Summit Cleaners ruined both and destroyed the lining of both jackets. When we met and called the store, we talked with manager Dawn Bearden. Dawn was extremely defensive, mean, and unhelpful. She would not refund the cleaning cost, and would not replace or pay to have the suits repaired. We asked several times for the name of the owner of the business and she refused to provide and slammed down the phone each time. We were told that the owner would contact us, but no one ever called to resolve the issue. You get much better service at Park Place Cleaners on the corner of 150 and Shades Crest Parkway, and I encourage everyone who reads this review to take their dry cleaning to Park Place.

I dropped the dresses off at 11:30am, but was told they wouldn't be ready til 5pm the next day... I was a little disappointed in the turn-around time. I was hoping they would be ready at 11:30 a.m. or even 12pm the next day as I was told 24 hours. ? They advertise fast service & convenience. I asked if it were possible to be ready by lunch time the next day? I was told yes, but had to pay 20% extra. I picked up the dresses at 5:00 p.m. They do not do referral discounts either. Was happy with the dresses and they looked really nice. These were toddler dresses for picture day. The sleeves were ruffled and still a lil wrinkly, but I am still satisfied. They both had decorations and sparkly designs on them; and none were damaged. I did fill out the online questionnaire for pick-up and delivery options and never received a response.

They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. They have detergent, softener sheets, etc for sale as well as a couple of drink & snack food vending machines. The bathrooms are always clean. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.

I had had the dress preserved after my wedding 43 years ago for $200. It came in at $500.
