Before I go to the store I go on PetSmart's website to see if the store has the items I need. If they do, I can reserve them in advance or just go there to buy them. I then show up to make the purchase. They always have a ton of staff on hand and the store is rarely busy at night on weekdays. I leave with needed items. What more do you need?
