Troy was very responsive and was able to come out on a Sunday to work on my rims. I had one rim that had some really bad curb rash almost all around as well as a a chip into the rim, and 2 others with minor scuffs. I asked Troy to fix 3 of my rims in total. Took about to an hour to work on all 3 and the results were great. It's hard to get the exact finish of BMW rims, but Troy made it look as close as possible after fixing all the damage. I even had some leftover black plasti dip on my rims (from the previous owner) that was stubborn to take off, but Troy went out of this way to help remove a lot of it. Very professional. He kept in good contact with me, answering all questions I had to ask. I recently got some road rash on one of my wheels and I started researching local wheel/repair businesses to repair the damaged wheel and do some minor repairs on my other wheels while I was at it. I found Cal Auto Tech on Yelp and discovered that they were mobile and they were local, so I gave them a call. I damaged my wheel on a Friday afternoon, and when I called the Business, I spoke with the owner, Troy (he picked up the call right away). He looked at photos of my damage I sent via text and gave me a very reasonable quote (especially for mobile work). I had been used to taking my cars into a shop before and that takes a lot of extra work and time, so being a mobile service was a huge plus. Troy then let me know he'd be available on a the upcoming Sunday afternoon if I wanted to have the work done then. I agreed as I was eager to get the repair. Troy texted me on Sunday and we set the time and he showed up as promised. He inspected each wheel then finalized the quote for the work - which was the same price he quoted over the phone. He then performed the work right outside my home in about 30 minutes! The work looks flawless! I know my car inside and out, and I couldn't tell where the original wheel damage to each wheel was. They look like brand new wheels! I paid Troy for his work via Venmo and I went on with my day. I couldn't be happier. I received a quote quickly and for a fair price.
