He was back again this week parked at the end of our street and walking through yards asking more neighbors for reference pics. We called to have a few outdoor construction repairs done. We received no response for over two…read moreweeks. A representative finally came and gave us an estimate for the jobs. The work was scheduled for a few weeks later. The original estimate seemed high, but we agreed to the terms. The employee did a good job for the first day. Then we were told to complete the last project would require a change with a small increase in price to use some 4 x 4 instead of some 2 x 4 lumber.The work was completed on the second day by the employee and was satisfactory. The problem is when we received an $800 increase in the final bill. When we questioned why the final bill was increased by such a large amount, the owner did not give a reasonable explanation that we felt was acceptable . We reluctantly paid the final bill under protest.

It's been about 1 year since our Kitchen remodel with Arrow Kitchen. We worked with Steve…read more(designer) and I highly recommend him and Arrow Kitchen. I originally believed I did not need a designer and was pretty skeptical about going with Arrow versus hiring out myself. After calling a few places, Arrow was the only company who took thorough measurements and followed up. The others came for the first walk through and I never heard back from them until I called them dozens of times over a course of weeks. Everyone last year was booked and busy, even Arrow, but they were the only company that remained professional and responsive. I probably could have saved some money going with independent contractors but I'm glad we didn't. The timelines they gave us were very realistic/underpromised and they over delivered. The crews were very professional, timely and thorough. Steve was out to the site often, checking in and any question or concern i had along the way I knew I could just text him and he was always responsive. They have a great selection to meet all price ranges and Steve was very good about helping to make design decisions but also respecting my aesthetic and budget. Months later, we had a minor issue with one of the under cabinet lights and Steve responded right away and to take a look/fix. It's nice to know if I had any issues concerning the work done, I could probably walk into Arrow kitchen and get some help. This was our first kitchen remodel, we did a lot of research before hand, we also did a lot to help save money (demo, plumbing, light electrical) and Arrow was very helpful in the entire process to get the job done. We live in an old house (1890 build) so I had a lot of concerns about unknowns...Steve was really knowledgeable about old houses which helped set up expectations with the process and scope of work. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!

We needed a couple outlets put in, got a whole house power surge protector and a light switch updated. Dan gave us the cost, estimated time it would take to complete it and once approved, he got right to it. Once he was done, he explained everything and made sure we were good with this work. He actually found some issues as he was working, but he explained them and gave us his recommendation. Excellent work for a VERY reasonable price. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service.
