I pay for a few extra perks for my boy, like one or two nature walks a day. There's a play yard for supervised play with the other dogs. You can rest assured the other dogs are healthy, vet records showing up to date shots are required as well as a bordetella for kennel cough. I can go on vacation or just a weekend knowing he is not in a small kennel most of the day and is in good hands. I'd say $$ in general plus whatever extras you may want. I highly recommend

In addition to the extras we signed up for we appreciated their private FB page - it was fun seeing our dog in the action pics! We also appreciated the convenience of their texting line for their questions etc. Despite our dog's tendency to be timid / slow to warm up they met him where he was and made it a nice stay. He was not stressed at all after the experience and we easily picked up our normal routine when we got home. We would book again without any hesitation.

Mitzi returned from her 5 week stay in excellent shape, happy to be home but healthy and not stressed at all. The staff at Wagsworth gave her any meds she needed, as requested, and fed her the food we'd provided, since she ha a sensitive stomach. we'd asked that she have daily group playtime and a weekly visit to the swimming pool, which she loves. Our pup came home and immediately fell back into her old routines, as though she'd never been away. Wagsworth really helped all of us. In the past, some dogs have returned from other boarding experiences, at other places, absolutely traumatized but thus was clearly not Mitzi's experience. Thanks, Wagsworth!

Cocoa was taken into their custody after a wrongful allegation was made that has been proven wrong by police themselves. What makes this even more upsetting is that while Cocoa was being taken into their custody, he suffered bruising around the ribs, which has raised serious concerns for me about what happened while in their care. I also spoke to Nicole Wilson by phone, and instead of receiving compassion, professionalism, and help in locating my loved dog, I was being disrespected and unfairly treated. Imagine having your beloved dog taken away, and no one there to help you or console you. I have been fighting for months to find Cocoa and to get answers as to what happened and why I was being treated the way I was when all of this had NOTHING to do with me. I deserve to be heard, treated with respect, and given clear answers about Cocoa. I was just informed he was adopted after speaking to a dispatch officer, who informed me the dog was also never posted on the website which to me is very sneaky knowing I was looking for Cocoa everyday and night.

OUADT came to the house for an extensive meet-and-greet with the dogs, which included filling out a questionnaire designed to help the sitter learn about each pet and its quirks, medical issues, and habits. While we were away we were provided with daily reports, including photos, via email, of how the dogs were doing. I cannot say enough good things about this service. The first time we met, she sat on the floor, and my pets (a cat and a dog) flocked to her like Snow White...they just love her. She is easy to work with, loves animals, and is wonderful with them. She does both pet sitting as well as dog walking - and she's as great with my old cat as my puppy. The thing that impressed me most was her approach to my puppy, Maggie, who has cancer. Sometimes she has a bad odor by her cancer area, or has bad days, but Courtney is wonderful with her...and so positive. They have fun, go for walks, etc. It's really great to see. Anyway, if you need a pet sitter or dog walking in Lancaster or Lititz, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ducey Dog Walking.
