You order and can sit at one of the tables inside or outside. The owner, Roberto, was so nice. He gave us a couple samples to try. The ceviche was really delicious. We also had a barbacoa plate and a fish taco plate. They make a variety of hot sauces, all from scratch and very fresh. Everything we had was delicious. They have another restaurant in Woodfin that we have yet to try. I am just glad we found this authentic Mexican place!

The menu is simpler - a limited palette. We had the fish tacos, several little tacos autenticos, and fresh guacamole. Perfect. Everything delicious and quickly served. Roberto and his helper were quiet, funny, and gracious. It's December. The sitting room is heated by wood stove - very nicely. The sauces were homemade and fresh. We went home with eight tamales to serve story with wine and appetizers before Christmas dinner. Weaverville is lucky. Do you like the cooking of Gladys or Roberto? Everything on the taco perfectly compliments each other. I'm a sucker for goat cheese so it was an easy choice when reading the menu. The homemade quinoa tortillas are on fire! Do not skip the Tres Amigos! The hush puppies have a great corn flavor. Soft and moist on the inside with a perfect crunch on the outside. The sauces aren't overly spicy and were phenomenal on both dishes. The little flowers on the tacos are such a cute touch. I split both dishes with my girlfriend and it was a great portion for a late lunch.

I got it with fajita veggies inside instead of beans. And it was delicious. Better than a lot of local Mexican restaurants. 10/10. Had my order ready in 5 mins or less. If they aren't back in the neighborhood I will definitely track where they go next! Also came with chips, salsa and bean dip and I got a side of queso.

This food truck has a MASSIVE menu with lots of options! I got the poblano burrito with carnitas. It was AMAZING with tasty meat and roasted veggies. Another thing to note is meals here are MUCH cheaper than other food trucks in the area. You usually have to spend AT LEAST $15 for a meal at a food truck. The next time this food truck comes to my apartment complex. I am definitely returning!
