I would like to say that we had a great experience like everyone else however, we did not. We are…read morerecent transplants from Chicago and needed to find a groomer in the area. After reading all the amazing reviews I thought to myself, we found the place and my dog Dre is going to look nice and dapper for the arrival of his sister in a few weeks. My wife had booked a cut and bath but when she arrived she was told that Dre was only booked for a bath and the groomer reluctantly agreed to the cut. She requested to shave him down extremely short to which the groomer protested and said she would shave him as short as she could. He came running up to me as soon as he got home, he smelled great, looked nice and clean but his hair was not shaved down very much. I immediately asked my wife why they hadn't shaved him down to which she informed me that this was the "shave". Given the circumstances surrounding this event I can only conclude that the groomer didn't want to shave him down further because whoever had put the appointment down hadn't blocked out a sufficient amount of time for the services we requested. I essentially have paid for a cut and bath for a dog who still needs a cut. I am left very disappointed. I trusted them with a member of my family to which they only decided to partially take care of. Update: Before the end of the night my wife was contacted by the owner who was very apologetic and wanted to rectify the situation. My wife took our pup back this morning and everything is great. Mistakes are inevitable, but what defines the character of a company is how things are taken care of afterwards. LOPCI did a great job fixing everything.

We have put her through many courses and take her to daycare multiple times a week. We would never in a million years take her anywhere else! I've learned so much from them, and so has my little (not anymore) girl! These people know what they're doing, and you can 100% trust them with your loved ones!

We've had our dog here on at least three occasions while on vacation. He has gotten kennel cough every time even though he's vaccinated. The second time we opted to have him shampooed before we picked him up since it was a new service they were offering at the time. He was not clean but had a strong doggy deodorant sprayed on him. We decided we wouldn't pay for that again. Also, from this visit, a trip to the vet was necessary as he was not getting better from the Kennel Cough and had to be on antibiotics. This last time was enough for me to bring me to the point of this review. We went to the counter to pick up our dog. After trying to upsell us on a higher price package for our next booked stay, the man behind the desk told us that "he (our dog) has gotten himself into some mud" and that he needed to hose him off so he may be a little wet. Ok, fine. We thought this was strange because he was in an indoor kennel, and if taken out to go to the bathroom, he should have been accompanied. But we anxiously waited to see our pup. He came out and seemed ok but was ready to get out of there. We were not prepared for the odor that emanated from him when we got into the car. It smelled like he had rolled in dog poop and urine for the several days he was there. We rolled down the windows and it was so bad my stomach turned. It took us three baths to get that smell off!! So my question here is, was he taken out to use the bathroom or left to do his business in the crate?! We paid for four potty breaks. Then later that afternoon, he pooped and there was blood in his stool! Ok maybe from stress, so we didn't worry too much. Then later that night from 2:30 - 9:30 AM, our poor pup vomited more times than I can count! He was so dehydrated that he was shaking with every inhale he took. Needless to say, we canceled the upcoming dates we had booked in advance with Besa. I'm sick to my stomach that we paid $300 to have our dog not well taken care of and come home sick. And there you have it...An honest review. If anything, I hope that the owners read this and take heed of what these pup parents have to deal with when they come home and begin to clean up their act.

We dropped Angus off with Joe, who was quick to put our minds at ease. He showed us where Angus would be staying for the two weeks and explained everything about the training. We knew we left Angus in good hands. We received daily updates (photos and videos) via text which we loved. We were amazed how quickly he was learning his new commands and how well behaved he was (proud parents lol) Angus was a different dog when we picked him up. He was well behaved and quick with his commands. We took him and our other Shepherd to the local park; both were off leash and so well behaved. Angus stayed by my side in a perfect heel. It's been almost 8 months since his training and I've noticed -- without even asking him-- that he heels next to me as I walk. I highly recommend Off Leash Training and thank them wholeheartedly for training Angus.
