The buttercream was slickly, smooth, creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. The cake was moist with a beautiful crumb - outstanding. I choose the Mexican vanilla cake with buttercream and filled with a fresh strawberry compote (which I got extra of to drizzle on the pieces, so glad I did) for the bottom cake and a chocolate cake with Nutella and hazelnut buttercream.
