A woman came in from another part of the business and mixed up some pumpkin puree with spices to make the shake. This process took well over 10 minutes. There was another employee standing behind a counter selling something with lots of those flavor pump syrups. No one was buying anything there, but she was just standing there instead of helping out with the extremely slow service. This was a Friday during the day and the only customers appeared to be homeschool families. There were people in the shop, but it wasn't busy. On top of that, it's a farm atmosphere and dogs are not welcome, even outside. Lots of potential, but needs work!
