to find nail salon nearby that didn't have a crazy wait. I still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my manicure. I thought the price was a little high for a simple gel/acrylic nail with no shape or art. Also my fingers and cuticles burned badly under the UV light to the point where I needed to tell the lady and take them out. My only complaint is that sometimes they start working so fast on your nails you don't have time to decide if you like what they look like or not. Also, my nails are slightly uneven and crooked, as the lady was very distracted while handling other business. I will clarify how I want my nails shaped next time. But overall, very reliable for a quick nail and there is normally not a huge wait. read more

1 star because ZREO stars isn't an option. Someone next to me ordered a basic pedi, I ordered the spa pedi & added a paraffin wax, but she received a more detailed pedi than me. All they did was soak, sugar scrub & cut my cuticles. Didn't even scrub the dead skin off of the bottom of my feet or file my nails. Also used the restroom before leaving, the flush of the toilet sprayed the toilet water all out of the toilet & it got on my shoes! WORST pedi I've ever had! Wanted to get my toes done last minute. I told them I had eczema, so my feet were very dry. I also have a toenail that's very messed up due to a past injury, so I told them to be very easy on that toe. The person wasn't easy at all. When they put the hot wax around my feet, I noticed the side of my big toe was burning...BAD and some of my other toes were also burning. After they used the wrong nail polish and I had to correct them, I was finally done. NEVER GOING BACK. My feet are in pain. As a plus, I also have nail polish all over my skin. read more

Convenient location but bad nails, and expensive! I debated on whether to walk in or not but looking at the "menu," I decided to give this place a try. Gel nails fill for "$21." No wait. Older tech lady was servicing me at first but asked me to move to "Cindy" chair. Not sure if Cindy is a manager or owner or something but she kept getting up to take care of things while servicing me. She was friendly. Nail fill was ok. She changed the shape of my nails even though I asked her to keep same shape. Also they "up charge" on some gel colors. $5 extra. Insane if you ask me. Final result for the price of $35!!!!!!! A fill for $35?!? Thats almost the price of a NEW SET!! Anyways, this up charge on the gel color I got and couldn't even get my nails painted right. Guess this salon can be checked off. read more

I wish I could give this a 0 star review. I came in around 30 minutes before closing, half expecting for them to turn me away since it was so close to closing which I would've been better with than the service I received and literally each manacurist was working on a client. I don't know her name but the older lady working took me and told me to pick out a color. I sat down with my polish and she started working on my nails. The first thing that put me off was just her talking and me trying to understand through her accent what she was saying. When she was cutting my acrylics down to the length I wanted, I guess I had a look on my face but she told me I don't need to cry. That was one of the comments that irritated me. Then, every time she pulled out the nail grinder, she hit the corners of my nails and I was sure I would start bleeding. Every time she tried talking to me, from what I could understand was her telling me how I look like a baby and I have baby nails. Skip ahead a little, she ended up finding a different polish for me even though I picked mine out and she kept pushing to give me gel and some designs on my nails. I'm keeping in mind the full set I'm getting is supposed to be $25 and I didn't want all the rest of that. Before she even put the polish on, she made me pay $35 for a regular full set. I wouldn't have minded if it looked good, but multiple nails turned out crooked and a little uneven. She even messed up grinding and it took a piece of the acrylic off and she tried to file it but that didn't help. By the time I left, it was 9:30, my fingers hurt from the over-filing and alcohol being rubbed on my filed skin, and there were no other manacurists in the salon. 0/5 would recommend. I'm never going here again and I'm so glad I didn't decide to get my eyebrows waxed here. read more

This is a mall nail shop. If you want luxury style relaxing you better head to a high end salon and pay through your rump to relax. If you want great mani and pedi in a short period of time that looks great and cost little...this is your place. It's a small salon but efficient. The woman who did my nails was fun, talkative and pleasant. The girl who did my pedi was very quiet but in her defense I was there with a friend and was chatting with her, so I seen that as respectful, she did a great job too! I paid $10 dollars for an eyebrow wax yesterday. The older woman took forever to do absolutely nothing. I had to get my brows waxed again today from someplace else. Then the lady kept asking if I wanted my mustache waxed. Lmao I don't have one and never have. Just trying to juice customers out of money. After I gave her $10 for Damn near nothing, she looked at me as if she needed a tip. She didn't even say thank you. Worst business ever. The store was cramped, the massage chairs were stuck next to each other, no room to move or even put my purse. The woman who did my pedicure didn't talk to me, she chose to talk to her regular client sitting next to me instead. The people working there just hurried to get people in and out, no relaxing atmosphere what so ever. The massage chair they have there was horrible, I had to take Advil and a pain killer because my back feels like it was beat by a bat. I usually love to use those chairs when I get a pedicure, I've never had one actually cause massive back pain. Overall the people, the atmosphere and experience was not worth the money. I think if you get a pedicure you should feel relaxed and pampered, not the case with this place. It felt like I was a cow getting milked, only my feet were the udders and I was just put through a process, not worth the $35 I paid. read more

Not a great experience! Came here two years ago and it was ok... gave it another shot today and gosh it was the worst. I'm giving it one star because the staff is very friendly, if it weren't for the staff it would get no stars. They charge for liners in the pedicure chairs, to me it makes it look like they are too lazy to clean the chairs after each costumer. Why should I pay for something you should be doing after each paying customer. Also, it costs $20.00 extra to get gel on your pedicure. That's a costly expense. (I figured there would be an additional charge just not that much... wow!!) Also, they do not carry any name brand gels just cheap brands. Why charge extra when you don't use quality gel!!! I know this is a "mall" nail place, but the girls rock here! I am a regular for Jenny, who is AMAZING! She always takes her time with me, even if there is a huge wait, in fact, she will tell other clients to come back in an hour or 30 min... however long she thinks it would take for her to finish. She never makes me just stand around and wait for her. I come to the mall, check in with her and come back when she tells me to. She can do crazy designs too... I just let her go wild. Best part about this place is, if your a regular they know you. After 3 times, Jenny remembered my color and how I love my nails, no questions. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to !!!!! To start I went in hopes to get a cute gel manicure, just something basic. While I'm looking at there price board it said $18.00 manicure.. So in my head I thought great $18.00 plus a little more for gel, can't be more than $5.00 extra. As I get seat the lady tells me $30 for a gel manicure!!! $18.00 for a manicure and $12.00 for a gel polish! I thought well maybe it's going to be a really good manicure (I don't mind paying top dollar for good service) but I was totally wrong! To begin the lady cut too much of my cuticle off and I began to bleed! She did not even put alcohol on it or anything to avoid it getting infected. As she continued she placed my hand in soapy water to soak and while she is cutting off the cuticles from my nails she is rinsing off the tool in the soapy water where my fingers are soaking, putting the skin she cut off in the same bowl (keep in mind my cut on my finger) SO DIRTY! I was getting ready to walk up and leave. But I continued and she if she was able to redeem herself but yet she failed. While she was giving me a half ass hand message I pulled my arm a little back she literally pulled me forward and laughed. I was ready to just pay and leave, once I got my receipt she handed over to me and was looking at me sign it and she had the nerve to ask me "No tip" I left bad and left her $3.00..
