Joe is a great guy and does great work. Since he is a one man show it takes longer but his price was great and his work was great.
Don't always let the amount of reviews on someone's business influence your decisions on who to go with for your next project. Deciding to go with Joseph at United Epoxy was definitely the best decision I've made as a new home owner needing my garage floor epoxied. There were plenty of other epoxy companies out there, but as someone who values working one on one with people I wanted someone who I could trust and rely on to understand me as a customer. Joseph treated my garage as if it were his own, and took pride in his work. I gave him the time and space to do his thing, and even if I wasn't around, he made sure to keep the utmost quality. Joseph has been in this business for a long time and has a multitude of experience in this field. If you are looking for someone that will work with you to make sure you get what you are looking for, look no further.
Excellent communication and the finished job was excellent. That said, the owner never once arrived on time and was required to return a 3rd day to finish up. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again. The quality and value are well worth it. The owner suggested an epoxy for the stairs and what a difference it made. He also took extra time create a clean edge. This guy is true craftsman.
Working with Joe and his team was awesome. My wife and I requested a specialty coating and from day one, Joe was very honest and let us know that because each coating is different, he would try to mimic what we were after but couldn't promise it to be a carbon copy. He did, however, tell us that if it didn't come out the way we envisioned he, he would remove and re-coat the floor one time to try again. Luckily, Joe made our vision come to life and the second coating was unnecessary. Joe also was priced much more fairly than other specialty epoxy coating installers. He was well below the $10 per square foot average and stated it was because he does everything he can to make each coating perfect, the drying process can sometimes create unwanted bubbling, debris, and other imperfections, and though I knew this, I appreciated Joe for being upfront and letting a customer know that he strives for perfection, but environmental conditions can sometimes impact an otherwise perfect coat. I asked lots of technical questions about product to try to find the best balance of what we were looking for, and Joe and team were very good at letting us know the differences between products, as well as making appreciated suggestions. The process did take a bit longer than we would have liked, but specialty epoxy takes a bit longer than standard epoxy/flake systems so we understood. We also had some lapses in communication with Joe in the planning phases as mentioned by others, but after seeing him on the jobsite, we understood that it was simply because he is fully invested in getting the job at hand done before taking on other work. He does the majority of the work and all of the booking, so understand that it may take a little longer to get a response but the end result is extremely worth it! We would highly recommend Joe to anyone, and we appreciate his thoroughness, knowledge, and overall amazing final product. We would definitely have him do another garage for us in the future!

He grinder our concrete, fixed all our cracks then did side walls and ended right at our garage door. It'll look weird if you go outside door. These details are very important because once this material hardens there's no going back. He also was very open to all of our questions & concerns offering to return if we had an issue because there is a warranty on materials. Joseph & his team came to the rescue, & worked so hard & the outcome is amazing! They're were transparent from the start & kept us updated on the timing of everything. Great communication. We selected Titanium brindle - we love how clean it looks!
If you are looking for high quality Epoxy floors for a reasonable price, call Joe. If you are looking for a one day job this is not your guy. Joe takes pride on doing his best as if it was his own home. We were so impressed with the quality and workmanship and the time he takes to do it right. Our floors are better than we expected with custom colors. We highly recommend United Epoxy Flooring and I will be calling Joe back for my countertops.

Joe, Jason and Leo went above and beyond fixing a super rough textured and painted red concrete floor. Their efforts have truly transformed the space better than I could have imagined. They did a multi-white-color palette with pearl metallic white to finish it off.
If anyone is interested in getting their garage floors done, I would highly recommend United Epoxy Floors. They just finished my garage floors and I'm totally pleased with their work. Joseph did an excellent job working on my garage epoxy project. As a car enthusiast, it's a must for your garage! Epoxy is always the first thing I do when I move to a new place. Last time I did a lighter flake, this time I chose Graphite for something darker. The price, service, warranty from United Epoxy was competitive. It took 2 days to complete, and another 24hrs to dry. Working with Joe and his team was awesome. Joe and his crew did an excellent job on my friends garage floor. He was on time and got the floor done at the time he said he would. There was no mess like dust or flakes. The cracks on the floor and paint drippings from us painting the garage were filled and cleaned up thanks to his team. Joey did a really great job on my garage. I wasn't able to move all my stuff from my garage so I had to move all my stuff to 1 side of my garage. So Joey did one side first and then gave it about almost a week and he came back and did the other side. He charged a little extra for this since he had to use more equipment, but it was very reasonable. I am very happy with out my garage turned out. My garage looks great and I love it. Anytime my garage gets dirty, I just water it down and wipe it away and it's really easy to clean. I wish I knew about United Epoxy Floors before I moved in and got my garage done from the start. We were in the process of renovating our home and needed our kitchen counters to be updated badly. I did some research and discovered metallic epoxy was an upcoming trend for kitchen counters. I did more research and when I was on instagram I received an ad for United Epoxy (thanks FBI guy)!!! I'm glad about the suggestion because Joe and Jason renewed my kitchen!
