Even with it being a busy weekend day I was immediately greeted by Tilly. She obviously pegged me as a clueless newbie. I admitted I was clueless how to go about getting a card for the machines, or even what machines to use for that matter. She dropped what she was doing and took the time to walk me through the card acquisition, made suggestions to which washers and dryers would be the best options based on what I'd brought in. She made sure I got them started and kept an eye out again when it was time for me to move to the dryers. She made the entire experience so comfortable and easy there is no doubt that I'll be returning regularly until the construction is finished.

I dropped the dresses off at 11:30am, but was told they wouldn't be ready til 5pm the next day... I was a little disappointed in the turn-around time. I was hoping they would be ready at 11:30 a.m. or even 12pm the next day as I was told 24 hours. ? They advertise fast service & convenience. I asked if it were possible to be ready by lunch time the next day? I was told yes, but had to pay 20% extra. I picked up the dresses at 5:00 p.m. They do not do referral discounts either. Was happy with the dresses and they looked really nice. These were toddler dresses for picture day. The sleeves were ruffled and still a lil wrinkly, but I am still satisfied. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.
