We had another company's plumber snake the bathtub, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. Oakland Rooter and Plumbing was immediately able to get someone out to the property within just a few hours. Eddie came out, assessed the issue, and recommended snaking the bathtub again. Within an hour, he was able to clear a hairball from the pipe and get the bathtub draining properly again! We were initially worried that there might be a broken pipe, so we were very relieved that Eddie was able to resolve the issue so quickly. Huge thank you to Eddie and Oakland Rooter and Plumbing! I really appreciated the clear communication, quick response, availability on such short notice, and professionalism. We will definitely be reaching out again for future plumbing services!

He took the time to figure out what was actually going on and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were back on Tuesday to complete the repair, which involved replacing a significant section of our existing 2" drain line with new 3" ABS, correcting the slope, and adding a new cleanout. The whole process was incredibly quick and easy. Abraham was extremely nice, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The work was completed efficiently and there was none of the hassle you sometimes expect with a bigger plumbing repair. I was especially impressed by how quickly they responded on a Sunday and then got us scheduled to have the actual repair completed just two days later. Everything has been working great since. AB's Plumbing Services will definitely be the first plumber I call in the future. Highly recommend!

I called AB's Plumbing Services at around 10 PM, and Abraham responded within 10 minutes. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. Abraham came out first thing the next morning to assess the situation. He quickly determined what was needed and immediately sourced the correct water heater size and unit for my home. The following morning, his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. Not only did they replace the water heater, but they also updated all the fittings to bring everything up to code. The quality of their work was excellent, and they left the area clean when they were finished. What really stood out was Abraham's customer service. He provided a fair price, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the job. Prompt, professional, and genuinely caring service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend AB's Plumbing Services and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

The first time was a pipe under the sink that busted and it flooded the kitchen and it was going into the living room. He helped to repair the broken pipe. The second time was a few weeks ago when a part connected to our water heater blew up. It was spraying water everywhere and again part of the downstairs flooded. Not only did he respond to my message that I left quickly! And I also left a text just to be sure. He called back and walked me through some safety protocols to make sure everything was turned off like the gas. Then came by the next day! He is very honest and does not try to upsell. He could've easily sold me a whole new water heater installation because it's been in the home already now for 18 years!, but he decided that we could just try changing the one part that had rusted and began spewing water everywhere. It was crazy. I was in so much distress, but was so encouraged by his honest helpfulness. It ended up being cheaper than I had anticipated. Because I had checked in with Costco and Home Depot for a full replacement. But if I would've went that route, I would've spent thousands of dollars. It feels so good to know that there's an honest skilled plumber in our community you're not only does excellent work but cares about people.
