I'm part Greek, and they remind me of Spanikopita, only with mozzarella vs feta cheese. The owner's such a delightful person, I'm going to ask her one day to make me a dozen with spinach & feta--I'd bet they'd even freeze well. I wish I could remember all the names of things I've tried here, but all I CAN say is I've liked everything I've eaten here. The place is always spotless, as is their kitchen I'd bet.
