The sliders, fries, and cookies from this family-run food truck are mouth-watering good!…read more You can go with the traditional slider--or you can discover some truly unique flavors in the Yosef (teriyaki sauce and pineapple on a slider), the Char-COO-terie (red-pepper jelly, goat cheese, and sweet-and-spicy pickles on a slider), or the Skinny Cow (black-bean burger with guac and cowlick sauce). Know that when you order your two smash-burger sliders as part of your moo basket, you have the option of trying two different kinds of sliders. You can also mix and match toppings. My personal fave is the bean burger with the char-COO-terie toppings. So delicious! Maple Moostard is a delicious sauce for dipping your fries! And the large cookies, called chews, are the perfect dessert . . . so moist!

taqueria rating for a californian-…read more this taqueria is amazing! It's Honduran in region, and the al pastor at least seemed to reflect that - it was amazing. They sell huaraches which I did not get but you never see at a taqueria, and they looked amazing. A the guy warned me about their hot sauce, which is an oil and ground chili sauce. Apparently people have complained it was too hot, but i managed to convince him to give me 2. If you like spicy food, make sure you get 2 of the sauce cups!! He said i wouldn't use even one of the cups on the whole thing but ended up using both with burrito to spare, but it was the perfect amount. AMAZING SAUCE. Five stars all around, this spot rules and i'm a picky mf'er when it comes to a taqueria. SO BOMB

I ordered the pulled pork platter with fries, mac & cheese, and hushpuppies. The pulled pork was tasty.. not life-changing, but definitely solid. The mac & cheese was mid but generously cheesy, and the fries were exactly what you'd expect: simple and edible. The hushpuppies were the standout for me - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and easily the best part of the meal. Overall, it was a good lunch break from the usual chain drive-thrus. Is it the best BBQ in the state? Probably not for me, but if you're in the area, it's absolutely worth the stop.
