The coconut cake definitely wins for most interesting and was a huge fan favorite. Beyond the flavor, the cake was beautiful!! Paris arranged flowers on the cake and made our vision come to life. Paris was wonderful to work with from start to finish. From day 1, we could tell Paris was an artist and a baker -- she sketched out cakes based on our description to help us better see what it might look like and sent us home with a big tasting box to help us pick flavors. I was greeted with two beautiful china settings, coffee, water and several cake and filling options. It was so hard to narrow down the choices, but Anita is great to work with. She has wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to see our final product!
