Best taco salad ever!…read more I've been wanting a taco salad and it has been awhile since we've been to Cali Burrito What was I thinking. Every bite of my shrimp taco salad is crispy with a spicy green salsa--not hot--but it adds so much depth. You have got to try the taco salad if you have not.

I ended up getting a bowl of black beans and cilantro lime rice topped with cilantro, pico de gallo, and corn. I also had a side of chips with mild salsa. Everything was seasoned really well, and I could tell that the rice had been made recently (it wasn't dried out or anything). The salsa tasted great, although I might try a medium salsa next time just to see how it is. The chips were nice and warm. All in all, I enjoyed my dining experience.

My favorite thing to order is the quesabirria tacos. The consumé is almost always perfectly made and flavorful though there have been a couple times I've noticed it's been watered down. The esquites tasted a bit different than the elote my husband is used to, so we only ordered it once, but their tortilla chips are made fresh and are so delicious. I always ask for extra limes when ordering Mexican food (IYKYK), but the ones here are always so hard and not juicy at all. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Make sure you have limes at home lol

This bread was some of the softest, lightest fry bread I've had. And I've had authentic that I thought was good. This one though, amazingky, passes the others. And big! I told my husband next time I order one, he's going to split it with me. I have just over half left. The last four or five bites I forced, thinking I didn't want to leave leftovers--and then said, that isn't leftovers, that's an entire selerste meal. We ordered a SMALL order of Tipi poles, which are long, thin lie Es of fry bread shaped similar to French fries. They are sprinkled with powdered sugar and we tried raspberry topping drizzled on it. They were a bit tough--not in a bad way--and chewy. We ordered the snack size, opened it up and had to wonder what a full size looked like. They were good too. This is a drive-thru only. They have a food truck too. We went the former. It was fast. I'm uploading done pictures instead of telling you all they serve. This is locally owned. I would definitely urfe you to try it I also had a glass of tea, with peach added. The tea was not bitter but smooth and tasty with the peach added. Hope to see more people try this place!

It definitely made me happy and was a great start to the meal. I ordered the Bistek a la Mexicana, which is cubed beef topped with tomato sauce, onions, and jalapeños, served with rice, beans, and tortillas. This was delicious! The steak was very tender, well-flavored, and seasoned perfectly. The sauce made it even more juicy and flavorful. I chose flour tortillas, which were perfect for this dish. The rice and beans were good as well. My only complaint is that I wish they served a little more rice. The restaurant was clean, and the service was great. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the tres leches. In my experience, tres leches is supposed to be very moist considering it's made with three types of milk lol. Unfortunately, this one was very dry, and I couldn't eat it. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!
