Meeting Yelena truly saved me from a huge headache of having to spend a fortune to alter my wedding dress at the bridal shop I got my dress from. Yelena is extremely professional, experienced, honest, and accommodating. Before working from home, she worked as a seamstress for a well-known bridal shop for about 5 years. This was evident as she was very knowledgeable during the entire process and did an AMAZING job on my dress. I had a big ball gown (horse hair style) which required alterations to the chest area, taking in the bodice, adding a bustle, and hemming it. It required a lot of work and everything was altered really nicely. Any additional requests I had, Yelena was more than happy to accommodate it until I was completely happy with the dress. She ended making my veil as well! Her prices are also VERY reasonable and affordable compared to what other bridal shops try to charge you. With many months in advance for appointments as we where driving up 13 hours she asked us to come at a later time as she had family up. She was rude and lazy and made my dress 10x worse than it ever was. She charged us an a crazy amount for a dress she did not fix properly, she even left a pin inside my one breast cup to puncture out and make me bleed. She should feel ashamed of her self and her work. I am so sad there is people like this out there! when you give them 100 trust for your perfect day and they do a quick job as they have other plans.
