Planning the project with David proceeded smoothly -he clearly specified the work necessary. I was highly impressed that when I asked about additional work, that David indicated my request was beyond the scope of the work his company specializes in. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity. Our project proceeded within the timeframe that was promised. David's crew were polite and worked in a manner that would be least disruptive to those in house. After completing the job, the crew power washed the walkway and the driveway before they departed -on their own accord. Photos of the restored roof were sent to me and the work looks FANTASTIC! RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was recommended to me by my next-door neighbor who had them do his roof. My neighbor told me that about a year after his roof was done, he thought there might be a new leak and RoofTek was at his house within hours. After their inspection, RoofTek identified the problem and corrected it -NO COST as part of the 5-year warranty their product comes with. My experience with RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was first rate! David and his crew make the process as painless as it gets. BTW, the cost of the work were reasonable and there were no 'hidden' adjustments to the original agreed upon estimate -what more could I ask for!

Communication throughout the process was great. They used their 5 step lifedeck coating as well as a bonderized steel railing around my deck walls. The work began within the week and they even rushed a bit to finish before the rain. I appreciate that Robert and his team went above and beyond to do so. Happy with the result and would gladly recommend their work

During the last bad rain, a leak I had before I closed on my new house came back with a vengeance! Supposedly it was repaired prior to closing, but clearly this was not the case. As the rain poured into my office through the ceiling and windows and through to the lower level kitchen and dining area, I was freaking out! Javier came right over, covered the entire affected section with plastic until his team could repair. Thankfully we didn't have further rain but if we did, the house was protected.
