Vinny, Ricardo and the whole of the staff were the best throughout our project. We could not be happier with the final results. My wife and I were never pressured or forced to make any decisions and Vinny was very helpful in bringing up other options and ideas without being pushy. It's been about 1 year since our Kitchen remodel with Arrow Kitchen. We worked with Steve (designer) and I highly recommend him and Arrow Kitchen. I originally believed I did not need a designer and was pretty skeptical about going with Arrow versus hiring out myself. After calling a few places, Arrow was the only company who took thorough measurements and followed up. The others came for the first walk through and I never heard back from them until I called them dozens of times over a course of weeks. Everyone last year was booked and busy, even Arrow, but they were the only company that remained professional and responsive. I probably could have saved some money going with independent contractors but I'm glad we didn't. The timelines they gave us were very realistic/underpromised and they over delivered. The crews were very professional, timely and thorough. Steve was out to the site often, checking in and any question or concern i had along the way I knew I could just text him and he was always responsive. They have a great selection to meet all price ranges and Steve was very good about helping to make design decisions but also respecting my aesthetic and budget. Months later, we had a minor issue with one of the under cabinet lights and Steve responded right away and to take a look/fix. It's nice to know if I had any issues concerning the work done, I could probably walk into Arrow kitchen and get some help. This was our first kitchen remodel, we did a lot of research before hand, we also did a lot to help save money (demo, plumbing, light electrical) and Arrow was very helpful in the entire process to get the job done. We live in an old house (1890 build) so I had a lot of concerns about unknowns...Steve was really knowledgeable about old houses which helped set up expectations with the process and scope of work. The tale of a bathroom remodel that went horribly wrong: It took 2 remodels to get the job done and it is still not right! Poor attitude & Shoddy workmanship describe Arrow Kitchens & Bath. Their attitude was that most companies would not fix the issue so we should be grateful that they were. The first remodel was a total bathroom gut job. One week after it was done, the toilet overflowed (flange issue) and they left us with the mess to clean up (re-patch the ceiling). Luckily we were home so no water damage to the hardwood floors. Mold started to grow in the shower, the floor tiles started peeling, and the tub was not stable (kept shifting) so they agreed to redo the job again. They removed some of the tile from the shower and floor and removed/reinstalled a new tub. At the end of the second remodel, the shower door was not installed properly and when I pointed it out, Ken told me it was to industry standard. The pocket door was misaligned as well and they could not fix it. They left the job with a bathroom door and shower door that were not installed properly. The workmanship was shoddy ---my husband had to recaulk the toilet and tub as they were not finished properly. Their tools scratched the toilet lid and left marks. They only post positive reviews on their facebook page so don't be fooled by their hype. I stand by every word of this nightmare. Cate Coogan read more

We are in the process of building a new home and decided to stop into Arrow kitchen and Bath. When we were greeted we explained that we were building a home and seeking inspiration. While we realized it was 430pm and they close at 5pm we didn't expect to be completely ignored aside from that initial greeting. There was absolutely no interest in making us customers. After we were ignored and never acknowledged again during the approximately 15 minutes we were in the showroom we left. Having just renovated our kitchen last year we weren't impressed by the quality of cabinets or the granite options. While talking about our experience and plotting our next stop we sat in the parking lot and observed the man working there exit the showroom and lockup at 4:52 pm. Their posted hours state they are open until 5pm. I am glad we stopped in because now we can cross them off our list. read more
