If you need a PPT look no further, this is the place to be!…read more After having an awful experience at The Shootist gun shop today 11-02-20 which they clearly do not like to do PPT's and we left empty handed (see my review for them soon) Thankfully we found All Valley Tactical in a nice down town shopping area. Immediately we were greeted by Milo who was very welcoming, friendly and gave us fantastic service. Milo did our PPT in a breeze. Although Milo's shop was smaller he had quality firearms, ammo, Glock bags, and other gear. This shop also had the same North American Rescue compact medic kit that the shootist carried and I happily bought it here instead. I appreciate that Milo doesn't discriminate against those who can't wear masks. When I got home Milo messaged me back from a prior question I had on yelp to him and he apologized that he got busy and couldn't reply sooner. No apology needed Milo because you took great care of us and other customers in there with better/faster/kinder service than Turners or Shootist!

They both have great knowledge and were a big help to this first-time gun buyer/owner. They let me handle a gun I was interested in, which is a cousin of the gun I ended up buying. Changing my order mid-process was painless. Bill as an ex-Marine has so much experience and a great rapport with his customers. I even got to see some of the unique challenge coins he has, something I'd never seen before in person. I learned a lot just by asking questions, and he recommended a great local outdoor range which I will very likely join. This alone will save me some money. I plan to order anything I can through their website to help our local store owner, especially ammo and some accessories and extra mags. Although things can get a little busy when it's just one person working the shop and more than one customer, it's Shangri La compared to the madness of COVID when I was looking to buy a lower for an AR-15. Imagine twenty people in line before store opening (Los Angeles) or standing room only in other shops. I learned never to go to gun shops in a rush. Plus, I always have questions and value the knowledge I get from shop owners and even other customers. Contrast this with Turner's in Temecula and wow, I had to wait at least 30 minutes just to find out I couldn't buy ammo until I'd been through the 10-day wait period and background check. One gets much more personalized service with Brass and Bass. Bill even field-stripped my new gun to show me how it's done. The service just doesn't get much better. From the start of the whole experience the person who actually gave me the time of day and common courtesy unlike other establishments was Allie she was considerate and well informed about the specific gun I was inquiring about and even went out of her way to contact their distributor to get her hands on one. As soon as she got her hands on one she gave me a call and said I had first dibs basically and that I had a few days to reserve it before she called anyone else on the wait list which is more then anyone could ask for. Same day she called I went in to reserve the gun for purchase. Upon meeting her in person as well as Max it was a very pleasant and welcoming introduction/environment store is well kept gun displays are super clean and everything really uniform and presentable. As soon as I started to talk she knew who I was and went to grab the firearm. Her and Max were letting me get a feel for the gun(the break, slide release etc)then I started to ask about other guns and they immediately pointed me in the direction of other guns and one I might like better upon my request of their recommendation. This was my first gun purchase and wanted to make the right decision and with their knowledge and reasoning as to why I should choose this particular gun I was sold. Only thing keeping me from making a quicker decision was just the fact I really liked the look of my first choice but with enough time and comparison of both of them in my hands and testing out different things I ended up changing my mind to the 2nd choice. They immediately grabbed me a brand new one opened it for me and let me be the first to handle it which for me was just the icing on the cake for my first time Experience. Being there in that environment with such friendly people with the conversation and tips and recommendations I couldn't Recommend this shop more to anyone. I will 100% be back and tell anyone I know who is ready for a firearm purchase to come here because they deserve the business because they go out of their way to earn it.
