Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

Noma remodeled our kitchen back in December 2024 and we are STILL obsessed with how it turned out…read more Their whole vibe was collaborative and easygoing. The initial design was good, but together we landed on something even better because they actually listened and engaged. Never once felt like we were being told what to do. Timeline and contractor coordination? On point. There was a moment where a trade was running behind and we raised it -- they took the feedback well and kept things moving. There was also a moment where we pushed back on the slab count and rather than brushing us off, they looped in the right people to work it through with us. That's just good business. What really stands out though is the design thoughtfulness. They respected our very specific taste while also gently steering us toward choices we'd love long-term. And they brought ideas we never would've come up with -- like building in an air switch cutout -- little details that make everyday life in the kitchen so much nicer. Came in pretty much on time. We love our kitchen every single day. Highly, highly recommend Noma to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about the outcome.

Problem is that Andre over commits and promises everything till the contract is signed and a deposit collected. After that they blame each other and walk back both on dates and cost. While they agreed to void the contract they did not return our initial deposit claiming they had done work on the back end whose outputs we never saw. I would advice serious caution engaging them even though the showroom looks creatively done. Not worth the hassle.

I would give extra stars if I could!…read more Divar is the epitome of professionalism. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly kind from start to finish. His pricing was the best out of five contractors I spoke with very reasonable and honest. We had to delay our project for several months due to finances, and even after half a year, he still honored his original quote from the spring. He even included some materials for free, like the replacement baseboard. Our kids' playroom needed a drywall section (about 4 ft × 2 ft under the window) removed to inspect for leaks. Divar repaired it perfectly, added insulation, matched the wall texture flawlessly, matched the pastel pink paint exactly, installed new baseboard, and kept the work area spotless. He finished in the two days he promised and even left extra paint for future touch-ups. It was a real pleasure working with him. I'll definitely be calling Divar again for future painting projects, he truly offers the best value and service around.

We handled almost everything online -- I simply sent photos of the areas that needed work, discussed the project details, and received a clear, all-inclusive estimate upfront. I had some leftover paint from a previous project, so I was able to provide them with the exact color information ahead of time. They purchased everything in advance, which made the process even smoother and eliminated any surprises with pricing. The work itself was excellent. I had recently replaced my kitchen cabinets, and several sections of the walls had been damaged and needed retexturing. They repaired and retextured those areas beautifully before painting both the walls and ceiling. Everything blended perfectly when the job was finished. They showed up right on time on a Saturday, which I really appreciated because I didn't have to take time off work. Before starting, they carefully laid down and hung drop cloths to protect everything in the kitchen, and they were extremely thorough about cleaning up afterward. The entire project was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the finished result looks fantastic. Another thing that stood out to me is that they are a true local company with their own employees. I've had frustrating experiences in the past where companies acted more like middlemen and subcontracted the work out to random handymen. It was refreshing to work with a company that has its own team because you can tell they have much better oversight, communication, and quality control throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.
