My wife had the Shrimp Po' Boy, and loved it just as much as I did mine. I also had a Cajun Belle Kolache. A kolache is a sweet bread that gets wrapped around a wide range of fillings. In this case it was boudin and cheese. The mild sweetness of the bread worked perfectly with the bit of spice from the boudin. I want to try several of their breakfast kolaches. They are just doing drive through at the moment, but it is well worth taking a couple of sandwiches home. We will go again soon.
