I had the shrimp and Boudin Balls. Food was amazing. Owner was also very friendly. I'd highly recommend this place for authentic Cajun food.

Great food, had the chicken Po Boy. Their house sauce is the perfect level of spice. Very friendly experience as well.

Great service and food! REAL Cajun! The menu is limited unless you preorder which I highly recommend doing.

We started with a delicious Tupelo Margarita and a dark lager beer, from their good selection of tap beers. For our dinner, my wife ordered the Tupelo Shrimp & Grits (see picture) and I opted for the Smothered Chicken with cream corn and green beans (see picture) for sides. As we've come to expect from our visits to Tupelo Honey, both main dishes as well as the sides were delicious - chicken was crispy and juicy and both the Shrimp & Grits and cream corn were buttery and creamy. As far as the remaining experience, significantly disappointing. I have never had such bland food in my life. I got the Chicken & Waffles, cooked perfectly, however the flavor profile was similar to that of loose leaf paper. I was so hungry coming from my flight that I ate it but it took likely enough salt and butter to raise my blood pressure for there to be a smidge of taste in my meal. It's a pretty restaurant to go grab drinks and maybe an appetizer but not much else. Overall 3/10.

You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The food came out super hot and fresh, and you absolutely can't go wrong with the catfish, spaghetti, and potato salad -- everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted homemade. Sitting there enjoying good food while watching a little Family Feud on the TV made the whole place feel comfortable and welcoming, like you're right at home. It's hard to find places these days with both amazing food and genuine customer service, but Good Eatin's definitely delivers on both. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by if you want great food and a family atmosphere!

Chicken and catfish came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. That first bite hits--seasoning on point, crunch where it needs to be, and not greasy. Definitely the stars of the plate. Mac and cheese was smooth, creamy, and cheesy. Solid, but if you're used to that baked, crust-on-top style, it's missing that extra layer. Cornbread did the job, but a little on the dry side. Could use more moisture to really balance everything out. Overall: good food, good portions, and solid flavors. Not perfect, but definitely a spot worth running back for--especially if you're craving fried chicken or catfish done right. Service was quick and easy.

It's dark enough where it's cozy but lit up at the tables really well. The servers have always been so amazing with our groups we've gone with including when we haul the kiddos! Salad bar is a must and I have to encourage getting as much Oreo fluff as your plate will hold ha! The steak de Burgo, Bonnie, or Bugsy are all solid choices (any of their steaks are an amazing pick) don't forget to order the garlic mashed on the side, the loaf of bread they bring to the table is always a nice touch as well. Although they have an extensive bar, we all drank water. We ordered the prime rib special, the 14 ounce New York strip, and the 16 ounce ribeye. One thing you definitely notice while you're being seated is the salad bar, and the salad bar was included with all of our meals. My wife's son and I both got in 2 trips to the salad bar before our steaks arrived. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Everyone ordered their food medium rare and everyone got what they wanted. The food looked so good when it came out we forgot to get photos of them all. However, we remembered in time to get a photo of the 16 ounce ribeye. The only downside to the experience was that we were seated in a booth near the kitchen. Every so often, it sounded like something was slammed into the wall from the other side. It was loud enough to startle my wife a couple of times. We were all happily full and also got to take food home. We will definitely be back.
