Elen responded promptly, which I really appreciated. She was professional, direct, and answered all my questions without hesitation. The cake was beautifully packaged and the design was exactly what I asked for. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into the presentation. Taste-wise, it was fantastic. I chose to add a filling (which I highly recommend), but even without it, the cake would still be delicious. The frosting was perfect not overly sweet, just the right balance. I had the pleasure of meeting Sa'id who is part of the family owned business and such a nice young gentleman! He welcomed me in and shared with me what makes their bakery a cut above the rest. For starters they are not a French bakery. It is an eastern European style bakery which most likely means that the baked goods are heartier, dense and more substantial in texture I would say. Their croissant was more dense than a typical french croissant which is light, airy and flakey. Sa'id offered for me to try a small sliver of their napoleon soft cake and it was amazing! I bought a regular cinnamon bun and the pistachio tiramisu. I really appreciated that the cinnamon bun wasn't overly sweet. I heated it in the microwave for about 8 seconds and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. The pistachio tiramisu was also very very good! A beautiful blend of coffee flavor with hints of pistachio flavor. In fact, it was OUTSTANDING! Best tiramisu my husband and I have ever tasted! Everything is carefully handmade with lots of care and love. There were some beautiful cakes in the display. They take special orders for any occasion. They also have specialty drinks and savory pastries to select from. The shop is small with a couple tables inside and some outdoor tables with chairs. Also open 7 days a week! Love this place! I got them to do my sons's Mario Bros theme birthday party and they went above and beyond! From the custom cake to the entire dessert table. I came with the idea of what we wanted and they gave me more than I could imagine. They did chocolate remotes & mustaches, characters decorated cookies, cake bombs even something called tierritas to emulate the piranha plants of the game which people had to ask me if they were edible cause of how real they looked. The kids love it as well as the parents :) Everything was spot on, affordable, beautiful and simply delicious. I can't compliment enough the whole Cake Bash Studio team for their awesome work and service.I would for sure hire them again and will recommend them without thinking twice. This review was due aloooonngggg time ago, after years but I mean years of looking for a forever cake place I am happy I found them. They respond quickly, are kind, & honest! Which is the most important to me and besides that their cakes look and taste great. I been ordering from them since 2017. There store is a bit sneaky to find but once I knew where it was I was set. They even offer classes which is great. My favorite cake by far has to be my sisters Zelda themed cake ( its a video game), I don't know how to upload pictures yet on yelp, lol. Anyways thank you ladies & for allowing me to email you last minute sometimes. Oh and to anyone writing a negative comment, I have found they speak based on emotion, so give them a try. read more

It was my birthday a few days ago, and my sister overseas had organized a delivery of one of their signature birthday cakes that serves 10-14 people. I work at Trader Joe's, so I wanted to bring the cake into work to share with my fellow coworkers. As I began to approach the entrance of the store with the big box of cake, there was yellow tape everywhere and emergency responders swarming the area. My friends and coworkers were gathered at the door when I walked through them carrying the cake. 15 minutes before my arrival, there had been a fatal car accident directly in front of the store that involved several additional victims. My friends and coworkers were immediately and desperately assisting the victims before emergency services arrived. We all left within 30 minutes, and I was forced to dispose of the cake. I called Sweet E's two days later to explain the situation with a complete understanding of the fact that there was likely no way of being able to have another cake delivered.
