Let's start with a positive. My server was great. She was polite, respectful, and prompt…read more Constantly made sure our drinks were topped off. The restaurant looked great. You can tell by the staff dress code and how the table placement they are going for an upscale vibe. The only problem with that is, on top of the nice white cotton tablecloth is a piece of white paper. Let's get to the bad. Spinach and artichoke dip. 1/10. Spinach tasted as if it came from a can. I could've gotten a better one from Sams or Costco. We ate the chips and the melted cheese on top and that was it. Macaroni and cheese. 6/10. It was good but not great. Stuffed mushrooms. 3/10. They are stuffed, battered, deep fried, and then covered in butter. Problem is that the menu says baked so we were not expecting them to be covered in fish fry. Also the fish fry was the only part of it that was seasoned. Also for the price you only got 3. For the same price you get 5 at Longhorn and 6 at Carrabba's. Fries: 0/10. They were not fully cooked. I don't mean: "I like mine crispy and those were soft" under cooked. I mean if they require 7 minutes in the fryer they were down for like 3-4 minutes tops. Side salad: 6/10. Basic side salad. Penne pasta w/ Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken: 3/10. The chicken was flavorful and had some char on it which I liked. The problem is, that was the only thing that was hot. When I moved my dish it felt cold. The pasta and sauce were barely warm. Did I bring any of this to the attention of the staff? No. When you screw up this many things to that level, you're probably not going to be able to correct it. Hopefully I can find another nice restaurant around. Looks like I may have to go to Slidell. My bill was a few cents short of $90. For that quality at that price I'm not going back even for a free meal.

So we popped in last night about 7 and we were slightly underdressed but the staff didn't seem to mind. We ordered some drinks and they were quick to the table. We pondered over the menu but there was a chef's special with a soup, entree, and dessert. We both went with the seafood gumbo, the beef tenderloin, and small dessert (something à la mode). Everything including the side salad we ordered extra was delicious. Really great atmosphere, service, and food. I would absolutely recommend.

Lamb was ordered rare but with the sizzling plate it all turned out medium to medium well which to me ruins lamb. The sides were just ok. Plain mash potatoes with no green on top as garnish barely even taste garlic. Let down by the Brussels sprouts too. Salads were awesome and blue cheese was delicious. Like 527 and Covington location better. But will pass on this one for the price. Drinks were good

Would give 0 stars if I could. The most disgusting place I've ever eaten. Do not eat here. The…read moresushi is disgusting, low quality meat. The rice is not cooked correctly. Everything tastes "off" or "old." Even their cooked food tastes overcooked like they are hiding something. For context, I order 3 rolls (none of them rolled well) 2 misos, and a hibachi steak and shrimp. The miso was ok, but it usually already comes in a package (points for being warm and having seaweed and tofu.) Steak and Shrimp hibachi- didnt ask for temp for steak when I ordered, totally forgot myself and thats my bad. But it was so tough and dry that I felt they were trying to slip me old meat. The shrimp was fine(?) I guess. As in I suppose it was edible, I ate it cause I was so hungry. The vegetables were undercooked by 10 minutes. No place where they serve hibachi should be having me recook their vegetables. Would not be surprised if their freezer was broken. Should be shut down.
