This Taco Bell has been great. I haven't had any problems with it lately. Service has been better and way more accurate.

There was a staple in one of the items we ordered. We tried to contact the store, corporate or anyone we could get ahold of to make it known and we never got a response. That could have easily been a child and seriously hurt them. The fact that this location nor corporate cared enough to even get in touch, is absolutely shocking. read more

Our kids did not get there food prior to the adult table which ordered after them. Kids orders where forgotten and never brought out. The manager was called and she stated she would arrive at the restaurant in five minutes. The staff stated that she was off for the evening and would not return until the next business day. She arrived at our table and apologized. She was also confused and her staff keep bringing the missing food as we were paying checks to leave. I would have taught that she would have offered as discount for the poor service and missing food however she choose to not take the high road and charge the table full price for their meals. Which was cold, late and the missing items. Also the Cuban Rueben was not authentic as it had chopped barbecue. I would not recommend. Another thing she stated that the restaurant was crowded. This Taco Bell location deserves a good review. Orders come out pretty fast and I haven't had issues getting wrong Food. It's always hot and fresh. But sometimes online service doesn't work but that's not their fault. read more

It's a Taco Bell, so typically people only post when the food is bad. However, when it comes to the overall Taco Bell food experience there is one indicator and it is the basic bean burrito. At most 5 ingredients, but if you think about it those 5 ingredients are used in almost everything they serve..... so if the basic bean burrito is sub-par almost everything you order will also be sub-par. The Lenoir Taco Bell is terrible. Orders are only correct about 10% of the time. Geez I might as well roll up to the order screen and say "gimmie whatever you feel like making and toss it in a bag". Let me start by saying their breakfast + breakfast team are great. Fast service, good quality. HOWEVER the evening shift is horrid. The tacos rarely have anything besides meat and it nearly ALWAYS has HAIR in it. The employees on the evening shift have the worst attitudes and are constantly leaving things out of the order. read more

I ordered two $5 boxes and only got one of my 5 layer burritos. I also ordered extra nacho cheese on my burrito and it doesn't have any. The Fiesta potatoes have a very small dab of nacho cheese & I paid for extra on them as well. The guy at the register had a very careless attitude and forgot our drinks. I always loved taco bell but everytime I've ordered from there for the last few months my order is incorrect or missing something. Taco Bell - Very small amount of cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Lenoir, North Carolina

Went there last night with my boyfriend and we waited in the drive thru for 54 minutes. 25 minutes alone was sitting at the window waiting for our food. we paid for our food and then the worker was just chatting and chatting with my boyfriend as well as other co workers. when we had been there for 20 minutes he realized we had never gotten our food and then figured out the cooks had never made the food. in the time we were at the window, we heard the manager state that she was going to close the place at 10pm because she was tired of it. we got our food and thankfully everything was right, but by that point we didn't care. worst service ever! read more

First, a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, for the most part. Although pricey, I occasionally go there. But recently it seems Taco Bell Corporate decided to overhaul the sauces, and to me, THEY'RE SO BAD, I DOUBT I'LL EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. No kidding, the new sauce(s) are absolutely foul. First, we are in our 60s and love TB! But this one.....stay away! Eat some place else. Each double taco had 1Tbs of meat. The same with Frito burrito and the TBS of meat was cool! Litterally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only did they ruin my order, my night and not answer repetitive phone calls by different numbers! They had disrespectful kitchen staff who wore earbuds and stared at my car as they took their time cooking the backed up drive-thru's orders. Not only did they take long which would be fine if if they got the orders correctly. They failed to listen to my instructions (even though it was printed on the receipt) and as a result they caused a allergic reaction, due to the lack of removal of the Pico de gallo. Once I received the order (even if I had a not received the tomatoes hidden in my food), the order was still cold, and did not contain the adequate portion of meat that any other Taco Bell would have done. If you want tacos take my advice. Go to the local taco truck or one of the other Hispanic establishments in lenoir. This store doesn't deserve your money, as they are a waste of time. read more
